I was so looking forward to this product working for me. Sadly, after finishing a bottle and half of Bio Complete 3 over the last month and a half, the product has not had any effect on me. I know there is a money-back guarantee, and I hope I can get my money back. Please advise on how to proceed, thank you.

Just hit the 90-day marker. At 30 days I was optimistic, 60 days discouraged, but kept on. 90 days, disillusioned. After reading all that taking Bio Complete # could do I whipped out my credit card and purchased 6 bottles. It sounded like the answer to my prayers. I gave 3 to my daughter feeling assured that a miracle was going to happen. We both have had problems with bloating and constipation, she's had tummy problems since birth. I've been also dealing with an ulcerated leg wound for over a year. I changed my eating habits, dedicated myself to this (every day my daughter and I remind each other to take 4 pills), and an open mind.

During these 90 days, BMs are more frequent, I lost 10 lbs. But, the leg wound worsened, no energy, no feeling good. Still had occasional cramps, still have skin issues, my daughter experienced pretty much the same (except the wound). And I'm still paying on a credit card.

It feels like I got the placebo of an experimental study. I bought four bottles and after the first, there is NO difference in how I feel - still weak and much pain in shoulder and knees. I feel like a member of the placebo group now that I read all the positive comments on this site.

My weight is 212lbs and I am in excellent health and shape. My issue is stubborn belly fat ugh. So here I am starting the program today. I have six bottles and I am taking 4 pills and drinking 9 oz 1 pt of water. So in 30 days I will revisit and tell you my progress. I measure 44" around my belly. With a 31" waist. So I am hoping I will reduce belly to 43 in a week then 42 in two days, 41 in two days. Wow, that means I need another .5 lb to drop a day to reach the 30-day goal. I have to admit this may take 2 to 3 months. We shall see. "Good luck chap," as the Brits would say.

When I first began taking this product about a month ago I was in the bathroom quite a bit and believed it to be a good sign as maybe my system was cleaning itself out. Next thing I noticed was a new sense of well-being (this was purely physical).

But now it has been over a month and I really am not sure it actually did anything but give me diarrhea and the illusion of feeling better as belief is a very powerful force. The video which led me to buy was very hopeful and uplifting and I was too once I made the decision to order and use this.

Now I am taking a wait and see attitude. I still have 3 more bottles and plan to continue to use as directed and continue to hope. If there are any changes or updates I will edit this review. I will say yes to the recommend question because there are no "maybe" or "wait and see" options, but I will not recommend YET until I am sure myself...at the same time, I will not say anything negative either because that would also be unfair when I am not sure myself!

I have celiac disease. Trying to solve my constipation problem. I am so far still having the problem. I try eating the right foods. I go every 3 to 4 days. Bowels are very large and bulky. Hopefully the product will help me. I have tried pro and prebiotics as well. Hopefully something will break the problem up.

I bought 3 bottles of Bio Complete 3 for the savings deal, and used almost one bottle of it, trying to give it a chance, even though I was having difficulty with it interacting badly with my Betablocker that I took and making my thyroid in my neck swell up, which I was already having trouble with whenever I ate odiferous foods or became dehydrated. It did work good on my IBS making me more regular which was awesome because I'm often constipated and stay bloated for several days at a time. I regret that I had to return these bottles within the 90-day guarantee timeframe, well actually for me it was within 30 days, but I appreciate your friendly cooperation and understanding in this matter. For someone without serious medicated conditions, or without thyroid issues...I highly recommend this product for bowel regularity and bloating. As for weight loss, I don't think that I took it long enough for that. Plus that's not what I was using it for. But with dieting practices in place, I can see how it would help. Thank you for an enjoyable buying experience, and for keeping a constant check on me after-sale to make sure that I'm a happy customer. That really means a lot.

I am not sure yet. I started 2 weeks ago. I am, however, having to go more often and that is a great thing, but as far as feeling better that may take a little more time, thank you. I am still taking it.

I am currently working on my first bottle of Bio Complete and have experienced the following:

1) Constipation that required me to take Senna-S every other day.

2) Urine is bright yellow - is this normal?

3) Increased urination throughout the day.

4) Dosage of 4 capsules a day is bothersome. I would rather the dosage be consolidated into 2.

As someone that has not stuck to a probiotic regiment throughout the years, I don't have a good feel if the product is working for me. This is why I gave a 3-star rating. I purchased a 3-month supply so will know more toward the end of that time period. I also cannot recommend the product to a friend at this time, because I haven't been taking the product long enough.

Instead of taking it as a pill 4 times a day, I take 2 pills in the am and 2 in the evening so I can take it along with my other medications. That way, I do not miss a dose. Easy to swallow. No unpleasant aftertaste.

I was using the Bio Complete 3 along with two tsp of Metamucil in water every morning. I've been experiencing some trapped gas pain at night when laying down, enough to hurt all the way through to my back. I have to get up and walk around and sometimes take Gas-X to stop the pain. I stopped using the Bio Complete 3 for a few days and now I've stopped the Metamucil I was also using and have re-started the Bio Complete 3. We will see if this resolves my issues. Fingers-crossed.
