- Dance Conditioning – Here, you’ll learn “Autumn's most
effective toning and conditioning moves” to sculpt muscle using your own bodyweight.
- Bonus: Night Crawl Line Dance – Work out to a song created just for Country Heat, along with Autumn’s all-original choreography.

What’s Involved In Country Heat’s Nutrition Plan?
Whenever you’re trying to lose weight, it’s all about two things: exercise (getting your body moving) and diet (eating the proper foods). Given this, it’s positive that Country Heat also features Autumn’s simple nutrition plan, which utilizes 7 color-coded containers and a Shakeology Shaker Cup:

Does the Country Heat Workout Come with Good Customer Reviews?
The Country Heat Dance system was recently released at the beginning of August, so other than independent Coaches, we didn’t come across any firsthand customer feedback (after all, it’s supposed to last 4 weeks).
The good news is that we’ve reviewed several other popular Beachbody programs, including Focus T25, P90X3, and CIZE Dance Workout. We’ve also reviewed other workout programs featuring Autumn Calabrese, including 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, and The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. What’s everyone saying?
Here on HighYa, most compliments seem to revolve around improved fitness and conditioning; fast, entertaining workouts, and easy-to-follow programs. On the other hand, many complaints appear to reference the fact that you’ll have to work out more than advertised to maximize results. Some also found the workouts too easy.
Overwhelmingly though, most complaints relate to Beachbody’s business practices, such as making it difficult for customers to unsubscribe from autoship programs, charging customers before confirming orders, unwanted items added to orders, and so forth.
Pro tip: To avoid this, you might have better luck ordering Country Heat directly through the website, versus through the infomercial.
Is Line Dancing Even a Good Way to Lose Weight?
While your existing weight determines exactly how many calories you’ll burn for any given activity, line dancing is thought to burn about 145 calories every 30 minutes for a 200lb person.
Compare this to 330 calories for high-impact aerobics, 140 calories for bowling, 225 calories playing softball or baseball, and 180 calories walking for the same duration.
In addition to weight, other important factors that can affect total calorie burn include your gender, how hard you work, the number of breaks you take, and the difficulty of the moves you’re performing. To this extent, it seems Autumn has modified traditional line-dancing moves to fit the program, so it’s likely you’ll burn more calories than traditional forms of line dancing.

Who Is Autumn Calabrese? What Are Her Qualifications?
We already mentioned that Autumn is creator of 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme, but what else do we know about her? According to the bio on her website, she’s also frequently placed in the top 10 in national-level bikini competitions, authored the cookbook FIXATE, and even worked for Brooke Burke’s website, Modern Mom.
Today, Autumn’s YouTube channel boasts more than 160,000 subscribers, and her role as a mother has helped her understand the importance of short (but effective) workouts and simple, straightforward nutrition advice.
Is Country Heat the “Perfect Workout for Reshaping Your Body”?
According to their website, the Country Heat Dance Workout system is supposed to reshape your body, including toning and tightening your legs, shoulders, and arms. To do this, you’ll use “cardio-centric” moves intended for beginners, along with low-impact exercises.
In layman’s terms, it simply means these exercises will raise your heart rate and won’t put a lot of stress on your joints. Positive benefits? Certainly. Does this mean you’ll be ripped and in the best shape of your life at the end of 30 days? Almost certainly not.
Bottom line: Beachbody has been putting out quality video-based fitness systems for years, and a lot of people seem to have used them to achieve their goals. On top of this, Autumn’s portion control nutrition system seems to be a big hit with most customers as well.
Just keep in mind that you’ll still need to watch what you eat. After all, you could fill these portion control containers with nothing but brownies, which would definitely negatively impact your fitness achievements.
Taking everything together, does this mean you’ll find the same success as many of these other customers while using the Country Heat program? Ultimately, that decision’s up to you. But if you’re looking for a fun way to finally get off the couch and dip your toe back into fitness, the Country heat Workout system might deliver the motivation you need to stick with it.
And when it comes down to it, getting (and staying) fit is almost completely about motivation.
