I wasn't sure what size my thumb is so I ordered a bigger size and after rethinking, I wanted to change to a smaller size, so I called customer support but my order was already processed. I was disappointed so I was reached by Kevin and he helped me with my order sending me two rings of different sizes and trusting me with sending the wrong size back. I am greatly appreciating his gesture, thank you Kevin.

I somehow managed to lose my Groove Ring. The next day I had a request from the Groove Ring company to rate the ring I had purchased. I included the story of how I lost my ring, and much to my surprise, I was contacted the very next day by Jennifer in Customer Service with a sympathetic response. I'm going to consider a different style but I do REALLY like the Groove Ring concept. It is a very comfortable item that you forget is even on your finger. Count me in as a repeat customer any time!

Four rings within the last 2 years and all have ripped apart. The first 3 replacements were free and now they want me to pay $6 for another replacement! Original cost is too high for the durability of these rings.

After years of destroying multiple metal wedding rings, I finally decided to try a silicone ring and frankly was skeptical. Two years later I am so happy with the products, I just ordered my third ring. My wife finally broke down and tried one and made me order her 3 more! I have had one return due to sizing and the folks at Groove were awesome! No BS...friendly, genuine, and responsive. I don't take the time to write reviews, in fact, this is only the second one I have written in 56 years...the product, company, and people at Groove are that good!

I purchased a ring for my husband. He actually preferred this type of ring for his wedding band due to his line of work. We are very pleased with the product. The ring is of good quality and the comfort of wearing it is very nice.

I also ordered an engraved case with our names and wedding date. The case and engraving and the case were very nice. My name was spelled wrong. It's a very common and easy mistake to make. I notified Groove of the mistake. They were very nice and willing to fix it!

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the product and customer service! I would definitely recommend this company to others!

I just received my first ever purchase of a Groove ring. I chose the "Hero" line as I have dedicated my life to volunteering for EMS, Firefighting, and I served 10 years as a Deputy Sheriff, Corrections Officer. All in all I have been on the front lines for 36 years. I am currently working in a cardiac cath lab where my co-workers showed me their Groove Rings.

The day before my rings arrived in the mail my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. I received a personal message the day after my package arrived about a sale for first-time buyers. I responded that I wouldn't be able to participate due to the unexpected news. Today I received an email from another employee expressing their condolences. That speaks volumes to me about how a company sees their customers and how they treat customers.

Anyone looking for a company that cares about their customers and how they are doing or what they might be needing...Groove IS that company. You just earned a lot more business from my family.

My wife and I just received our rings on 5/6/20 and we were both blown away. First of all, they look super HOT, we both picked our own designs and the size phone app was perfect. We put our rings on and it's more like a second skin that at first we were afraid that they were to loose, not the case at all. They fit us both perfectly with no worry of them coming off or being lost. We both use our hands a lot in our jobs, wife being a manager of a retail store and me doing mechanic work. We are both very pleased with our purchases.

I had ordered a Groove ring back in 2016 that my wife has worn intermittently over the last few years. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020...and when chemotherapy started (and the swelling that came with it) she was unable to wear a metal ring. I looked everywhere for our Groove ring, but could not find it. An email to Groove, explaining the situation, was promptly answered by Kimberly. She not only replaced the ring free of charge, she sent a personal note of sympathy about our situation and included an additional gift in our shipment. That is truly an employee who goes above and beyond, and a company that empowers workers to do the "right thing." Groove has me as a customer for life!

I have been wearing my ring (Mossy Oak) as a wedding ring because my homemade silver wedding ring tore my finger up if I wore it to work out. Plus if I was working outside it just seemed to be caught up on everything I touched. Love the ring and never had to take it off! Somehow I managed to nick the ring and split it a little. I kept wearing it and finally noticed that it was splitting from the nick. Sent an email to Groove and received an email back in less than 48 hours. Snapped a pic of the ring and they took it over from there! Never had such GREAT SERVICE from a company. Recommend Groove to everyone! Buying more myself! THANKS SO MUCH.

When the company first started we ordered rings and they never arrived. Sometime later we ordered two and eventually, they arrived. They lasted almost a year. Mine went first (stretched kept sliding off), then the wife's (small cut then snapped). It takes forever to replace as all correspondence is via email or messenger. You must send Groove your original ordering info (might want to keep that) and then a photo of the damaged ring (they don't believe you) and then they'll replace it, eventually, one day, in the future, and charge you a shipping fee on a ring that doesn't weigh anything.

I bought a cheaper version for watersports and the gym...it's already lasted twice as long and the Groove's really made no difference at all.

My hubby unintentionally has lost weight and his ring fell off and is lost. I tried to buy another ring but they told me they replace lost rings. I couldn’t believe it.

Ordered 2 rings that came fast. Rings where too small so I reached out and asked if I could exchange them for something bigger. My ring started to split. I wear this ring every day and have fit for close to two years. I contacted Groove, via email. Each time I got a response it was with a different employee. I normally wouldn't like that but they were all awesome, obviously communicated with each other and in no time at all my replacement ring was on its way. Awesome, awesome company and people!

I placed my order while my boyfriend was at work and ordered the wrong size. A couple of hours later when he got home I found out and reached out to Groove. They responded immediately saying they have corrected my order to the correct size. Was very quick and large relief how smooth it went. Order arrived and it fit perfectly. He says he doesn't even feel it on his hand and forgets to take it off when he goes to sleep. It does feel a bit stiffer than his previous silicone rings but it's been a couple of days and no chip/tear/wear and he deals with using his hands and metal at work.
