I honestly don't know what some of the reviewers are talking about. I am absolutely in love with DailyOM...Some of the videos do take time to load but that is because my connection is slow. I have bought several courses and have not been disappointed.

I have taken several courses there, including chakra dancing. They are short courses, which fit in with my schedule. I really appreciate the DailyOM website. They also have these blog posts that they send out daily. I read about 1/3 of them, but I always find them useful when I do get around to reading them.

I took the Tarot course, The Art of Intuitive Tarot, and loved it. The instructor was knowledgeable, dynamic, and cared about her students. She answered a question on the FB page. Her lessons were profound yet user-friendly and easy-to-understand. As a longtime Tarot practitioner, I highly recommend this course.

"5 Week Kundalini Yoga for Chakras" by Donna Davidge, "Kundalini: Ignite Your Fire & Light!" by Chantal Monté and Cyndi Dale, and "Shakti Warrior Dance for Healing" by Alice Bracegirdle.

I loved Donna and Alice's course. I found Chantal and Cyndi's interesting but was disappointed there were no sequences. All in all, there is something for everyone, just read what the course includes.

I've paid for 3 courses now and have started two.

The no sit-ups ab course is great. Really targets your abs from day one and, if you have a neck problem, doesn't challenge your neck.

The pelvic reset I found harder than I thought I would but there are options to make it easier or harder as you go.

Not started the third course yet but what I've learned to do is get ALL the daily sessions in one email folder and then work through them once I have everything

My frustration has been solved and I am now able to access my classes in the library. Again, it was a glitch. Linda, whom I spoke to, just made my day because I love DailyOm and if not for her calling, I'd had almost purchased a $549 package on MindBodyGreen (who also had a glitch and lost three classes I purchased over $150). I have every intention of purchasing more of their courses. She was so helpful and now I am a happy camper again. Linda is a keeper and I hope she stays on!

Passing was easy with PayPal. No problems assigning in. Received the first lesson immediately. Mine is a 52-week course.

I've been using DailyOM for about 3 years.

The Sadie NardnI yoga and exercise courses are absolutely brilliant. And cost as little as $19 per full course with their pay-what-you-wish payments. Sadie consistently offers the latest exercise technology. She has 17-minute yoga shreds programs for women over 40. These reversed a severe ankle injury for me in conjunction with my conventional physical therapy. She offers a somatic stretch course that takes only 10 mins per day, which helped my tight but weak hamstrings more than any yoga or physical therapy has EVER helped. She now offers a 4-MINUTE metabolism booster exercise that's effective beyond my already high expectations of her.

There are other meditation, self-help, diet, and exercise courses to help with anything you desire, but Sadie's courses have been my consistent favorites. And you keep each course in your library so you can change up your exercise routine and go back to your favorites.
