This product is hyped to the max, yet does NOTHING!

I was sucked into trying Enhance Mind IQ after I read a very provocative article offering a possible replacement for Adderall, which is something I must take daily for severe ADHD that I would love to treat with anything but a narcotic pharmaceutical.

The headline read "Better than Adderall." The author excelled with key phrases that enticed me to try something new. For example, "I couldn't wait to get up in the morning." It read like dream come true for me. I ordered the trial without any clue this would enroll me in an opt out scam.

Fortunately, I made some sort of error with my shipping address that saved the hassle others have gone through.

The ONLY way I realized what I'd gotten myself into was the call I made in search of my product. I got a representative on the line and used one word, "fraud," which instantly canceled all future charges and shipments without me having to ask. I am grateful for that, especially since the product came and does absolutely NOT ONE THING!

Apparently, I paid for shipping, plus whatever that added two dollars (I thought I had declined when I clicked the box next to those words, but whatever!) for what seems to be a placebo.

It's a rip-off, people. Plain and simple. This crap isn't even worth the effort it took me to read and write about. I'm doing this for anyone who may get sucked in for the reasons I did. Don't do it!

    Peace.

    Shady, sneaky business practices

Scam. They offer you a cheap trial price, send a receipt for the cheap trial price, then in small print (I was told, I never actually saw it, so as far as I'm concerned it doesn't explain this anywhere), they tell you they charge you for the full price after 14 days. No receipt, no reminder, nowhere do they make it clear what their intentions are. The pills don't even work, which is why they have to be sneaky about charging you for them. Save yourself a headache, learn from my mistake and don't fall for it!

Free trial order of Enhance Mind IQ

On 07/17/17 I purchased the free trial order of this product that was listed on Amazon as a bonus. The listed price was $4.95; however, when I received confirmation of this order, I was informed that I had purchased $2.00 for "Insure Ship" to provide assurance that I would receive my order. I never saw where I had purchased that item on the order form. I also carefully read the conditions of this "free trial," since after years of experience I am still susceptible to scam offers of this nature.

When I arrived at the screen to place my order, there was another product offer, which I declined. At the next screen, there was yet another offer, which I also declined. I was then shown another screen where I was able to place the one order. Although carefully reading all of what was written on the order pages, I never saw anything about how long the free trial would last before I was charged additionally and how much that charge would be. I also never saw that I would continue to be shipped items at $90 per bottle if I did not make the cancellation.

Fortunately, I ordered yesterday and read the reviews on this website today so that I may be able to call the numbers provided in the reviews and make a cancellation before my credit card is charged an additional $90. I wish to thank all of the persons that provided careful reviews. These reviews have saved me from additional headaches.

    Total ripoff

I have no need to try whatever they sent. They offer a 14-day trial and kind of force you to buy another product they offer in order to close out the transaction. Also on trial.

They don't put their address on anything. One telephone number exists to contact them. If you can find that you will be communicating with a voicemail, one that makes it hard to follow them.

First, you are informed they intend to charge you $70 or so if you don't return your free "trial." If you push enough buttons, you will eventually find they require a return to a California address for Enhance Mind IQ and a different address for their other products. They obviously do not expect most people to cancel each product separately, but require that that be done or they do a full charge and continue to charge. This clearly demonstrates you are dealing with thieves who promise the moon and give you dirt (probably radioactive dirt).

Then they require an RMA number, which is long and their computer voice runs through. I doubt most seniors will get most of the words or letters, yet they are required to return their "trial." They don't spell out words. It is obvious they intend to defraud anyone and everyone they suck into their web of deceit. I would not ever try whatever is in their pills simply based on the fact that they already demonstrate they are thieves.

Although their return addresses do not include this, they apparently operate under the name Triple M Labs. Another change to throw off people looking for the charges on your bank card. So best case outcome here is a waste the money since they charge for not one, but two "trials." Then you waste the money and time to repackage and return their crap, then hope they don't attempt to further scam you in some way.

These people prove they are thieves via their own actions. DO NOT do business with them! I suggest we all check reports on HighYa prior to ever purchasing any products like this online. Thanks for helping to protect us HighYa.

