My experience with Coventry Direct was great, largely because of our terrific representative Tyson Mayor. He really delivered, was very honest and forthcoming, and very thorough. He made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Would definitely recommend him or doing business with them again.

Wife has ALS. Term insurance renewal was coming up and the after term rates were not affordable. Did a bit of research then reached out to the state insurance commission who provided a list of approved settlement providers. Tyson Mayer of Coventry explained the process and helped us every step of the way. It was a great experience during a tough time.

Coventry Direct, and especially my representative, Matt Glanzberg, were excellent to work with when I decided to sell my insurance policy. Although the process of selling my policy seemed somewhat extensive at times, Matt did an awesome job of walking me through each step along the way and continually kept me updated on where we were in the process. Scott was very helpful in walking me through the whole process. He always answered all my (silly or not) questions and did so in a professional manner. I know a lot of people say this but "Scott did go above and beyond" the call to help me out.

This is to acknowledge that I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Greg Knight from Coventry Direct on the settlement of a life insurance policy. He was always available for phone calls. He helped me step by step through the paperwork. Everything was handled professionally. I worked with Ryan Grow over a period of several months in late 2019. His communications were always, without exception, timely and clear. When Ryan stated he would forward something to my attention, he always did so and there was never any need on my part to remind him or nudge him along. I appreciated Michael Cunningham's attention to the sale of my husband's life insurance policy.
