Tried free sample

By Bonny, Rocky River, OH, Verified Reviewer

First, they never say if you should continue with your regular meds or not. You probably need to consult with your doctor who will not approve anyway.

Second, there is no info on their "invoice" on how or where to return. I returned my unopened package and now find out I did not get a RMA so they may not accept it.

I took it for nearly 2 weeks, didn't notice any drop in my blood sugar. My stomach seemed upset and I had diarrhea. I also felt like I was in a fog all the time, couldn't seem to concentrate.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Scam Artists

By James B., Granbury, TX, Verified Reviewer

I received an email touting the product, I am pre-type 2 diabetic.

The offer was for a FREE 15-day trial. I was to pay S & H. Before the 15 days were up, I received a 30 day supply and $64.98 was charged to the card I used for Shipping and Handling. I am an internet shopping junkie, and if anywhere in the offer a subscription to the product was to be automatic, it was very cleverly disguised in the fine print. A sorry way to make a living. And, Oh, the product did not work for me.

Stomach bloat & discomfort

By Mia Short , Atlanta, GA

For some reason this causes extreme bloat and discomfort in my stomach. I can't speak to its effect on my sugar levels because I stopped taking it after just a few weeks.

The only difference when taking Glucocil was that I experienced a terrible case of diarrhea.

This stuff does not work!

By David Aumend, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the 15-day supply and tried it after paying $5.00 to cover shipping for the FREE SAMPLE. What a joke. My blood sugar skyrocketed.

Furthermore, an order I did not make showed up UNWANTED AND UNORDERED by me and a charge for $65.00 was made to my credit card WITHOUT my approval. I dropped the unopened package at the Post Office marked RETURN TO SENDER. I finally located an email address and sent them a note to CEASE and DESIST from sending more unwanted packages and to refund my charges.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm a believer

By Richard Aldridge, Verified Reviewer

Am a 74-year-old man and weigh 200 lbs. I received a pre-diabetes diagnosis in about 2007, and my "before breakfast" blood sugar level was 140-150. I started taking Metformin and monitoring my BS level. No increase but no drop either.

I tried Glucocil in about 2012. There was no change for a month, but then my BS level started dropping and got down to 110-120 level. I am still taking Metformin (2000 mg/day) and Glucocil. I am not on any strict dietary regimen, but my BS level goes up if I get careless about eating, then comes back down when I eat sensibly.

Bottom line, Glucocil works for me.

Phone number is scam

By Pat Myers , Lafayette, LA

I never got my product and the phone is ALWAYS busy. I've called over and over dozens of times and never get anything but a busy signal on the other end. I may have to get the credit card company involved just to cancel the card to escape from this scam.

This company is a Scam!

By Phyllis Lauer , Yoakum, TX

I have seen NO changes in my blood sugar. I can NEVER get them on the phone and the line is always busy! Sometimes they just close their office during a normal business day, and you can't contact them. They don't have an email contact and the only way you can return their product is to have a "Return Number." Well how do you get a Return Number if you can't get them to answer the phone? I have even left a phone message after waiting 15 minutes on the phone to return my call. Asked them to call me because I wanted to cancel future orders and they never called me back.

Glucocil works.

By Tracy Lambeth , Benld, IL

I'm a type 2 diabetic and I started taking Glucocil about three months ago and within a few days noticed a drop in blood sugar levels. Within a month my sugar level was down 100 points (usually ran 250-300). Plus I have a lot more energy. No bad side effects either. I told a buddy of mine who is also a type 2 and he started taking it about a month ago and has had the same positive results as me.

My Experience with Glucocil

By Jim, Palm Springs, CA, Verified Reviewer

I've been using Glucocil for just over a year now. I've had Type II Diabetes for many years, and my A1C readings had been in the 8.3 to 8.7 range for the past four to five years. Eight weeks after I started Glucocil I had a three month checkup, and my A1C was 7.5. For the past year it has consistently been in the 7.3 to 7.6 range! My doctor can't explain it, but he refuses to believe this change is due to Glucocil. But, what else could it be? By the way, I did have some stomach discomfort in the first week I used the product, but it went away quickly and has never returned.
