About Garcinia Purely Trim
Garcinia Purely Trim is a new, 100% all-natural weight loss supplement that claims to support healthy weight loss by providing rapid absorption for maximum results, and to be naturally effective for all metabolisms.
In order to help you burn fat fast, Garcinia Purely Trim claims to contain hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which inhibits citrate lyase and prevents your body from turning carbohydrates into fat. In addition, this HCA is also claimed to increase serotonin levels that can improve your mood and suppress your appetite.
But is there any truth to these claims? In our opinion, probably not, and here’s why:
Will Garcinia Purely Trim Help You Lose Weight?
The short answer: Almost certainly not.
The detailed answer: We’ve written extensively about garcinia cambogia in the past, including our Garcinia Cambogia Buyer’s Guide and Garcinia Cambogia: Separating Fact from Fiction articles. And what have we learned during all this research?
There is essentially zero clinical evidence showing that garcinia cambogia (or the HCA it contains) can provide humans with any kind of meaningful weight loss results. Period.
In addition, Dr. Oz recommended that garcinia cambogia supplements contain at least 50% HCA, while other brands generally feature 60%. However, there isn’t a product label or ingredients listed provided on the Garcinia Purely Trim website letting us know how much HCA the supplement contains.
Marketing Tactics Used By Garcinia Purely Trim
Perhaps because there’s zero clinical evidence showing that garcinia cambogia can help you lose weight, the manufacturer designed their website so that you’re more inclined to make an emotion decision instead of an informed one.
This includes featuring a picture of an attractive model in the upper left-hand corner (where your eye is naturally drawn), making you think to yourself, “I’d love to look like that or be with someone like that!”
Then, in the center of the page, you find out that the supplement is “simply a fast way to burn fat,” which makes the weight loss process seem as simple as popping a pill. However, you then notice that Garcinia Purely Trim can’t verify supply any longer due to demand, giving you a sense of urgency.
Finally, you learn that you can obtain a “free” trial of Garcinia Purely Trim, and because you’re primed to buy at this point, you might make an emotional purchasing decision you later regret (more about this in the Pricing section).

Are Other Folks Dropping Pounds with Garcinia Purely Trim?
Garcinia Purely Trim was a very new product at the time of our research, and was only marketed through a group of independent affiliates. Because these affiliates earn commissions from each sale they refer, they’ll often create fake customer review websites that may look somewhat convincing at first, but are actually just more hype from the company.
Among more than 170 HighYa reader reviews for these products, they have an average rating of just 1.5 stars, with common complaints citing failure to work, high price, and difficulty cancelling trials/autoship programs. And based on Garcinia Purely Trim’s close resemblance to these products, it’s out opinion that you’ll probably experience much of the same.
From a company perspective, Garcinia Purely Trim is manufactured by OnTheGo Brands LLC, although neither the product nor the company are listed with the Better Business Bureau.
Garcinia Purely Trim Pricing & Refund Policy
Garcinia Purely Trim is only available through a 14-day trial for $4.93 S&H, for which you’ll receive a 30-day supply of the supplement.
Then, after your trial expires, you’ll be charged $89.93 for the bottle you initially received, and will also be enrolled in the company’s autoship program. This means you’ll continue receiving a 30-day supply of Garcinia Purely Trim once per month, and your credit card will be billed $89.93 each time.
Important note: We’ve reviewed hundreds of nutritional supplements here at HighYa, and it’s our opinion that free trials are a sneaky way of ensuring you’ll pay full price, while autoship programs are intended to keep sending you products that you probably weren’t very interested in to begin with. As such, we generally recommend avoiding products sold only through these methods.
There wasn’t any refund information provided on the Garcinia Purely Trim website or in their Terms & Conditions, so refunds don’t appear to be available outside of the trial.
In order to cancel your trial or your autoship enrollment, you’ll need to contact customer service at 800-686-5213.
Is Garcinia Purely Trim a Scam?
Chopping to the point: Based on the fact that there is almost zero clinical evidence showing garcinia cambogia can help you lose weight; the company’s underhanded sales tactics and fake online reviews; and that it’s only available through a free trial and subsequent autoship program, it’s our opinion that Garcinia Purely Trim is a scam.
And when it comes down to it, remember that the only proven method of losing weight and keeping it off is through a sensible diet and regular exercise.
Don't waste your time or money
To start off with, I'll say that this definitely does not work. I've also experienced diarrhea and stomach cramping due to excess amounts of gas shortly after I've taken the pill.
I notice a charge on my checking account for $92, so I called them and explained that I'm not able to take this pill and that I'm not interested in any further charges. I also asked if they could refund the $92 because I must have missed the section where it says that they would be charging my account in two weeks.
The first person I spoke to read something off so fast and did not even give me a chance to ask him to repeat anything and then he hung up on me. So I called back and I spoke with someone else who told me that he was not able to issue a refund. When I advised if I would go to my bank to dispute charges miraculously, he was able to offer a 30% off of what I paid off the $92.
When I told him "no thank you, I'll just stick with disputing through the bank," I disconnected the call, and he called me back. And believe it or not, at this point he was able to offer 50% off of the $92. What I again told him that it wanted a full refund and he stated that if I would go through the bank they would reverse it and then this company would dispute that and it would get reversed again and would be in their favor, so I would still have the pain of the $92 of top of any bank fees and that he really wanted to help me.
He told me if I could ship him back the bottle unopened he would give me a full refund, which I thought he wasn't allowed to do, but here he is offering it. I had to remind him that the bottle was, in fact, opened; that's how I know that it made me sick.
This whole thing is just a big joke. It is disappointing seeing it on Dr. Oz. I thought it could have been something legitimate, but don't waste your time.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Save your money
This product is not even worth the $4.95 trial. It does absolutely nothing for energy or weight loss. It is especially depressing when you get the bill for $89.93. Save your money, your time and aggravation of trying to get your money back.
