SCAM. Don't buy before reading, they will take your money.

I purchased this from a website advertising it for $5, but after 16 days, I was charged $74.95 for ExoSlim and $84.97 for ExoBoost, both purchased in the same transaction. I called the company and they would not return my money. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Terrible Service

So, I signed up for the "free trial," which is only 14 days. But that is 14 days from the day you order them not the day you receive them. So, basically I got to take a week's worth before they were charging my account the $160.00 dollars that it cost to buy the product. I called to cancel the service at which time I was told I had to send back the rest of the product before they would refund my money to me. I don't mind paying for a product, but I wanted to make sure it was going to work first. How can you know if a product works in a week's time. Even doctors like to give patients a few weeks of taking medicine to determine if it is going to work properly. I was very disappointed in how they conducted the "free trial."

I was also told that even if I send the product back they will refund all but $12.95 per product, because that is the warehouse service fee. I ended up just keeping what I had for the simple fact that I feel like sending it back would be more of a hassle than it is worth, plus I would have to pay to send them back, and I still won't get my money until they get the product back.

My question is why do they even want the product back, are they going to re-package it up for someone else to have, because that is not good at all. So, I will continue to take the product to see if it genuinely works, however, I found a product at GNC with the same ingredients that I will purchase for $30 dollars when I am finished with this stuff. I would not even have given a star if I was not required to.

    Deceptive selling tactics

Awful customer service. Ordered the "free" trial. Not free. They stuck on "insurance" fees and then went ahead and charged full price for the 30-day "free trial" after about 12 days. Be careful and read the terms carefully, they bury the truths in the fine print! When I called for refund they charge exorbitant restocking fees.

Do not buy this product! It is a scam and a fraud. It immediately made me nauseous, and unless you take the time to read the very lengthy terms and conditions, you end up paying for your "free" 30 day trial after the 30 days are up, and they bill your card automatically.

They sneak in the ExoBoost during the order procedure so your stuck with both bottles, then when you get your credit card statement, there are additional "shipping guarantee" fees that aren't outlined in the payment process.

I immediately called customer service to get my info to return the product within the timeline. I was guaranteed that no other charges will be added to my card.

Let's see if that's not a lie as well. I'm very disappointed in how this company represents themselves in their ad.

    Billing practices

I ordered Exoslim from the website, then for some reason they automatically signed me up for the trial of Exoboost as well. They charged me around 4.97 for each trial and then added two other bogus charges of 2.97 each.

Hopefully, the product itself works but the shady business practices alone make me think its a scam.

Look out! You will pay money to end your "free trial" period.

I ordered the free trial Exosilm. I only paid the $5 for the shipping and handling. When I received it, I saw that a warning on the bottle for people with hypoglycemia and diabetes. I am hypoglycemic, so I emailed to cancel getting any more bottles ($85 each). I was told I would have to return the bottle I had received or I would be charged the $85 for that bottle.

So in the end, I paid $10 for shipping and handling and postage on a product I never used. Kind of annoying when the trial was supposed to be free and the full description of the product was either not forthcoming or in some very fine print.

Don't bother. No difference whatsoever, and it's $86 a bottle after 14 days are up. Then they want you to return the product at your cost, and charge a $13 restocking fee, which is scary to think they're restocking pills after they've been in God-only-knows who's hands. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Total scam.
