What Is Erectify Ultra?
Manufactured by Healthy Male Concepts, LLC, Erectify Ultra is a male enhancement dietary supplement that promises to deliver longer stamina, harder erections, stronger performance, heightened sensitivity, and mind-blowing orgasms for men of all ages.
In fact, by flooding your penile chambers with blood, the website advertises its medical strength formula—now available without a prescription—“may help add inches to your penis size, both length and girth-wise,” while allowing you to last five times longer.
We’re told you just have to take one tablet per day for at least 30 days. Most men report experiencing results within the first week, with improved results after continued use over a period of six months. Despite all of these benefits, the company claims the supplement is 100% safe and has been used by thousands of men.
But, can you realistically expect Erectify Ultra’s ingredients to deliver on the manufacturer’s claims? Are there other male enhancement supplements competing with it, and how can you make the most informed decision possible? We’ll reveal what we learned during our research to help you find some actionable answers.
The Basic Mechanics of an Erection
In The Science of Erections, George Dvorsky summarizes, “two paired cylinders within the penis, the corpora cavernosa, when trapped with blood, are responsible for the rigidity of an erection.”
This process begins once the proper sensory or mental stimulation is received, which causes the brain to release a “burst of a brain chemical called nitric oxide” to “increase the size of blood vessels carrying blood to the penis, and decrease the size of vessels carrying the blood out.”
The influx of blood causes the penis to become rigid, which then becomes trapped inside the corpora cavernosa until the “muscles in the penis contract to stop the inflow of blood and open the veins for blood outflow.”
While this is a simple explanation, it's easy to see that the process of achieving an erection is complicated, since it isn't just physical, but also mental and emotional. As such, anything that can go wrong in these areas—physical trauma, mental illness, certain prescription medications, excessive stress, insufficient diet and exercise, low testosterone, etc.—can make it difficult to achieve one. If it occurs chronically, this is what’s known as erectile dysfunction.
But, is there anything contained in Erectify Ultra that can help address this issue, or deliver on the handful of other benefits it’s advertised to provide?
What We Learned About Erectify Ultra’s Ingredients
We contacted the company’s customer support department and learned that Erectify Ultra contains the following ingredients and dosages:
- Vitamin E 20 IU
- Vitamin D3 40 mg
- Horny Goat Weed 280 mg
- Hawthorne Berry 250 mg
- Damiana Leaf 200 mg
- Muira Puama 200 mg
- Ginkgo Biloba Leaf 120 mg
- Chinese Ginseng 120 mg
- Tribulus Fruit Extract 120 mg
- Catuaba Bark 84.5 mg
- Saw Palmetto 84.5 mg
- Inosine 50 mg
- L-Arginine 50 mg
- Oat Straw 32 mg
- Cayenne Fruit 20 mg
- Soy Isolate Protein 0.5 mg
According to their summaries of the available clinical evidence, sites like the Natural Medicines Database, Examine.com, and WebMD indicate that taking between 200 IU and 600 IU of vitamin E by mouth per day could help improve pregnancy rates for men with fertility problems.
1,400 to 2,700 mg of Panax ginseng day for up to 12 weeks has been shown to improve sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction, Korean ginseng (no dosages listed) may boost sexual arousal in postmenopausal women, and five grams of L-arginine by mouth daily may improve sexual function in men with ED.
Outside of these ingredients, these same sites indicate there’s insufficient clinical evidence to support the manufacturer’s claims for Erectify Ultra. And for those with clinical support, the reported effects are relatively mild compared to prescription medications.
Could Erectify Ultra’s Ingredients Cause Side Effects?
Returning to the clinical evidence summaries listed on sites like WebMD and the Natural Medicines Database, hawthorn is listed as possibly safe for adults when taken for up to 16 weeks, although its long-term safety is unknown.
Similarly, researchers think that Panax ginseng has “some hormone-like effects that could be harmful with prolonged use” (more than six months).
