    Great fast service, even in the middle of the night!

    Gina L. was fast to respond to my questions while I was creating a GoFundMe page for our Local Historical Society, even though it was 3:00 in the morning. I had a couple follow up questions as I went along and she was fast getting back with me each time, and very positive and upbeat about it all. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks Gina L.

    Wonderful support in hard times

    At this time in our lives when we are struggling to make end's meet, to pay our medical bills, to not think about the future or how much time my husband has left, and the daily trials we face with his medical condition, I know I can rely on the wonderful people at GoFundMe to support me, to answer my questions and generally be upbeat and so helpful. Thanks to all of you for everything you do!

    My profile was linked to another person's Facebook, and therefore not a pic or representation of me. I contacted GoFundMe help. They were quick and courteous! Problem fixed! I will happily continue to use GoFundMe.

    From Lace Marie memorial scholarship fund

    Recently I lost my granddaughter in an accident, and we started a memorial scholarship in her honor. Opening and setting up the account was easy and quick. I, however, when I stayed to withdraw, I had a problem. I wrote customer service and got a quick response from Ruki as to the problem. That being the state. I still had a problem and wrote again. Chandler then responded and explained that Tiki was off and he took her place. He fixed the problem for me. Not only was the team quick to respond and not only did they fix the problem, but I received a very heartwarming note from Chandler sending his deepest condolence. I appreciated that. He took a moment of his time to speak to me as a human. Kudos to them both.

    As a grieving grandma, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the admin team of GoFundMe who have been able to help me in so many ways, not only explaining how and where, but when funds are paid, with proof to show everyone that it all goes to where ever it is meant to go, but with words of comfort and hope. They replied in less than 30 minutes when I was worried about the amount of funds and what was happening. 2.5% is the small amount they take for all they do; setting you up, paying funds to whomever they need to go to. You can contact the team before you set up if you need to ask questions or need help. Support respects, and words of comfort are a bonus. Thank you. In gratitude to all admin, Grandma Sheila.

    Resolving a doubt about an anonymous donation

    I had made an anonymous donation without getting a memo from my credit card company, though the donation process seemed to work. And only after a few hours did it finally appear in the list, instead of immediately. And for two weeks nothing from Master Card. The organizer was unable to confirm whether the donation was from me, but finally, I contacted GoFundMe. The people there confirmed that the anonymous donation was from someone else, and just happened to be for the very same amount as my attempt. I repeated the donation, and it all went smoothly this time.

    GoFundMe was very efficient in refunding a twenty dollar tip that I paid in error. I plan to continue supporting worthy causes and people with this easy to use the site. I have used it frequently in the past and have found it a very rewarding way to fund worthy causes and friends in need. Knowing that, if I make an error, the error can be rectified is reassuring. It was a pleasure to correspond with the very gracious representative.

    I had no idea how to work out the banking side of things with GoFundMe, and the service people were a great help, big kudos to them as I was getting quite stressed that I wouldn't do it in time to withdraw donations. Thank you GoFundMe team!

    Outstanding customer service

    I happened to see an update post from one of the GoFundMe campaigns I supported. Since the fund is now closed, I needed a password to access the update, which in the partial text indicated an important update. I didn’t remember ever setting up a password (and when I tried to log in, I kept getting a message that my email address was incorrect, which it wasn’t, and after three times I was locked out for 10 minutes), so I contacted customer service. Nicole S. responded immediately, reset my password and opened access for me. Remarkably. She took another step and included the entire text of the update so I could read the important information without having to log in to view it. So kind of her! I told my husband later that day how impressed I was that she did that for me. We agree that it’s pretty rare these days that anyone goes above and beyond with customer service.

    Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

    I was initially denied a campaign account, for an unknown reason. However, after I wrote customer service to ask why, they quickly responded with a resolution already in place. Great job, folks!

    Great experience

    GoFundMe was quick and easy! I had never used it before, so I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. I had a little trouble logging in, but the help desk immediately responded to my issue and fixed it for me. The representative even complimented me on my story and said it looked great! I was very impressed with the rapid response and easy resolution of my problem!
