Helped reduce payments by half. Became easier to ignore emails and phone calls knowing they were or would be contacted when payments to program began to arrive. Not too big a hit on credit report because that hit already happened. Should see stability soon.

Although I didn't think this service was legit, or for me, I changed my mind after speaking with Autumn. I'm only one month into this program, but so far everything has gone well. I'm still understanding the program, but it seems this will help me with my debt issues.

I requested the addition of two credit cards to my existing account; your rates are better than theirs. I don't have the finals numbers for what the monetary changes are; I hope to get them sooner. I'm sure they'll be better than they were before (that was the idea, anyway). You have done good work for me in the past and I'm sure this will continue.

I have struggled with my "plastic addiction" (credit cards) for a while now. I never missed a "minimum payment", but I could never get out of the hole I kept digging myself into. Finally, I said, "let's see who's out there that can help you with this situation?" I had heard about Freedom Debt Relief from an advertisement, somewhere, so I started the dialog with Jeremy. Now, I feel better about my future financial picture because I will have taken care of the huge, recurring money drain of carrying too much ongoing debt.

I was trying so hard to get out of debt and when Freedom Debt Relief came around I was very happy how to handle the situation. Having Freedom Debt Relief working for me was a burden off my mind. Sign up was no more than calling FDR and speaking to one of their CSR named Cory and answering those questions to get my account started. Freedom Debt Relief has been a Godsend. I am deeply in debt just borrowing from Peter to pay Paul when I started looking into filing bankruptcy. But I checked in with Freedom Debt Relief and signed up right away. My bills are going to be negotiated and paid by FDR and I just make sure a much smaller payment is in my account like 75% less than the monthly bills I would have to pay monthly. The people at FDR explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand. Would recommend them to family and friends 100% and anyone else who has found themselves over their head in debt.

Freedom Debt Relief has been wonderful in every way.
When I first called they explained the process to me, and it has worked exactly as they said from day one. They are in the process of resolving my debt as promised. I did exactly as they suggested and sent notice to all the creditors and I have not had a single phone call from any of the creditors.
Freedom Debt Relief took the STRESS out of getting my debts resolved.

I started a little over six months ago in the Freedom Debt Relief program and was very skeptical at first about doing it. I'm glad I did. Every person I talk to when I need them truly wants to help you succeed in the program. It may take up to six months before you get your first settlement, but it's not because they are not trying. You have to get enough money in your account so they can work their magic. Their customer service team has always been honest and upfront with me from the get-go.

Every time I phoned, the reps were very understanding to my anxiety over my debt. I would recommend this company to all. I was able to pay off several accounts that were in Freedom. My husband Ralph and I were facing bankruptcy as an only option to our personal financial disaster! Just in the nick-of-time, we received a Freedom Debt Relief application. Jane Wade called Freedom to get the particulars of how the debt reduction for Freedom worked. In a matter of minutes, Ralph and I were all signed up, and a new client of Freedom Debt Relief. Several creditors were offered a full debt reduction payment for the account (that they were previously unsuccessfully trying to collect from us). I think things are being handled ok, but I don't think their dashboard is very helpful for clients (me). It is very vague for a person who is so over stressed about being harassed about paying credit card bills, and telling a client exactly what is happening and where you are at in the process of negotiating. I am more upset about the fact that when I came on board I was told I could add any bills, such as hospital bills, or I have a few payday loans that I need help with, and I have tried twice to add them on with no success. So meanwhile I am getting cards taken care of, and I am getting bashed by Pay Day loan folks.
