Your order form is vague. I would never knowingly spend over $200 for 9 bags of dog food, I cannot afford that. I'm a senior on SS. My mistake so I didn't complain. But I feel like I was misled, I am not used to ordering online and perhaps naive. I can't do that anymore. She loved the food, though she has thrown up 3 times since she's eating.

His "real meat" is not free-range nor grass-fed. He does not care about every animal from farm to table! I will not be purchasing this anymore until he changes his meat.

I ordered the food online and was shocked when I received a ONE pound bag. The website buries that information and simply shows "bags." Never, in my imagination, could I have foreseen that I would pay more for one pound of dog food than I would for a lobster dinner in a nice restaurant.

After using Dr. Marty's for months as a food to wean our Papillon puppies to, I only found out today that it is not recommended for dogs under 1 year of age and that it was specifically formulated for dogs with digestive issues. It sure doesn't tell you this in the advertising. Now I wonder what damage I have done to my puppies feeding this food. I should receive a refund on the 3 bags I just bought since they shouldn't be fed to my puppies.

I have a Rot/Pit/Boxer mix, she has a bladder tumor so we thought this would be great to add to her food. She will NOT touch it but if we give her just her food she eats like nobody's business, so we know it's not something health-wise that's curving her apatite. Sadly she just hates this food and due to her having a tumor it's beyond important that she's eating and drinking regularly. We will have to send this all back. Very disappointing.

I was sent a whole box, almost $300.00 I never ordered, beware of fraudulent advertising. My German Shepherd and Shih Tzu won’t touch it. The money-back guarantees are a joke, it costs so much to send back, it’s not worth it. Extremely expensive to return and they tried to offer me 40% off instead of sending it back. Very poor advertising and do not buy. You can buy raw foods at many places, even start at the store, but the mixing with purified water and waiting is a joke, on top of the price. My suggestion is don’t buy, your dog will hate it. Dr. Marty says you can use it as a topper over food but there are no directions on making different amounts. All I can say is I feel I was lied to. And deliberately fraudulent advertising, no cheap way to return, you’ll be stuck with food your dog won’t eat. I tried for weeks to mix with food or as a topper as he says, gradually introduce the dry mix.

Given to us by a friend whose dog hated it, we tried it. Sorry but I cannot justify a house payment per month in dog food. I love my pets but there is no reason this food needs to be so cost-prohibitive. Would love to use it but with 2 big dogs I can’t do $1000+ a month for dog food. My family doesn’t spend that on human food.

30 bucks for 16 oz? This is ridiculously high! They should be ashamed of themselves! I have a small dog, but he would finish one bag in 2 days. I can’t imagine if I had a big dog. This company claims it cuts out the middle man to keep the price down, yet is way more expensive than just about every dog food on the market. Even as a topper, it’s too much!

We have two doggies that average 100 lbs each. So following guidelines one would need a bag every two days the other a bag a day. That is around $90 per day. Frankly, this is just ridiculous and I know it's a free country and I don't have to buy it if I don't want to buy...
At the very least economies of scale would make it a no-brainer to package this food in 50 lbs bags to lower the cost or just come right and say if you're dog weighs more than 5 lbs this is not an option. $60 per pound — you have got to be kidding me!

I am sure this is terrific food for dogs, and I love my dogs more than anything. But to feed my two dogs, who are 60lbs and 80lbs, I would have to feed them a bag a day. Even with the discount, that is over $400 per week. A house payment a month for food! For comparison, a big bag of food (and I get it, it's not the quality of this food) costs $40–$60 and is 40lbs or more. This bag of food is 16oz, or 1lb, for $30–$60 depending on the sale. That is 40x more expensive!
I watched the video, but the second I clicked on it, I knew it was going to be something to be sold on, they all look the same and it's always something at the end, and the videos are created in a way to strike fear and urgency in people. Which is why they can get away with not including the size of the bags anywhere on the site, just how much you can order, and how much you save if you buy more of these unknown-sized bags on a subscription.
Just because you don't buy this food that you can buy a house for each month doesn't mean you don't love your dog. There are other ways out there to feed your dog correctly if you spend a little time on research. I will say that at least the video is full of great information and he does explain what not to feed, and what to feed your dogs. It just plays on it being too complicated for people and that this expensive food is the only easy option.
You know what to look for now, so go make an educated purchase, don't purchase this because of the fear it has stoked in you.

My Chihuahua/terrier mix loved the food. We decided that after a few weeks this would be his new dog food. We placed orders for 18 bags and 6 liver treats. Then he got sick and then sicker. He has pancreatitis. The fat content is way too high for small dogs. He has always been so healthy so it was scary when the vet had to keep him for a while.
