    Order process scam

    • Pelham, AL,

I ordered yesterday a three-bottle package with two free bottles. The three were $38.99 each. That doesn’t total $189.99. Then as you're placing the order, they added another bottle of $39.99. You are not ever given the opportunity to see the order before you place it. They get your credit card information first and then your order is placed.

My bank called me about these charges. I told them what happened. They advised me to call them tomorrow. Today is less than 12 hours after the order was placed, and I called to cancel both orders. I had to call two different numbers because it was two different orders! They said it had already shipped and upon arrival, I can call them back again to get RMA numbers to return, no full refund will be given, and they will charge 25% restocking fee!

Truly a scam! Do NOT purchase anything from these people!

Be careful when ordering thru the informercial....

When I ordered the Enhance Mind IQ, I was offered the Enhanced Omega only paying S&H. It wasn't until another shipment was received, just like the original order without any packaging enclosure, I went online and read the trial sample came along with the understanding that it will be auto shipped at $89.92! When I went online to cancel, the phone number was constantly busy. When I called the 800# on the container, I was put on hold for 23 minutes and finally hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will be returning the Enhanced Omega making certain I have a tracking number as proof of the return.

    Fraudulent charges

I placed an order for one bottle of Enhance Mind IQ, at a 40% discount. After entering my debit card, two emails came through that were totally wrong! It overdrew my bank account because they had the first order with FIVE bottles at $189.89! Then a second order that I never placed with some kind sleeping pills and another bottle of Enhance Mind for $78.99!

Trying to find a number for this place took eight hours. I called the BBB in W Florida, and he told me where to find all numbers they have listed, a total of 6. Plus about 6-7 other company names they use. So the number that actually worked was 866-513-4691.

I wasn't playing, I told her I wanted both orders canceled, but she said she could do one order, not two at the same time! So, I threatened to file a fraud charge at my bank, and call the Attorney General in Maryland and Florida. Well, she talked to a supervisor and canceled both. I asked when's my money going be back in the bank, and she said 2-3 days. It's February 5th, and if money was not back in the bank by the 8th, I told her I am filing the charges.

But, if you can't get anywhere with these people, file a complaint with BBB. They know this company well and will help get your money back.

Lesson learned, never again will I order without reading customer complaints.

    Perfect scam

My biggest mistake was not reading other reviews before purchasing this product. There was a "special offer" that day that if you buy five bottles, so they have a discounted offer price of $107.98. So I did that. When I checked my bank account, there was another charge from Enhance Mind IQ for $189.99!

I called the number that was on the bottle and spoke with a rep. Asking why there was another charge in the amount of $189.99 only to tell me that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I was told I made an additional order, which I DEFINITELY did not make. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who told me the same thing. All sales are final and that there was nothing she could do since they are a third party customer service center. So what was she a supervisor for if only to tell me the same thing? I asked her for the number of Enhance Mind IQ because I’m sure they are in contact with someone from there and obviously lied about not knowing anyone from the company.

It was a futile exercise and just made my blood boil all the more!

If this is a legit company, then they would have a professional customer service department that we can address our complaints to and would have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee.

I also tried the product for three days, and it only gave palpitations! It looks like the main ingredient in this product is caffeine!

This is most definitely a big scam and I would be very glad to participate in a class action suit against this company. NO, do NOT make a mistake in ordering any products from Enhance Mind IQ! I just lost $300 from them and I consider that an act of STEALING!

    Don’t do it!

I haven’t noticed any mind enhancement with this product. But the real problem I had was ordering. I ordered one bottle but when checking out my cart had a five bottle package costing $189. There was no way to reverse the order or edit it.

I have sent several emails and made several phone calls, with no answer. I don’t know the address to return the unused product, and even if I did, I fear I will not get a refund, especially since I can’t even speak with a representative. Also, it is a MUST to speak with a representative in order to obtain an RMA number since you cannot return the product without that RMA number!

Do yourself a favor and do not order this product!

    Stole my money

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life.

So I order one last bottle on September 3rd, and today I tried to cancel everything. When he gives me the tracking number for my last package, it says that it got delivered on the 9th and sent back on the 16th. I never received the package, and I never sent it back.

So I call this customer service line, supposedly they are a third party of the company. I asked them to give me my money back since they have their product and he said no because I sent it back. So the first time I call I ask for the tracking number to see where is my package and the second time I called you telling me I sent it back?

So if you think that not using your brain with customers will help you sell this product keep dreaming. And thank you for stealing my money or my pills one or the other you guys stole from me. This company will go downhill.

    Stay clear

I signed up for a free trial. I never ordered a monthly supply, which they started shipping to me with a charge of $89. It's a real scam. Stay clear. Free trial offer is a trap. When I called to cancel, they were rude and wouldn't refund my money back. The customer service is by a third party.

The stuff is mostly pure caffeine

Just drink coffee. The other ingredients will raise your blood pressure even more than the caffeine. Only one star because they required a rating, but is not even worth that!

BE CAREFUL, and don't buy it!

    Scam

On Sunday 8/27/17 I purchased the free trial order of this product that was listed on CVS email. The listed price was $4.95; however, when I received confirmation of this order, I was informed that I had purchased $1.99 for "Insure Ship," which is some type of insurance that I did NOT request. I never saw where I had purchased that item on the order form because it was nowhere to be seen.

When I arrived at the screen to place my order, there was another product offer, which I declined. At the next screen, there was yet another offer, which I also declined. I was then shown another screen where I was able to place the one order. Although carefully reading all of what was written on the order pages, I never saw anything about how long the free trial would last before I was charged additionally and how much that charge would be.

I also never saw that I would continue to be shipped more bottles if I did not make the cancellation. I called Monday the very next day to stop the orders, but they said they had already shipped them out and I need to wait until I receive the product and then they will give me a RMA#.

So I called today, Friday, 9/1/17, and talked to a rude lady named Jasmine or Joselyn (emp #41044) and went in circles with her and so I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he sent me an email to cancel all future orders but would not refund the current charges.

This is definitely a scam company and like one of the other reviews said, I will definitely not put these pills in my body for NOTHING.

Run away from this product as fast as you can

Not only is this product a fake, so are companies that represent it.

I dare anyone to find any reviews they say were done on CNN, the New York Times, or any others they claim have been written. If you take them up on their FREE trial, you'll find that they will automatically put you on their monthly refill list and charge your credit card up to $89.00 per month.

READ THE FINE PRINT! Trying to get your name off that list is a long process. They have you jumping through hoops and double talking for an hour. Stay away from these people and their products. It's all one big SCAM.

Enhanced Mind IQ and Enhanced Omega

    • Mansfield, OH ,

First of all, let me start by saying I have survived four brain surgeries and thought maybe this product would help me in some way regain some mental acuity that I lost due to the surgeries. No luck. I checked my meager bank account today and found I was overdrawn due to this scam. I called the numbers from other reviews here and on the first was told they could only cancel one of the products and I would have to call back to cancel the other.

The first phone call was rather easy. The second phone call was more of a sales pitch trying hard to get me NOT to cancel, offering me another "free trial."

Things changed when I stated I had proof that I had two more days on my trial period because I did NOT get the product until the 5th and they wanted to state I got it the 3rd. They offered a 75% refund, and I held firm and stated that I either get a full refund OR I file with the State Attorney General that they are taking advantage of people who have had brain injuries through deceptive advertising. I was told that I would get a full refund, BUT I was too late as another shipment had been sent, but I could keep it at no charge.

Overall, it is a scam, and sadly, many more people will fall for it.
