Lousy Voice Mail Response

By Terry , Phoenix, AZ

What a bunch of con artists! I tried calling this company after hours and got this recording. The "voice" kept asking me such stupid questions. I kept pushing different numbers and would get such unrelated answers. Eventually I simply hung up. Never did get to talk to a live person. I smelled a rip-off after a minute or so. The messages are so vague. Individual or pair? Shipping costs? I'm glad I checked them out with you first. Thanks!

Overcharged. Nothing accurate about the information advertise as far as price and shipping.

By Ricky , Lewisville, TX

Upon seeing the advertisement on copper fat on TV on a Sunday morning, my brother and I decided to order a couple pair of the copper fat products. Upon dialing the one 800 number I proceeded to give them the order. Not only were the prices that they were quoting online and this specials not honored but they tried to charge of shipping and handling twice. After having reminded lady that was receiving the order about the specials that she argued with me that weren't there.

We were still willing to try the product. Upon giving the order taker the credit card information and being quoted a price of $53 I asked for a email confirmation receipt upon which I never did get and also to find that my credit card was over charged $15. And then after we place the order the Standard shipping was 14.95 and then it would be received within 4 to 8 weeks I told her that was absolutely ridiculous. At the price of that shipping it could've been over nighted. All in all a very bad very unprofessional experience with the copper fit one 800 number. I would never buy from them again online and would recommend to not get caught up in the overcharging of the product and shipping overcharging as I did and this company not sending a email confirmation receipt as was requested. Truly it is a scam.

Don't have the product yet but if it does work I will find out around here to buy it locally. All in all the TV commercials and one 800-number orders are scams to overcharge you with different fees, excess charging and shipping and handling and to not guaranteed a special they're offering. All in all it's a scam.

The three stooges

By John Spoulos , Toms River, NJ

Bret Farve and others swear by copper fit, or at least they are paid to say it. I found it to be a poorly made, over priced piece of crap. They charged my card 17$ which was extortion. I called to tell them I wanted the shipping charge returned. They returned the shipping, then two days later, sent me a return on the sleeves as well apologizing that they were sorry that I did not receive the item. What a bunch. The Three Stooges could do a better job.

A piece of crap and a total rip off.

By Eva ,

My husband (somehow - I will explain later) ordered a pair of knee sleeves and a pair of elbow sleeves online straight from the website. One pair of each was suppose to be free so in total he ordered eight pieces of Copper Fit. He was charged for $19.99 for each free pair even though they said it is free. In this case, it looks to me that they charge $19.99 for a piece and not a pair and then the second two pieces are free.

Now the best part. He was charged $63.92 for shipping and handling. So the total of this order was $143.88. He didn't even know that his order got placed. I don't know what kind of tricks they use but make sure you will have your eyes around from the moment when You add any of their items in the cart.

I called them a day later but I was told that this order had been already processed and there is nothing I can do. When I asked how come they charged almost $64 for shipping and handling that woman told me that it is because I ordered 8 items and even though some are free, I would still have to pay for the shipping. Almost $8 for an item.

Package arrived two weeks later. Everything was packed in a thin plastic bag that said PS Lightweight US Postage Paid SmartPost which means it is a kind of flat rate bag. I took that package to the post office to check how much that shipper paid to ship this package from CT to NY and I was told $5.75. All sleeves could even fit in a smallest flat rate box for $5.25, this way they would be able to save another 50 cents. I am surprised they didn't figure that out yet.

Now for the sleeves. They're lightweight pieces of medium quality stretchy fabric with a rubbery symbol of something that looks like double Echo with a dot inside. Unfortunately, I don't know much about symbols and it is a bummer because this is probably the only therapeutic element of these expensive pieces of crap.

It was the worst online shopping experience I ever.had! Please be smart and stay away from Copper Fit. It is a total scam.

Product sucks, don't waste your money.

By David Hambly , Salt Lake City

It's like they took a cheap nylon stocking and cut it 6 inches with rubber banding at each end, offer it to you for $20 and charge you $35 for what is worth about $0.99. A total rip off for a worthless product.

Don't buy this garbage

By Alexander Oppenheimer , New York

I just ordered over Thanksgiving and was overcharged with 4 times the S&H fees. When I complained and asked for a refund they told me that since order was processed they could not do anything. What a rip off! Stay away from them!

Unfortunately I bought this through their website after my son saw the TV commercial. I must say that I couldn't say no to my son in that moment. I should have known better.

After being charged outrageous S&H Fees, one set arrived but I never got the free ones as promised. They are just synthetic fabric sleeves that are probably cut from defective shirts in China if you ask me.

They do absolutely nothing. If you want compression, you should rather cut out an elite Nike sock, that works better.

Don't keep these scammers and con artists in business!

Good pieces of cloth to clean my service firearms and shoes

By Karl Rich , BC, Canada

I think this is one organized crime group. A lot of hidden charges and I got promoted to my next rank before It even got delivered to me. You will get a headache that feels like as if an anvil is on top of you. You could order the copper fit and use it to clean your firearms and shoes.

Misleading Advertising

By Kim Yavorek , Rochester, NY

I ordered these and they do not allow you review your order before submitting the payment. When the order page comes up, it shows that I bought two sets for $40 and the shipping came to $32. It makes no sense to me how something so lightweight costs that mush to ship.

If they had advertised it as buy one full price and get the second one ay half price and charged a legit amount for shipping, I would have been okay with that. But they lead you to believe you are getting a BOGO deal and than charge way too much for shipping.

I would never do business with a company that does this. Don't buy.

Rip off shipping

By Chris Centineo , Frederick MD

This web site is a rip off, I order 2 sets of this light weight sleeve and knee product. I fill in info needed, go to final page before you see 35 or 37 shipping. I click cancel then I get the next screen thanking me for the order, which I haven't even received yet 2 weeks now. This company is very shady business practice. PS I used a friends sleeve one time.