    Canceled order finally

After getting no response by email or phone number listed on their order confirmation, I noticed their name was different on my bank statement: Enhanced Focus Lakewood, FL 855-979-9260. I finally persuaded the sales rep (who was very cordial) to cancel my order and just received an email stating I will be refunded.

They take your money and run

I got the 14-day trial of Enhance Mind IQ. I canceled my order because they are not worth the money. I was still billed $89.92 for the free 14-day trial. Then I didn't know they billed me, there was no email or call to tell me. After 30 days I was billed again for $94.87 for another pill bottle being mailed. It bounced my checking account, and now I have late fees.

I called the number 866-513-4691 to see why I was billed. They said they where a third party and couldn't help me. I asked them the name of there company, and they wouldn't even tell me. I contacted customer service through email, and they will not respond back. All they do is take your money and run. The pills don't work after three or four days.

My name is Edward Anderson. I work hard for my money, and I will never order from a free site again.

    Ripoff company!

The only reason for giving one star is that zero stars was not available.

The only smooth part of the entire process was placing the order and this rip-off company charging my credit card! DO NOT buy from this company!

When attempting to cancel/return the product to Enhanced Mind IQ because of no noticeable effect (cup of coffee much more effective), I was VERBALLY COMBATTED every time I called, transferred repeatedly and given every excuse in the book in order to not give me a return address for a refund. This is a hard core professional rip0ff company!

I had to cancel my credit card and get a replacement as my card was charged long after I canceled. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and wish them the success I didn't get when attempting to cancel and return Enhanced Mind IQ and Omega Enhanced.

    Neither great nor horrible

I ordered the $4.99 free trial on day one, received a 60-capsule bottle for that free trial on day nine, took the capsule twice daily as directed on the bottle and kept a journal of my personal experience.

To summarize, I subjectively felt slightly more motivated and alert, feelings to which I am very attuned because I have suffered the condition diagnosed as major depression for the past 52 years. It is now day 15, and I am halfway through the month-long free trial.

I like the results subjectively, but I am unsure of whether I am experiencing a placebo effect or something verifiable through neuroscientific tests. Until such tests are conducted and published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal of substantially good repute, neither I nor any other human on the planet can objectively report the neuroscientific results of Enhance Mind IQ.

Accordingly, while I subjectively have felt no ill effects and only slightly positive effects, the next question concerns price, that is, whether the cost is worth it. Not so to me, as I am now retired and live on a fixed income. If you can afford about $90 a month for a subjective test such as mine, I encourage you to try as a way to contribute to quasi-useful data accumulation such as my own comment now does. On the other hand, if you think the price is high, I am skeptical that it is worth it.

As a matter of marketing, I think the right price point is about $27.95. Such a price point may encourage more widespread subjective journal keeping like mine. Still, without several published scientific reports in reputable professional, third-party journals, no one can offer an objective opinion.

    MindIQ

I ordered the $59.99 bottle 4/13/17. Today I got an e-mail charging me $149.99. I had a number at the bottom of the email to call if I had questions about my order. NO ONE WILL ANSWER. I found another number to call and no one will answer. Do not get scammed like I did.

Where is my order, or did I get scammed?

I paid $59.00 for one bottle of this product, Enhanced Mind IQ, through my bank on March 31, 2017. I chose to order this product based on the many emails I received from Enhanced Mind IQ. After eleven days with no shipping or tracking data, I tried contacting them by phone using several numbers listed to call without success. Finally I did reach someone by phone number 888-988-6799 published on their website and extension thereof, the call center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week if customers need information concerning their order.

The rep answering my call (I gave my zip code, name, and order number) had no information regarding my order, nor was he aware of the company Enhanced Mind IQ, nor would he connect me to a supervisor (he said was busy).

Presently, it appears I am a victim of a fraud, scammed out of $59.00. Therefore, I will be contacting the State and Federal government with my complaint as well as, filing criminal charges against all involved (all actors around the United States and Globally if necessary), and all those assisting in perpetuating this cruel activity. My actions begin at 12 noon PST April 12, 2017.

This is my true and real experience in purchasing and expected delivery of the product Enhanced Mind IQ. I too take fake/fraud/spam/ and false claims VERY seriously. Rating "F."

This product doesn't work, and I wasted $60 that I could have spent on coffee because coffee has a better effect than this no effect pill. Don't waste your time or money buying this, if you do, you'll regret it.
