Adhesive eyelashes

I ordered the adhesive lashes hoping they would work out. They definitely didn't. I was very excited at first because I'm terrible at putting falsies on and dealing with eyelash glue. I tried getting these lashes on and they wouldn't even stay in place. They do not stick, and I am frustrated that I paid $15 for something that doesn't even do what it is supposed to.

Disappointing customer service; ignored my concerns!

I contacted Focallure multiple times about a site glitch that resulted in me being charged for three of the same color! The first response from an associate completely did not address my issue at all, and she barely spoke (let alone wrote) English in complete sentences. I reached out again in hopes of getting another fully literate associate, and she also refused to address my issue. I will never order, nor refer several of my bridal friends, to this company because of this event alone. I have still yet to try the product, but the experience was enough to send my business elsewhere. Disappointing, especially being a bride AND performer!

I've never received my products

Not too happy! I've never received what I ordered, yet it supposedly came. I'm home every day all day and I have yet to see my product, and it's been a very long time since I've ordered. So I can't review something that I've never received, but I did get charged.

Appalling

It’s been an awful experience. I ordered the eyeliner six weeks ago now and still haven’t received it. A few emails back and forth have been sent, but no one wants to tell me how much longer I am going to be waiting for the product to finally be delivered.

The delivery on the website quotes “9-18 days delivery,” but whether that means business days or just 9-18 days I’m not sure, but either way, I have been waiting far too long.

I’ve asked for a refund as I was told my product hadn’t even been shipped at five weeks in. I was told they didn’t know if it had already been dispatched so they could not offer me a refund (so they have either lied or haven’t been taking any kind of note of shipped orders) since then I’ve had an email to say there will be another further delay.

All in all, I’ve been offered a £10 voucher for the next time I order. Which I feel isn’t good enough as I still don’t even know if I will actually receive my order so why would I waste money on something else from their site. An absolute waste of time and money.

Please take my advice and don't buy from this company!

Very disappointed

This lipstick stays sticky, comes off with food and drink, and easily comes off. The company is doing nothing, and they won't give me a refund for being dishonest about what they are selling.

Garbage

After reading the directions and following them, I applied the matte lipstick. It went on fairly smoothly, but the color was a lot darker than I expected. It took a very long time to dry, and when it finally did, it felt like I had a fuzzy coating on my lips. It rubbed off on a glass while drinking and after about an hour my lips were so dry they actually looked chapped. This lipstick is not long-lasting, and it makes your lips feel dry and fuzzy. I give it one star because of the price only. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Lipstick morganite

Well, for one, I feel the girl I talked to on the live chat was not very pleasant. The second time around I didn’t like how it takes almost a month just to get it shipped, and when I got it, the lipstick was terrible. It doesn’t go on smooth, it looks horrible, and is poorly made. Not worth my money nor time, which is sad because I really wanted to wear it for my wedding.

Lip gloss

Customer service

My experience with Focallure was less than satisfying. My order did not get to me in the promised allotted time frame of 2-7 business days. I was planning a trip out of town and wanted my items for my vacation.

I contacted customer service and asked for the $4.95 back for shipping cost since I didn't receive it on time. I was denied and offered a 10% of the purchase price. I explained that I still expected the full shipping cost but was ignored for several days. I was very unhappy with the customer service. I went away for a week, and it arrived while I was away. I didn't like the items after all but don't want to deal with the process of returning them. There were no returning instructions anyway.

Horrible lip color

Yes, this color does what out advertises, stay on forever!

BUT! Buyer beware! After removing, my lips were so dry they cracked and peeled AND BLED! Never have I had any product do this to my lips. I look horrible! I wish I could include a picture.

They refuse to give a refund on their product!

No refund

I purchased three shades of lipstick because I liked the colors. I gave them an honest try. The color did not last. One of the colors actually bleeds around the outside edges, so it looks like I had a lighter color ring around the outside of my lip. It looked dry and caked-on shortly after applying. It just did not have a smooth pretty look. I was not happy with the product and requested a refund. I would return the unopened, unused product. I received an email that said there would be no refunds or exchanges on cosmetic products. So I have wasted $30 plus on this product and I will not be getting a refund. Buyer beware.

Dissatisfied

I ordered two separate orders and I only received one. The lipsticks are supposed to be matte and stay on for hours, but I wasn't even eating or drinking, and in an hour it was completely off my lips. Really not worth the money. I should have tried one before I bought two full orders of them.

Got everywhere

It was not supposed to come off once applied. It was on my coffee cup, my fingers, on my papers at work. I brushed my face and it was just everywhere. CoverGirl and Maybelline 12 stain is five times better and actually works. Waste of money.

Order NOT fulfilled after 15 days

I saw this company advertised on Facebook, so I watched some reviews on YouTube for the Matte Lipstick. This looked like a nice product so I decided to order SIX different colors. A few days after I placed the order (which they state would ship from their facility within 2-5 business days), it was not yet fulfilled.

I have reached out a few times for updates.

The first attempt I was told the "system was down and would need to check back later."

The second attempt I was advised that the order was being processed and their "staff was working around the clock" to ship out orders.

The third attempt I was advised the product had run out of stock (even though at the time of ordering it gave me a 10-minute countdown to reserve the item for shipping).

