Don't buy this product!

By Ruthanne, Denver, CO, Verified Reviewer

I, once again, got sucked into the Crepe Erase infomercial. This stuff DOES NOT WORK. And the eye cream? Don't waste your time. I have used this product for almost four weeks and it does absolutely NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and just buy a really good hydrating lotion and exercise.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Review of Crepe Erase

By D, Allentown, PA, Verified Reviewer

They misinterpreted the total fees. I am a smart woman who reads the fine print. I knew an amount would be withdrawn one more time, but understood it was for more product. The amount was withdrawn on November 22nd, and I emailed Crepe Erase that I had not received more product, and also the product didn't help me at all and I wanted to discontinue the transaction. They informed me that it was a payment for what I received in September! I was not informed appropriately of that matter. I am extremely disappointed, and for me to write something negative, that's a testament to my displeasure.

Rotten product, does absolutely nothing, 100% RIP 0FF.

By Nancy Cobleigh , Imperial, California

I saw an ad on TV so I ordered the trial package but I received the deluxe package to the tune of two hundred dollars. I called them and was told to use it and if I was not satisfied to send back "bottom of the jar" for a full refund and it's been six weeks with no response. Yesterday I received another shipment from Crepe Erase, which I am sending back as "refused return to sender." What a rip off Jane Seymour.

Save your hard-earned money

By Bella South, Charleston, SC, Verified Reviewer

My best friend, a lovely lady of 60, was sucked in by the before and after photos and emotional testimonials in the infomercial for Crepe Erase. Boy does she regret it now. After FOUR MONTHS of faithful use, her skin looks NO DIFFERENT than it did before. We even took before photos of our own with a high quality digital camera. No improvement whatsoever.

Yes, her skin looked more hydrated and smoother "after only one use" as they claim, but anyone's skin would look like that if they applied Shea butter and the other ingredients.

She has had a VERY difficult time cancelling future auto-shipments. The customer service people are impatient and rude - probably because they hate their jobs and realize they're billing people for an ineffective product.

Shame on you, Crepe Erase, and especially you, Jane Seymour, for appealing to women's emotions and for taking advantage of them!

Do yourselves a favor, girls. Eat plenty of healthy fats and foods that boost collagen production. (Google "foods and supplements that boost collagen production.") You can't "erase" crepey skin from the outside unless you get laser resurfacing or with nutrition - nutrition being the far less expensive and healthier choice. Less painful too.

SCAM

By Sonia Caban , Newport MN

Big mistake, I ordered, they were very convincing and used trigger words to get you to order. It said it was for 59.95, turns out they are deducting 59.95 for 3 months because they claim I ordered the Deluxe package. I never did such I thing. I was surprise when I received it because it had more products than I anticipated. Little did I know I was being ripped off big time.

Not worth the money

By Cindy Torrez, Carr, CO, Verified Reviewer

I used Crepe Erase for over three months with zero results. Sure, it moisturizes the skin great but I still have that crepiness to my skin with no improvement. I have come to the conclusion that there isn't a product out there to truly reverse the signs of aging other than plastic surgery in my opinion.

When I called to cancel my monthly subscription which renews every three months or so, the lady was pretty flip about it. She said I needed to give the product more than three months chance and when I told her just to cancel, she replied, “You still owe one more installment, would you like to pay it now?” I obviously said no and then she said I'd get a discount if I paid it off early. I said no to that again.

It appeared as if she was more concerned with getting my money than my dissatisfaction with the product.

Do not waste your money!

By Annette Valentine, Tampa, FL, Verified Reviewer

These celebrities should be ashamed of themselves endorsing this product! I tried this product for a long time hoping it would make some kind of difference, but it didn't! What did help a lot for me is an actual aloe plant. I would snip a piece off and rub the pure aloe pulp on my crepey area of my arm, and it worked so much better than this rip-off product! Aloe doesn't smell the best, but that does go away, AND you are providing nature's best moisturizer to your most vulnerable skin.

Scam

By Christie ,

Total scam and very bad customer service, not really advertised price. BUYER BEWARE. Shipped 17 days ago and STILL have NOT received; called to cancel and was told it could not be canceled until shipped back. In other words they want to continue to charge me additional $60 for the next 2 months. Should've expected this, after all it is Guthy-Renker.

This company is stealing from people

By Mitzie Whitehouse, Rogersville, AL, Verified Reviewer

Purchased a one month supply of this product on my debit card. Only intended to try product to see if I like it. After 30 days my debit card was billed again for $128.82 and received a supposed 90 day supply a few days later that I did not order. Called the 800 number and spoke with a customer service rep and told them I did not request the product. Told me I was signed up on a auto ship method. Told them to cancel order and that I wanted to ship back the unopened / unwanted 90 day supply I received and to cancel any future shipments. Was told I would be mailed a return label to ship the product back. Been 3 weeks now and still no return label and no return address on the package. Do not order from this company, they are professional thieves. Almost caused my bank account to be over drawn because of the unexpected charges.

Auto Pay

By Cecila Lewis , Saint Augustine, FF

I just received my kit only to discover that it is for 30 days instead 60 day supply as advertised. Then I find out that I am going to charged another $49.99 again in 30 days for the same product. What a scam. Why not tell us that the 60 day "trial" period was going to cost $91.98 from the start? I feel sorry for those who go with the $59.99 offer because it is going to cost $179.97 when it is all said and done.

Just go to you favorite local store and see the sales clerk in the make up department. Stay away.

What a rip off

By Cathy Clute, Factoryville, PA, Verified Reviewer

They charge you card three times for $54.95 but send you a product only once. Then you cannot get a response from them for a refund.

I will involve Better Business Bureau, and social media has a very wide audience.

The product does not even work, such a scam.

One very disappointed customer.
