Run away from this product as fast as you can

Not only is this product a fake, so are companies that represent it.

I dare anyone to find any reviews they say were done on CNN, the New York Times, or any others they claim have been written. If you take them up on their FREE trial, you'll find that they will automatically put you on their monthly refill list and charge your credit card up to $89.00 per month.

READ THE FINE PRINT! Trying to get your name off that list is a long process. They have you jumping through hoops and double talking for an hour. Stay away from these people and their products. It's all one big SCAM.

Enhanced Mind IQ and Enhanced Omega

First of all, let me start by saying I have survived four brain surgeries and thought maybe this product would help me in some way regain some mental acuity that I lost due to the surgeries. No luck. I checked my meager bank account today and found I was overdrawn due to this scam. I called the numbers from other reviews here and on the first was told they could only cancel one of the products and I would have to call back to cancel the other.

The first phone call was rather easy. The second phone call was more of a sales pitch trying hard to get me NOT to cancel, offering me another "free trial."

Things changed when I stated I had proof that I had two more days on my trial period because I did NOT get the product until the 5th and they wanted to state I got it the 3rd. They offered a 75% refund, and I held firm and stated that I either get a full refund OR I file with the State Attorney General that they are taking advantage of people who have had brain injuries through deceptive advertising. I was told that I would get a full refund, BUT I was too late as another shipment had been sent, but I could keep it at no charge.

Overall, it is a scam, and sadly, many more people will fall for it.

    Fraudulent charges

I placed an order for one bottle of Enhance Mind IQ, at a 40% discount. After entering my debit card, two emails came through that were totally wrong! It overdrew my bank account because they had the first order with FIVE bottles at $189.89! Then a second order that I never placed with some kind sleeping pills and another bottle of Enhance Mind for $78.99!

Trying to find a number for this place took eight hours. I called the BBB in W Florida, and he told me where to find all numbers they have listed, a total of 6. Plus about 6-7 other company names they use. So the number that actually worked was 866-513-4691.

I wasn't playing, I told her I wanted both orders canceled, but she said she could do one order, not two at the same time! So, I threatened to file a fraud charge at my bank, and call the Attorney General in Maryland and Florida. Well, she talked to a supervisor and canceled both. I asked when's my money going be back in the bank, and she said 2-3 days. It's February 5th, and if money was not back in the bank by the 8th, I told her I am filing the charges.

But, if you can't get anywhere with these people, file a complaint with BBB. They know this company well and will help get your money back.

Lesson learned, never again will I order without reading customer complaints.

    MindIQ

I ordered the $59.99 bottle 4/13/17. Today I got an e-mail charging me $149.99. I had a number at the bottom of the email to call if I had questions about my order. NO ONE WILL ANSWER. I found another number to call and no one will answer. Do not get scammed like I did.

    Beware

This product is NOTHING like real, prescribed ADHD medication. I take Adderall for my ADHD and this doesn't even compare to it. Besides that, they offer you a free trial and if you don't be sure and cancel it within 14 days, you will be billed almost $90 for a recurring shipment. And then you can't even get a full refund. I call that a scam.

    Information

I'm going to give you information on the product you stated you couldn't get. I ordered the product (not through the trial supply, thank goodness). I just called to make sure I wasn't going to be enrolled in an auto charge/refill and surprisingly the number you provided was legit and the customer service was pretty easy to communicate with.

The label information you said you didn't have I was hoping to submit a pic of both sides for your information but was unable too.

I can tell you that the ingredients on the bottle are very vague. All it really says is "50 mg of Ginkgo Biloba (as 24% extract)" and "727 mg Proprietary Blend = St. John's Wort (as .3% ext.), Glutamine as L-glutamine HCI), Phosphatidylserine Complex, Bacopa Monnier (20%Bacosides), Dimethylaminoethanol Bitrate, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Vinpocetine".

Now I have no idea what these ingredients are but maybe they can aid you in your ability to deduce whether this product is actually viable. Personally, I have felt very little if any kind of effect. Hoping this helps, Thanks.

The most dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with!

I was looking online for something to help with cognitive, speech and ambulatory disability and found this company with their own fantastic reviews and empty promises, but being foolishly curious, I delved into the cost of this "miracle" brain enhancer to the degree of having to fake an order to find out the cost. Not pleased with the price, I left the website only to receive a "thank you for your order" email a few days later (to my dismay).

After calling them the next week to cancel the order that I never submitted, they claimed they could not cancel, but when I received the product, they would issue an RMA. Well, after approximately four weeks, I finally received the product and promptly called them to return. I returned it in the same box that they shipped with the address and RMA number plainly typewritten and covering my original address.

Weeks later, I still have no credit. Phoning the crooks reveals they have no record of receiving the return and pretty plainly said they are not going to give me a refund because my return was past their "60-day from receipt of order" return allowance. It doesn't matter that I never truly submitted the order or that it took nearly 30 days to get the damn poison pills.

I would not ever use them or any of their products, or for that matter, cross the street to help them if they were on fire. That was a $150 lesson!

They take your money and run

I got the 14-day trial of Enhance Mind IQ. I canceled my order because they are not worth the money. I was still billed $89.92 for the free 14-day trial. Then I didn't know they billed me, there was no email or call to tell me. After 30 days I was billed again for $94.87 for another pill bottle being mailed. It bounced my checking account, and now I have late fees.

I called the number 866-513-4691 to see why I was billed. They said they where a third party and couldn't help me. I asked them the name of there company, and they wouldn't even tell me. I contacted customer service through email, and they will not respond back. All they do is take your money and run. The pills don't work after three or four days.

My name is Edward Anderson. I work hard for my money, and I will never order from a free site again.

    Order process scam

    • Pelham, AL,

I ordered yesterday a three-bottle package with two free bottles. The three were $38.99 each. That doesn’t total $189.99. Then as you're placing the order, they added another bottle of $39.99. You are not ever given the opportunity to see the order before you place it. They get your credit card information first and then your order is placed.

My bank called me about these charges. I told them what happened. They advised me to call them tomorrow. Today is less than 12 hours after the order was placed, and I called to cancel both orders. I had to call two different numbers because it was two different orders! They said it had already shipped and upon arrival, I can call them back again to get RMA numbers to return, no full refund will be given, and they will charge 25% restocking fee!

Truly a scam! Do NOT purchase anything from these people!

    Getting smarter

I bought Enhanced Mind IQ. I gave it the test. After about a week of keeping track of me, I told my wife that I think I just spent a $100 on junk. Her response was, "now you're getting smarter." So it really does help. NOT!

Where is my order, or did I get scammed?

I paid $59.00 for one bottle of this product, Enhanced Mind IQ, through my bank on March 31, 2017. I chose to order this product based on the many emails I received from Enhanced Mind IQ. After eleven days with no shipping or tracking data, I tried contacting them by phone using several numbers listed to call without success. Finally I did reach someone by phone number 888-988-6799 published on their website and extension thereof, the call center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week if customers need information concerning their order.

The rep answering my call (I gave my zip code, name, and order number) had no information regarding my order, nor was he aware of the company Enhanced Mind IQ, nor would he connect me to a supervisor (he said was busy).

Presently, it appears I am a victim of a fraud, scammed out of $59.00. Therefore, I will be contacting the State and Federal government with my complaint as well as, filing criminal charges against all involved (all actors around the United States and Globally if necessary), and all those assisting in perpetuating this cruel activity. My actions begin at 12 noon PST April 12, 2017.

This is my true and real experience in purchasing and expected delivery of the product Enhanced Mind IQ. I too take fake/fraud/spam/ and false claims VERY seriously. Rating "F."
