    Once ordered It Cannot be cancelled

    If you order this product, you cannot cancel. You are always told it has shipped, even it is 10 minutes after you order it. They tell you it can always be returned. It can, but it costs more money. When you call to ask where is your returned product money, no one knows, they will check and call you back, but no one does call.

    Best way to cancel the product is through you credit card company. You order will be shipped anyway and at least that way you get it for free before you go through the process of attempting to return it.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Unhappy Camper

    Not worth the money. Took two weeks before I received mine. For what they charge you for S&H, I should have received it in two days. It came by regular mail. Don't waist your hard earned money. Check your local sporting goods store for similar products. You'll be a lot happier and better off. Never again.

    Don't waste your time

    On July 1, 2014, I placed an order for the elbow compression sleeve. I took advantage of the BOGO offer because my husband and I were having trouble with our elbows. The order form indicated that it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. On July 25, 2014, I had not yet received my order so I called Copper Wear. I spoke with a representative named Frank who said that the items that I had ordered were on back order. I asked him how long he anticipated in my receiving my order. He said "7-10 business days." I have not yet received my order and it has been well over the 7-10 business days. I called this morning and spoke with a young lady (could not understand her name) and she said that my order is still on back order. I asked her to give me an approximate time of delivery and she could not. I canceled my order. If my husband and I did not need this product, why would I order it? I will not order another product from this company and I highly suggest that any one who needs to purchase this product to find another company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Horrible customer service

    I placed my order on June 16th it is now Aug 18th and I just canceled my order. I spoke with different representatives four different times being told by each that I would receive my order in 7 to 10 business days. As of this morning my order had still not shipped. The elbow sleeves were ordered for my son's baseball season which is now over. The reps were not the least bit helpful and I am sure they were speaking from a script as everyone said the same thing. Horrible.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Product delivery (or lack of it).

    I placed my order on April 21st, it is now Aug 21st. It was supposed to have arrived in 2-3 weeks, then 4-6 weeks. I spoke to three different customer service reps and all of them said it should arrive in 7-10 days and there's been a delay. At one point, I heard that it will definitely be there by Aug 4th. Nothing yet. This is a rip-off.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    You might as well wrap the injured body in pennies it will save you allot in tight wear and buy pennies and tape. Sorry I tried it and not for people with serious problems. SORRY "Just the truth man"

      Doing same thing to me. Just call your bank and they'll reverse the charges. You don't have to pay squat. If it shows, it shows. If not you got all your money back. They falsely advertise as Tommie copper

    My experience is the same as everyone else's. Promises and promises. They wouldn't let me cancel and they can't do that. My bank is filing a fraud case on them and I already have my money back. They will not get to keep the ship charge as they stated and I will not have to pay another $16 to ship it back. That's all you need to do. Contact your bank and file a fraud case.

    So much solicitation.

    I purchased this for my husband using his credit card and my email and within 6 hours I was getting so many emails it was ridiculous. In less than 24 hours I had received over 100 emails and I know it was this company who sold my info because all the emails addressed me by my husband's name. I don't know if it works or not but even if it did, it wouldn't be worth it. I'm still cleaning out my mail box. Buy beware, don't do it.

    I ordered the knee sleeve on July 11, 2014 call to cancel August 22 after being told it was first on back order and then it would take 10 days twice. When I finally canceled and looked at my account three days later that is when I saw it was pending to be withdrawn out of my account. For someone that has money it may not mean nothing, but I don't have it like that. I call the friendly so call customer service for her to tell me I didn't cancel the order and then she said someone forgot to cancel the order. My account will be overdrawn and she can not help me.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Very Disappointed

    It is not about the product itself. I'm sure the Copper wear knee sleeve may work I don't know because it was simply too small and cut off circulation. My issue is with the process. I ordered my knee sleeve for a golf trip to Scotland. The 1st of July was the order date. I left for Scotland on the 20th. My knee sleeve was delivered yesterday, Sept 2nd and it is to small. My sleeve cost me $20.00. Processing and Handling cost me $16.00. I am $36.00 in to this sleeve and now I have to pay another $11.00 to ship it back to them. They do not reimburse my shipping and handling or return shipping. There needs to be some laws here. Now they will resale this sleeve and charge the shipping and handling all over again. Seems like a scam to me.

    Knee Sleeve

    I ordered the knee sleeves and after I finally received my order I tried it out. It was very tight and a few weeks into the wear, I had to give up on it. I returned the sleeves, and I was well aware I would not be refunded the shipping and handling, but the customer service rep told me he could give me a little bit extra back on my refund since I paid so much for shipping.

    Four weeks later after I had returned the product I was still waiting for my full refund. I finally called customer service back and they told me that the small refund I had already received was all I was going to get! I felt bad for yelling at the rep and I told him it was not his fault, but I told him that the companies policy was 60 days money back guarantee and I wanted the rest of my money.

    After being on hold for almost 20 minutes he said they could refund the rest of my money but nothing extra like I was originally told.

    I know this is what happens when you buy stuff from TV commercials. But seriously, how would they think it would be ok to refund less than half of the actual order price and the customer would be ok with that?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
