The process to begin the process was painless. I am new to the company. I am not an employee but a client. The company is easy to work with. Employees are pleasant. They work with you and make everything work to your advantage. They also give everything online and mail everything snail mail, so you have copies of everything you sign.

I haven't had that much interaction from Freedom Debt Relief since I initiated the process. I was told to expect calls from my creditors, which has occurred. I told Bank of American to stop harassing me as I am with Freedom Debt Relief which I tried to tell one of the people who called me, and give them the number I was advised to give them, but they refused to take the phone number. However, since then I haven't had any more phone calls, which were occurring 5-6 times a day.

I was really nervous when I first spoke with Mark at Freedom Debt Relief. He was very understanding and helpful. So far everyone I have spoken with is friendly and quick to respond. I have tried to do everything that I have been asked to do, and things are going smoothly. I have only been with the program for about a month at the most. The company is professional, and so are the people I have spoken with.

The service I have received has been extremely helpful to me in resolving my debt issues and providing peace of mind that I will be debt free in the foreseeable future. They helped my husband and I get out of debt, so this is very much appreciated. Stoney and I couldn't be happier that we are going through a company like these guys.

I am making my payments and waiting patiently for negotiations on my debt to begin. Freedom Debt Relief has been very positive and encouraging and now I just have to wait for results. I have to say that once we received the correct associate, our service has been A+++. The team at FDR have been so friendly and very patient. I didn’t know where to turn and hadn’t any idea that a company like FDR existed.
