It's a silicone ring that is much more than a drop of silicone poured into a mold and then sold. There's design and functionality behind the ring. Not only do they look amazing, but they are actually great to wear.

Unlike the other silicone rings out there, the grooves in these rings actually perform. They work. They don't retain moisture that is common with non-breathable materials. They don't make your finger white and pruney which overtime will lead to pealing and itching skin. Groove Life has solved that problem. And they're extremely comfortable. So that's the functionality.

Then the form. Just look at all of the options on their website. These rings actually look good. Really good. The toughest part is actually picking a ring. My wife and I are on our second pair.

They're packaging is over-the-top as well. Expectedly.

Probably the best part of this entire experience is the customer service. Not to mention their bulletproof 94-Year Warranty. Their customer service is prompt and will go out of their way to take care of you. And they'll throw in a little humor as well.

You can't go wrong with these rings no matter how you look at it. Do yourself a favor and get one. Or two.

I loved the sunflower ring when I saw it. I ordered it according to the size chart, but it was too small when I tried it. Could not find my paperwork so I reached out to the company via email. I got a mystery ring from them and it started ripping. So apparently when I did my claim for the so-called "lifetime warranty", my ring didn’t qualify. I don’t think that’s fair. If it’s a Groove ring it should be under the lifetime warranty. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Although I was saddened by the fact my ring snapped in half during a CrossFit style workout, Ellie was a gracious and effective service representative. I will give the replacement a chance in hopes that I received a "lemon" if you will. Regardless of the outcome, I will continue to laud compliments onto the customer support of Groove. I first ordered 2 years ago, had to warranty my ring after almost a year, had no problems. My ring is ripping so I went to warranty it again, however, this time I was having problems. I sent an email and found out my ring has been discontinued, I was sad to learn this, however, they offered to send me one (my choosing) free of charge. I love these rings, they are great, and hold up well to my daily life as a vet tech.

My husband and I both work construction. I have a very expensive wedding ring that I've lost the Middle Stone out of a couple of different times, he's gotten his gold band caught on machinery. As we look for something safe but still to look good, we found the Groove. My husband loves how safe it is to wear and the comfort. I have three bands from the Groove and I absolutely love mine.

I received the rings and they were not what I was looking for. I tried to return and it was a horrible experience. They kept sending me an email and when I clicked on it, it wouldn't let me do anything. I just wasn't very happy.

They sent a promotion offering 15% off if you watch a video. No exclusions were mentioned. Then after watching the video, belts are excluded from the promotion. I held my end of the bargain, then they shafted me. I emailed support and all they gave was a half-hearted apology. At least I found out they were snakes before I made a purchase. Stay away!

I used to be a huge fan, and to be honest, I still am of the product itself, but the customer service and communication have gone from a five-star rating to a one-star. I placed an order on Saturday for a walnut brown belt. As of today (Wednesday), the order was still pending and with no correspondence from GL. I tried to call and speak with someone (good luck, it’s only a recording telling you to send an email with no option for human contact). So I sent an email to cancel the order as it seemed I wouldn’t be getting the belt anytime soon and at this point, I wasn’t happy with the lack of support. I was emailed back shortly after and told the brown belts were on backorder, but that information was never relayed to me. Shortly after, I received a call back from a human and was told an entirely different story. This rep told me that the belts weren’t on backorder...? Made no sense to me. While their customer service reps are friendly, it’s certainly lacking with their new business practice of being unavailable to speak directly to customers. Sadly I’ll now be looking at other options for better customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t even think they deserve a single star. I ordered a ring on 10/4 (it is now 10/8) and I paid for the 2-day shipping. The order never shipped! Johnny told me it was an issue with my address on 10/6 and that he fixed it and it would be shipped out. Once again, it’s 10/8 and it STILL NEVER SHIPPED. The only resolution? They can ship it by USPS, which takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS! Or refund my order?! So I am getting a refund before I even got the chance to see my ring!

These rings stretch out very easily and you will need to replace them for $3 every 3 months. You'll end up spending $12 a year for a ring you already paid for 30 to 40 times upfront.

I had made 3 purchases from this company. The first was okay. The second, I ordered stackable rings and they don’t look like the pictures. Third purchase...horrible. I paid for same day shipping and would receive it in 2 days...so I email them and they tell me on Tuesday that it would be delivered on Wednesday. Great! Wednesday night I get an email that it just shipped and I will receive it Saturday. So not only did I pay the extra on shipping but was lied to by customer service. Never again will I order from them.

Horrible company! I had a ring for 2 weeks, asked for a replacement because it broke. "Oh, I’m sorry, that ring doesn’t qualify (which doesn’t say so on the website), but here’s a 10% off coupon."

Then I respond to that, "ok, we will waive the replacement policy, chose from these rings," I respond, and chose. Then I get another email, "we will email you the difference in price and when you pay we will send it out."

Wait, really? I can pick from these rings to replace, and by the way, you have to pay.

Worst company ever! Buyer beware.

I ordered one of these rings for my husband's birthday several months ago. He liked it so much he ordered a second band and also one for me. It’s been about 8 months, and we wear our rings 24/7.

Pros: Comfortable, mostly breathable, interesting designs.

Cons: Shrinkage, loss of color, loss of flexibility.

Both of our rings have shrunk by at least half a size making them hard to take off. When they are removed, the flexibility they once had is gone. They’re stiff and faded now. However, this is where that no-BS warranty comes into play. My husband's developed a small tear, so I emailed a photo and they sent me a new band in just a few days, completely free. I haven’t used the warranty in my band just yet, but I will probably do so soon. It’s free to replace damaged bands within one year of purchase or $6 after one year. Lost bands are $6 to replace. They’ve been worth it to us, and we receive compliments on them regularly.

First let me say the no bull replacement is for real! My wife got me a ring and I wore it for a month. It was loose so I called Groove and told them my ring was too big so I did not think this would be covered by their warranty, it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. The lady I talked to was so nice and told me that they would send me a smaller size at no cost. What a company, they are for real on the NO BULL warranty, so nice to see a company that keeps their word.

I ordered a ring for Christmas and within 5 minutes realized I ordered the thin version instead of the original. I contacted Groove Life and immediately got a response and the order fixed. The ring was shipped the next day and I received it 2-3 days later. The ring is a perfect size, high quality, and was a great deal. I highly recommend this company for their customer service alone and the rings are awesome as well.
