    Scam

    • Jan 19, 2016

I've lost maybe $300 so far over the last 2 years. I have to admit, I wish I would have thought of this myself. Take a look on how many multi-entry tournaments are available. The very fact that you can have 100 - 200 entries on a single tourney is ridiculous. It makes it no fun because in order to win big, you will need to have the exact combination of players who blow up that week. In real fantasy you only get 1 lineup per tournament, and these guys are cleverly covering their tracks with these 100 - 200 entries per tournament. Yes, they pay out, my friend won 1 million on PGA last year, but fact is, you are playing against big odds with just 1 entry. You have a better chance at winning the power ball.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Great Site

This site is great. If you do your research you will win. You cannot just put any lineup of good people in and think you will win.

    Nonsense.

    • Jan 11, 2016

If you value your hard earned money then don't sign up on DraftKings or Fanduel because it's all a crock of you know what. I have played since week 4 of this 2015 season and probably deposited 200 bucks and maybe won a whopping total of $60.00 – that's not because I don't have good drafts, but I think the system is rigged. You can have the best line up ever, including the best players, best defense but somehow the worst players will have the best game ever and then the next week they won't even play. That's pretty suspicious because you could be winning big and then all of a sudden you see an UNKNOWN NETWORK ERROR displayed on the page. Then all of a sudden you finally get back into your account and you're down to penny winnings.

    DraftKings and NFL Fox network

    • San Diego, CA,
    • Jan 3, 2016

Don't waste your money. I don't care how many ads you see. I have played this site for money 14 games now. I have done all the research and the best matchups. Basically, they have a great site to make themselves a lot of money - your money. I won't go into depth, but it's very well thought out salary capture, then there is the injury factory probable, questionable, out. What a joke, tons of ankle, knee and then they play the next week and score a ton of points. The NFL is even in on it, they will make predictions before the game and call it the DraftKings report. Basically the NFL has found another way to get into your wallet. We are making a select few very wealthy. I'm not even going to go into what the webmasters can potentially do.

    Horrible customer service

Any questions you have are answered by an auto FAQ that doesn't even pertain to the your question. Their employees on Twitter are not helpful either. I went to Fanduel and got instant help.

Won and got check, just in time for Christmas

    • Dec 24, 2015

I've been playing for this season, spent no more than $100 total and won $10,000. That was on Sunday and today is Friday, just got a FedEx package with my check.

I had problems filling out my win, but did get someone to call me to help with my withdrawal.

It's FOR REAL! And it will be a fine Christmas.

    Horrible custmer service

I haven't found anything that says they are a scam but I will say they have horrible customer service. I used DraftKings for three months never having a problem with them. Then one night it was to late to go to the bank so I gave my dad $25 and he used his credit card in which DraftKings took and deposited my money about a hour later. Then they froze my account. Then every time I responded to them they would send me an automated response that had nothing to do with my problem.

Since you can only email them, they have no phone customer service which is ridiculous. They then asked me to send a picture of my wife's (since I used her card with no problems), mine, and my father's picture identification card which we all live in the same residence (that right there should have been enough). Plus they wanted to email them pictures of our credit cards front and back. Anyone with any sense could see why we wouldn't do it. Keep in mind that me or anyone else whose card I used reported no problems whatsoever).

When we refused after 4 days of receiving a response over 5-6 hours at time they acted like it was no big deal just to send them our IDs and pictures of our cards. Keep in mind that every time you enter a card you have to enter the name and addressed on the card which worked without a hitch. I think the employees are crooks since they are slow to respond and they demand unreasonable expectations.

My father has used Fanduel for the same amount of time and never had any problems with them, I recommend going there. Plus I went to Louisiana one time with my cell phone and DraftKings restricted my cell phone and never fixed that problem either. Once again sending me automated responses that solved nothing.

      Rob

Yes, their customer service is not that great because it doesn't have to be. You put money in, you gamble, you win or you lose. It's a pretty simple process. It shouldn't require refunds.

    Fraud and scam

    • Portland, OR,
    • Nov 23, 2015

I live in Portalnd, OR and my firlfriend lives across the Washington border. I visit her once or twice a month. Due to my location services on my phone, Draftkings restricts my account thinking that I reside in Washington. They unrestricted twice now, and this last time they let me bet my money and a week later on game day they restrict my account. This is fraud as I haven't even been to WA to visit for two weeks. So they unrestricted my account, take my money, and then on game day restrict it. Why? Because I automatically forfeit my paid entry fees and any winnings when my account is on restriction. All scams are nutshell games as this one obviously is, shame on ESPN/Draftkings.

    Something's not right

    • Nov 15, 2015

No matter how good your picks are, someone will beat you. Unless you do fantasy sports for a living, you will not win. There are people who spend 10 to 15 hours a day researching, and also creating sophisticated models to make there picks. You can have the what seems to be the best lineup, with the best averages per game and get annihilated by someone who picked some of the worst players who all just so happened to have the best night of their career. I've been playing for a couple weeks now and I'm done. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can make this a full time 60 hour a week job, and also able to create your own models to sort through all the data.