Tribulus can cause digestive upset and nausea in some individuals (no dosages or other specifics provided), as well as potential “excitation, difficulty sleeping, or heavy menstrual bleeding.” Its long-term safety is also unknown.
Ginkgo and saw palmetto might cause digestive upset and nausea in some people as well, while l-arginine may lead to “blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma, and low blood pressure.”
Finally, they report it’s not known if muira puama, inosine, or catuaba are safe or what their possible side effects might be.
To help you avoid potential side effects or negative interactions with medications you’re taking, be sure to have an in-depth conversation with your doctor before placing an order for Erectify Ultra, or any other dietary supplement.

How to Choose Between Erectify Ultra & Other Male Enhancement Supplements
The HighYa team has written about dozens of testosterone and male enhancement supplements over the years, including popular options like Spartagen XT, RexaVar, TestoFuel, and Evermax, to name just a few.
Many make the same claims as Erectify Ultra, and even include most of the same ingredients. But overall, do they work, and are they worth the often steep price you’ll pay?
Outside of the lack of clinical evidence we discussed in the Ingredients section earlier, according to Dr. Elke Cooke, a functional medicine specialist based in Sacramento, CA, emphasizes that there’s simply no magic bullet. And even if you do increase testosterone levels, she emphasizes:
“Taking one supplement and not addressing lifestyle issues like stress reduction and food is not enough. You can’t expect a single supplement to take care of the issues. There’s no wonder drug. Supplements can increase your testosterone levels, but that doesn’t always translate into improvement.”
Instead, many doctors recommend getting plenty of exercise as the first line of defense against symptoms of low testosterone, in addition to watching your stress levels, getting plenty of sleep, eating properly, getting outside frequently, and practicing other healthy lifestyle habits.
Given all of these details, where does the Erectify Ultra supplement fit into the grand scheme of things?
Should You Place an Order for Erectify Ultra?
We say it often, but the fact of the matter is that we’re only here to provide you with the relevant details about a product or service, and leave the final decision up to you. We’re not here to tell you how to spend your money.
With this in mind, based on what we learned from sites like Examine.com, the Natural Medicines Database, and WebMD, there’s insufficient clinical evidence indicating that the majority of Erectify Ultra’s ingredients will deliver on the manufacturer’s claims.
Furthermore, medical professionals we’ve interviewed for past articles indicated that perhaps the best way to boost T-levels naturally is by exercising, eating right, decreasing stress, and other healthy lifestyle factors like maximizing sleep.
On top of this, it’s not medically possible to increase the length or girth of the penis without surgery. We also didn’t find any evidence that Erectify Ultra or any of its ingredients have ever been available only via prescription, or that the supplement has been featured on popular programs and publications like The Doctors, CNBC, CNN, or Men’s Health, as advertised on their site.
Still, Las Vegas-based Healthy Male Concepts LLC seems to stand behind the supplement with a six-month refund policy, so you might not have much more to lose than return S&H if you’re not satisfied with its results. We also found their customer support staff friendly and helpful we called, so you might experience much of the same.
Since low testosterone and erectile/sexual dysfunction are medical conditions, though, make sure you talk with your doctor before placing your order, who could make recommendations based on your specific diagnosis and current prescriptions.

Product doesn't work as advertised and I can't get any response to return product.
This product didn't work for me as advertised. I had an allergic reaction to it. It was supposed to be sold with a six-month return policy. When I tried to contact the company to find out how to return the product for a refund, I have been unable to get in touch with the company. I have tried to reach them by calling the only phone number I have, 844-383-4660, which was on the packing slip but get nothing but a busy signal no matter how many times I call. I have gone on the internet to their website and sent emails to the Contact Us place with no response. This has been going on for weeks. I believe at this point that this company is a scam to get your money. I am ready to take legal action if I can learn how to do so. They are not living up to their advertised reputation.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
