Waste Of Time & Money

By J E , Knkxville, TN

This set of products is another one of those late night scams to get at least 90 Days' worth of your money. Guthy-Renker is famous for ripping people off and auto-charging

Their customer service is outsourced to other countries, and most of their agents they have in the U.S. actually work from home. That's right, you could be giving your credit card info to anyone and there's nothing to stop them from snapping a picture of the screen and using your info.

Now getting to the actual product--it's a nicely scented moisturizer and that's ALL IT IS. No erasing crepe-iness, no skin "tightening" (Witch Hazel  for 99 cents would in fact do that, as would simple natural alum used for pickling/canning mixed with some of your favorite lotion).

This product does nothing more than make the skin moisturized for a few hours then nothing. No difference, no results, no crepe-iness erased, no lifting/tightening, NO RESULTS.

Best thing to do when trying any late night infomercial product is to use a pre-paid card you get from Walmart. Put about $50 on it and open it up for online transactions. Later, if you DO get a good deal, you can always change your payment info.

But if I'm trying anything Guthy-Renker related, they only get a pre-paid card until I'm thoroughly thrilled. Otherwise, joke's on THEM, and I'm not losing my hard earned money more than a single time.

1) No skin changes.

2) Nicely scented but leaves a greasy film.

3) Hugely famous for over & auto billing larger amounts than promised.

4) Run, don't walk from this mess.

5) Jane Seymour, shame on you. How much did G-R pay you for this scam act?

Bad news

By Della Shepherd , Idaho Falls, Idaho

This in my belief a big scam. I made one order for $59.95 with free shipping. I got the product, and a bill for 179.00 for further orders. Called and canceled, and will be returning the product. They still owe me $119.00 and I will have my credit deny payment. Beware buyers.

This company is stealing from people

By Mitzie Whitehouse, Rogersville, AL, Verified Reviewer

Purchased a one month supply of this product on my debit card. Only intended to try product to see if I like it. After 30 days my debit card was billed again for $128.82 and received a supposed 90 day supply a few days later that I did not order. Called the 800 number and spoke with a customer service rep and told them I did not request the product. Told me I was signed up on a auto ship method. Told them to cancel order and that I wanted to ship back the unopened / unwanted 90 day supply I received and to cancel any future shipments. Was told I would be mailed a return label to ship the product back. Been 3 weeks now and still no return label and no return address on the package. Do not order from this company, they are professional thieves. Almost caused my bank account to be over drawn because of the unexpected charges.

Crepe Erase doesn't work!

By Susan Rawls, Verified Reviewer

This product is no more effective than a drug store moisturizer. It doesn't even compare to medical grade skincare. Don't waste your time or money. Jane Seymour should be ashamed of herself for endorsing such an ineffective product.

Don't use if you have Chemical Sensitivities

By Brenda Bryan , Hendersonville, NC

I recently purchased Intensive Body Treatment and the Exfoliating Body Polish. Upon using for the first couple days, I realized that I was experiencing a chemical sensitivity from the Fragrance (Parfum) that was in the products and had to discontinue. I do have Chemical Sensitivities, so if anyone has the same issues with chemicals, do not use this product. If they took out the parfum, would have been glad to have continued using.

Price Scam

By Sharon White ,

What they didn't tell me is that the price is not $39.99 for the first shipment. Its $39.99 each month for three months for the first shipment, that's $119.97 plus S&H for the first shipment. I don't like these type of scams and won't recommend your product. Let's see if my review makes it to this site and how long it stays up.

Crepe Erase Scam

By Glenn M. , Chicago area

Never agreed to any "automatic" program but apparently there was paperwork that was snuck into my order. Was charged for another shipment, which I had never agreed to, and after postage to send back, and Crepe Erase keeping the S&H costs, I was out over $20. Representative told me that this agreement was part of the paperwork in the first order. It was never part of the original order or indicated on my receipt. Don't fall for this scam. I haven't even tried the product but am disgusted by the business practice.

Don't do it!

By denise trostle , California

i had just received this product and a week later I get a three month supply and a bill for $179.00 dollars. They don't even give you a chance to see if you like the product before charging your card and sending you more product. I haven't seen any improvement in my skin and very upset about the way they do business.

Jane Seymour, aren't you rich enough without ripping off those who are not so lucky?

Does not work

By Marcia Leithead , Florida

I have been using Crepe Erase for a month now, religiously, twice a day. It has not changed one thing about my skin. Not one. I am so angry at myself that I chose to believe this crap.

Misleading cost

By Stephanie , NC

I haven't even received product but the ad on TV says a reduced price of 39.99. When ordering it was 39.99 a month for 3 months. I will be sending back. No where in commercial did it say for 3 payments. That is false advertising.

This company is a scam. Cancelled my account 8/19/15 and my credit card was charged on 10/19/15. Of course the stuff doesn't work. Be careful.
