Sounds like customers are reviewing 2 different products. Are the negative reviewers sure they purchased the right product? I use my pan at least three times a week and have made everything from perfect omelette to lemon roasted whole chicken. No problem with any coating issues inside or outside of pan. Very easy cleanup. Even after burning a meal in it due to a pet emergency. Threw out the food and clean up with a soapy sponge was done within a minute and pan was good as new. I would urge anyone who had a bad experience to make sure you have Eric's pan and try it again.

I do most of the cooking in our house. I had seen the infomercial on TV, bit it took me about 3 weeks before I decided to place my order. I am glad that I did.

I enjoy cooking with these pans as I got all three. I have not experienced any problems, and I enjoy that nothing sticks, and that makes for easy clean-up. The fact that two of the pans are square make it great for frying meats, because round pan make it difficult to cook pork chops or fish for that matter when you have more than two chops or fish to fry.

My boyfriend got this as a birthday gift from his mother in June. Two months later, it has found a permanent home on our stove. We use it every time we cook, no matter what we're making. It's the easiest pan EVER to clean! Even sticky brown sugar beans slide right out.

When I make them in any other pan, cleanup requires at minimum an overnight soaking. We've used this pan for fried & scrambled eggs, beans, soups, stir-fried vegetables, chicken burgers, etc. It is very easy to regulate the heat, and things cook evenly without burning.

LOVE this pan. Since it was a gift, I didn't have to deal with ordering it (which is what most low reviewers seem to complain about), but I can say that I have used the pan extensively the past two months with absolutely no issues. Definitely considering adding to our collection and getting these for gifts for others. I'm honestly not sure I need another style since I have found the large square pan works for everything. But, I love this pan and would happily replace some of my other cookware with more styles. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I used this pan in a myriad of cooking ways, and I must say this is one of the best pans in my kitchen. I have not given away any of my chefs pans yet, however I'm tempted to do so now. I have fried Chicken, made great french fries, I used it to make lasagna, and other dishes that would otherwise ruin or diminish any other pans. I have made Corn Bread, a full dinner with meat, potatoes and corn on the cob, which turned out excellent!

I would recommend this pan to anyone, who would use it by the directions included. I had a friend who didn't and has posted a negative review as a result. I'm 100% satisfied with my pan, and Frypan which I also purchased.

In the Spring of 2016 I purchased the Copper Chef 5-Piece Deep 9.5-Inch Square Pan Set and the Copper Chef 360 10" Non-Stick Ceramic Pan with lid. After several weeks I cleaned out many of my old pots and pans. Yes I kept my great grandmother's cast iron skillets and some cake and pie pans, but now I cook more often than not with my new pans. They do everything the ads say including easy care and clean-up. They are truly a 21st century cooking product.

I had seen this commercial on TV quite a few times but it wasn't until my very old set of pans started looking and cooking poorly that I researched the copper chef.

My husband and I are both in our late 40's and work anywhere from 60-70 hours a week so healthy meals has always been a struggle to maintain.

After purchasing this product I have found it much easier to throw together a healthy, yummy supper for us. The meats come out super tender, the veggies in the steamer are perfect and not having to use butter and oils to cook with makes me feel better. I honestly haven't found anything negative about this product. I'm a very satisfied customer.

My husband purchased this, I told him oh no, not another tool for my kitchen. I thought he again bought something useless. I tried it. I browned chicken sausage, came out like it was browned on the grill. Then put that aside and used the same pan and made onion mushroom peppers, came out wonderful. I had to apologize - it was a very great purchase. I am going to purchase more.

I love my copper pans! They clean up so nice on inside, but not bottom of out side. But I still love them. I posted to their net page, pictures of my beef ribs, Mexican style goulash, spaghetti sauce, fried rice and others. Yes I recommend to others.

I love the 2 copper chef skillets w with lids that I purchased when they had a promotional sale. I purchased this for cooking meatloaf in. It works great. No burnt in the pan or around the sides residue. Just wipes right off. I use them for almost everything. I can't imagine anyone not liking their Copper Chef pans.

It does everything as advertised! We cook everything in it and clean up is always a snap. Mac and cheese, pork chops, eggs, steamed veggies and I am sure I am forgetting something.
