Retired

By Linda , Kansas

I tried this also, just the way it said to and my sugar was actually higher. In all fairness, I was sick at the time and I know that it may cause your sugar to rise. I called after using it for six days and canceled and yet I got billed $64.98 on my credit card. When I called, they said that a month supply had been sent out back in August, well I didn't get it. So I was told they would give me a 40 dollar credit back to my card for the one I didn't get. It's really sad when you have to pay for something you don't get. It's very poor company policy to me, but a heck of a way for them to make money.

Tried free sample

By Bonny, Rocky River, OH, Verified Reviewer

First, they never say if you should continue with your regular meds or not. You probably need to consult with your doctor who will not approve anyway.

Second, there is no info on their "invoice" on how or where to return. I returned my unopened package and now find out I did not get a RMA so they may not accept it.

I took it for nearly 2 weeks, didn't notice any drop in my blood sugar. My stomach seemed upset and I had diarrhea. I also felt like I was in a fog all the time, couldn't seem to concentrate.

Refund? What a joke.

By Judy Barham, Kernersville, NC, Verified Reviewer

I ordered Glucocil free bottle trial. The offer included 18 days to cancel order or they would charge your credit card and ship you a bottle every month. I canceled 5 days after I received Glucocil in the mail but my credit card was charged anyway and I received another bottle in the mail. They instructed me to return the bottle and they would refund the charge to my credit card. I returned the bottle as instructed, but they did not refund the full charge. They kept $4.99 and said it was for shipping. I wonder how much money they make off people at $4.99 a pop. If they do everyone like this I would think it amount to millions of dollars. Learned my lesson about free trials and won't be taken advantage like this again.

This stuff does not work!

By David Aumend, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the 15-day supply and tried it after paying $5.00 to cover shipping for the FREE SAMPLE. What a joke. My blood sugar skyrocketed.

Furthermore, an order I did not make showed up UNWANTED AND UNORDERED by me and a charge for $65.00 was made to my credit card WITHOUT my approval. I dropped the unopened package at the Post Office marked RETURN TO SENDER. I finally located an email address and sent them a note to CEASE and DESIST from sending more unwanted packages and to refund my charges.

Scam Artists

By James B., Granbury, TX, Verified Reviewer

I received an email touting the product, I am pre-type 2 diabetic.

The offer was for a FREE 15-day trial. I was to pay S & H. Before the 15 days were up, I received a 30 day supply and $64.98 was charged to the card I used for Shipping and Handling. I am an internet shopping junkie, and if anywhere in the offer a subscription to the product was to be automatic, it was very cleverly disguised in the fine print. A sorry way to make a living. And, Oh, the product did not work for me.

Useless product

By Dale D., Denham Springs, LA, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the product from the company which gave a $5 discount for the first bottle which lowered the cost to $35. I took the recommended dosage for the first 3 days of 1 capsule with lunch and 1 capsule with dinner. After the initial three days, I started taking the 2 capsules for lunch and 2 capsules for dinner. The discomfort in my stomach started almost from the first day I started taking the full dosage. It gave me tremendous flatulence and very loose stools. I have just completed the 30-day supply and have to say that this product is not only useless in reducing my blood sugar levels, but it has continued to cause the flatulence and loose stools. Certainly not recommended by me!

Raises blood pressure

By Sandra D., Wartrace, TN, Verified Reviewer

I have only taken two pills. One yesterday and one today. Both with dinner. My blood pressure has gone up to 155/82 from a normal 120/80. I thought it was affecting my heart but gave it a second try, hoping I would not have the same reaction. I can feel my blood pulsating and I have been sitting for at least an hour. I will not be using the rest of the bottle. It isn’t worth it. I do NOT recommend this product.

Does not decrease blood sugar as advertised

By Kathy , Toledo, OH

Have been using this for at least 6 months with little or no difference in blood sugar levels. Products too expensive not to see a large difference. My credit card company keeps sending me new cards. Since the last time this company called me and I gave them the new number, my card has changed again and I will not renew this product. Will look at getting it locally at a discounted price.

Blood pressure skyrocketed

By Margaret L., Middletown, OH, Verified Reviewer

I was so excited to try this product. The first day I took the two capsules as directed. By evening my blood pressure had gone up to 235 over 115. If there was any warning about not taking it if you have high blood pressure I didn't see it or I would not have bought this.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months