The first attempt I got an automated email message stating my order had been "submitted for fulfillment."

HOWEVER, my order status STILL shows unfulfilled.

Incredibly disappointed.

The next step I will be asking for a refund, and if I am denied, I will be contacting someone in regards to this company and getting my money back.

Disappointed

The Jenny house Glamour Crystal, it came in a beat up box, items are missing, some kind of red clip? Also, some black thing! It came with directions in Korean, no other stuff, plus I tried to YouTube directions, nothing is in English. I also ordered some Focallure eyeshadow, naked eyeshadow palette in FA-08, and the mirror to the compact is broken!

This is terrible packaging, plus the products!

I am very upset and want to send those two products back, but I don’t know how!

Another description ripoff

They basically stole from Maybelline's ad. Their brow pen is half the price as well. $25 on Focallure and only $13.50 on Maybelline's website. Just saying. Thank you, HighYa, glad I caught this article!

Horrible experience

I ordered in the beginning of April. At the time I placed my order there was absolutely no indication that it was back ordered. It said it would be shipped in something like seven business days.

At nine business days, I reached out to find out what was going on. I was told it takes seven business days and just wait. When I pointed out that it was past that and my order still hadn't been shipped, the person I spoke to was belligerent. It was 12 business days before my order was even shipped. That was April the 24th. So far my order has made it to Indiana. But who knows. The tracking info was last updated almost a week ago.

So all in all, I ordered almost a month ago now. And I still haven't received my order. I'm beyond frustrated. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I was actually surprised to see it shipping from the States. I have received packages from China faster. Horrible experience. This makeup had better be god's gift to be worth the hassle.

First time purchasing an item on this website. It took them a MONTH to deliver my item. It’s very hard to contact them because they don’t have a phone number or anything. The people are very unprofessional on how they work their business and the way they type. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone nor purchase anything on the website. It’s ridiculous.

Focallure copies off of small sellers

So, Focallure decided to clean up their product descriptions and to stop copying off of the big name competitors. To start copying off of the small sellers that sell their products.

First off, I ordered the products to resell. Then I received damaged goods, where they said they would give me a $1.00 credit for products I paid $3.00 for each. Seems like I'm getting the short end of the stick there!

Second, the internet is plagued with sellers that list Focallure's products for $1, $2, $3, and $4. When you purchased at those prices (once you add in shipping from China to the US) to sell at higher rates!

So, Focallure steals my product descriptions (sure try to enforce intellectual property with an international company), and they force the price of their own product down, and on top of all of that, they do not replace items damaged due to poor packing! Seems like a lose, lose situation.

Why should I be shocked? Have you read how they treat their customers! Yeah...

My advice, stay clear of this company. They will steal the descriptions that you use to describe their product (because their product descriptions are poorly written, by an amateur), send you damaged goods and offer you $1.00 for items you paid $3.00 for and then flood the market with products from sellers that sell the same product at a fraction of your cost.

Stick with products sold here in the US. You know exactly what you are applying to your body, it is guaranteed to live up to the claims on the bottle and, you will never have to worry about copyright infringement or extremely low prices for the same products.

For now, I give Focallure's products away at events and sell it really cheap in secondary markets. For example, something Focallure sells on their website for $14.00, because of the competition, I have to sell for 4 bucks!

My lesson learned: if you treat your customer bad, why should I expect you to treat your sellers any better!

This is NOT PolyGel! I am very disappointed with this product. PolyGel should be thick and easy to work with. As a manufacturer of PolyGel products, I thought I would see how other companies products were and this is by far the worst I have seen. It is like a slime that is very runny and impossible to use.

Very disappointed!

I was super excited to get the five liquid lipsticks that I ordered. They arrived today. I tried two of the five and was very disappointed with both #20 and #04. The colors are great, however, after wearing them for no more than five minutes or so, when I rolled my lips around, so did the lipstick and it came off! Not impressed one bit!

These are worse than LipSense that I used and thought there can't be anything worse. Well, here it is. I want a refund on the three that were not opened; #19, #21 and #03.

I'll be more than happy to return them. Send me a paid return label and refund me, please.

Do not order!

I ordered from this company on April 25th. I sent an email before about the shipment and received no response. Today, May 11th, I disputed the transaction with my bank and informed the company. I received an email that my order was submitted for fulfillment and was not able to be canceled. I put it on my Amex and have no concerns about winning the dispute through my card company.

This is just such a disappointment to learn the products are a scam, not advertised accurately, and the rest of the headaches. Do not order from this company.

Not worth the money

Sold on Wish - red flag

I ordered a couple of lipsticks from the Wish app before I was aware of the dangers of "fakeup" online. One was a liquid lipstick from Focallure. It was definitely sent from China (you can tell from return address and postmarks). The other lipstick from the same seller turned out to be a "Kylie" liquid lip for $1. After learning about fake cosmetics and how they are created by cartels in unregulated factories, and have been found to contain human and rat feces and urine amongst other unpleasentness, I threw both lipsticks in the trash after only hand swatching them. People have suffered with eyes swelling shut and throats swelling closed from these cosmetics made purely for profit with no concern for the customer. The seller refunded me presumably to shut me up and because they knew I was right. Focallure is definitely not made and sold from the USA, and I wouldn't trust the ingredients at all. Please be safe!
