We ordered this product and also bought the 10-inch frying pan. These are the most wonderful pans I've ever owned! You can cook anything in these pans. Nothing, I mean nothing, sticks! My only wish is that I could own 3 of each. Awesome product. Buy it.

I love it. The first one I used soap in it like they said, not a good idea, it stuck like glue. I complained and they sent me a new one no questions asked. The only thing is the bottom looks bad.

A little cautious in the beginning however my lovely wife of 53 years has cooked: thick pork chops, a steak, fried chicken, and a few other items. I cooked blackened Tilapia twice and did not smoke up the kitchen or start and oil fire.

I really love this pan. I use it for practically everything that I need a large pan for, such as stews, soups, roasts, etc.

I made a great pot roast in it, and a big batch of cabbage rolls. It cleans up with a swipe of a sponge or paper towel. And I can use it on my induction cooktop.

I have not had the luxury of owning one myself but I have cooked in them many times at my moms when I go there to take care of her. And I feel they are everything you promise they are and space saving because we have cleared 5 pans out of her kitchen she no longer needs. We fry, slow cook and make full meals in 1 pan on top of the stove and in the oven. I can't afford a set myself I have very small funds. But for those that can it's worth its weight in gold.

I have owned the nine-inch copper chef pan for four months and it does all it claims and more. I have not had a scratch and the food comes right off the pan after cooking with a very easy cleanup. I bought more pans for my children's families.

I purchased 2 of the square pans. I use them for Filet Mignon , followed directions in Copper Chef cookbook. Do not cook from frozen, all you add is salt and pepper. I do Orange Roughy, just salt and pepper, add some butter of top, follow cooking instructions. I just baked a cake in one, use heat and time for Bundt directions. Made French fries. I have used these over and over, they look brand new. I hand wash and hang from handles. I have never had anything stick or stain these pans. I have only used cooking oil and butter. You must follow directions with the cookware, you cannot abuse it.

My wife had to have this. They claimed 4 weeks delivery, it took 4 days.

Pan works as seen, very, very happy! All food is cooked to perfection and moist, not dried out.

Just a note on how to use these or any other pans. If the pan is on the stove on high heat (or any setting) with nothing in it (or very little), you will damage the pan: burn marks, etc. You must have a little something covering all of the bottom of the pan to dissipate the heat - teaspoon of butter or oil. The pan is non-stick but you still have to absorb the heat from the burner or the pan will suffer damage over time.

Meat with some fat does not require anything as the fat covers the bottom of the pan and dissipates the heat. All pots and pans are made to heat something not absorb heat and dissipate it into the air. These types of units are called "Heat Sinks", which pots and pans are not.

We wrap the pan in a soft cloth and place it in a cupboard by itself, better to be safe than sorry.

I have just purchased this and have just had 2 chances to use it. I love it. I just read the reviews and I am so hoping that it will hold up. For right now you could not ask for a better pan. I really did not believe it would clean up as well as it was said, but, boy or boy, cleanup was wonderful. I am so hoping It will continue to hold up for a very long time.
