I ordered Copper Chef on 12/02/15. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but after checking online it said my order is "out of stock". I waited for weeks and weeks, and it did not arrive. After calling customer service and being transferred three times, the lady said "your order is back ordered". I get the whole idea of backorders and how things work, but I asked if I could order another Copper Chef Pot and was assured that I could. Unbelievable! These people are still taking orders.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I did not order the pan because they could not tell me how many quarts it is, or how deep the pan is. They could only tell me it is nine and a half inches.

Now 4 weeks since my order, I contacted the Copper Chef order group and was informed that it would be another 4+ weeks before delivery. The company isn't as friendly as one would expect. To cancel an order, you must call their Customer Service department, 30 minute wait, multiple disconnects. A refund could take over a month. Be afraid, be very afraid.

I ordered December 19, 2015 and still have not received it. A phone call to customer service offered utensils and warranty free but out of stock. Order status displays the Copper Chef as out of stock and for customers to allow 2-3 weeks. It has been six weeks and I'm unable to cancel m order through customer service. Do not order this product!

I saw this pan on TV, thought it would be a nice gift for my son who burns everything and does not enjoy cooking. The features impressed me and the added cook book was a bonus. After an eternity on the phone with a well scripted up-seller, I got sucked into 2 pans. Every time I said no, she offered me a better price. After placing the order I reviewed the product. The Copper Pan is not copper, it's an aluminum, copper colored pan. I called the customers service number to cancel my order. I was told to call back tomorrow as the order would take 6-8 hours to post. When I checked my account, the 1st payment had already been posted. I called back and insisted my order be canceled and an email confirmation sent to me. The agent obliged after several attempts to entice me to try the product for 60 days. If the product was that good they wouldn't need to use such intimidating tactics to sell it. All I can say is: "Don't Buy It!"

I am returning the Copper Chef I ordered, but they would not dismiss the $14.95 shipping charge (besides the cost of returning).

The TV commercial never mentions the fact that you cannot use extra virgin olive oil. You can only use peanut oil, vegetable oil or a special type of olive oil. I cannot use any of these oils. They agreed to the return, yet are not able to override the shipping charges. Not a good company to deal with, and I could barely understand the CSR, due to their heavy Eastern accent.

Impressed with their show and tell, I ordered two sets of Copper Chef for my daughters, who then told me about their friend's experience with the product. Two days after I placed the order, I sent them an email to cancel it. Five days after that, I received an email from them informing me of the shipping date, so upon delivery, both my time and money was used to return product. I called yesterday to confirm the credit, only to be told the items were not received. In turn, I informed them that UPS confirmed delivery of January 28. At that time, I was told my credit would be processed promptly, with an email to confirm. I have yet to see it.

I finally received my FAKE Copper Chef Pans, that took a month and three weeks to arrive. As soon as my husband opened and looked at these pans, he said that it isn't real copper, and looks like it has been painted, and he's right! Well, I decided to try using them anyway, and what a joke. The first time was good, nothing stuck to it, but the second time I cooked with my Copper Chef pans, I used vegetable oil, and my chicken stuck to the bottom of the pan. Ugh. They said you can use vegetable oil, but you can't!

I will NEVER, ever use these Copper Chef pans again, they are JUNK. What a waste of money! Lesson learned.

I received my Copper Chef pan with great excitement, which came crashing down after only three uses. The way they sell this pan online is all HYPE. After three uses, my eggs stuck so bad that my over easy eggs quickly became a mishmash of eggs. I wasn't trying to make scrambled eggs that stuck to the pan.

I returned my entire order, and am now out over $60.00, due to having to send the pans back and losing out on the original shipping and handling charge. What a SCAM and COMPLETE disappointment.

Do not buy these pans, unless you want to lose money.

I ordered the Copper Chef and it is not what is advertised on TV. The Copper Chef that is advertised on TV is much larger than what is sent to the customers that order one. I don't like it, and I sent mine back for a refund. The little thing they send to their customers is not worth the $104.94 that l paid. I sent it back for my FULL refund.

I ordered the Copper Chef pan while watching the amazing infomercial. I ordered the pan online (signed up for the three payment installment plan), however was charged the full amount of $124.92 immediately after placing the order.

I called Customer Service and was told that it was an error on their end, but they would make it right by giving me a credit of $30.00 once I received the product. When I received the product, I called to receive the $30.00 credit (I had not opened the product at that time). I was told by Customer Service that I would receive the $30.00 refund applied to my credit card, which I have not received. After opening the box and looking over the product, my husband was extremely unhappy with the quality and size of the pan, which was very misleading according to the infomercial we had seen a few days earlier. We chose to return the product for a full refund. I called today to obtain a return authorization code, which is required for the return, and was told that the sale was final because of the $30.00 credit offered for their screw up. I spoke to a manager, who was extremely unprofessional and rude, and she said that the sale was final and there was nothing she could, or would, do. She did not listen to what I had to say, nor did she care about making the situation right. I will never EVER work with this company again, and will make certain that my friends and family know of the poor experience I have had.
