Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 Reviews

I had no previous gut or intestinal problems but Dr. Gundry's video made me want to try the Bio Complete 3 for weight loss and energy. I started taking the 4 pills per day as directed and I felt fine for the first 7 days. Then I started having stomach pain and usually in the middle of the night. The pain became more and more severe. I initially thought it may have been something I ate so I paid attention to everything I was eating. After 3 weeks of this stomach pain, I finally realized the only difference in my diet was the Bio Complete. I've had horrible stomach pain and had to use Milk of Magnesia to help. I've never experienced anything like this. I missed days of work by being laid up on the couch. It's been awful.

I want my normal life back.

I started Bio Complete 3 around 3 weeks ago.

I am having good bowel movements and have lost 5 pounds. No bloating too! I have less muscle aches and don’t feel foggy anymore. Great product!

Bio Complete has definitely helped my digestive issues with constipation but I am experiencing some gas with taking them. I started taking in the AM and switched to taking after dinner to try and combat this issue. It has helped to some degree but I still have some gas. Any suggestions on how to help this would be helpful. Overall though a good product. Thank you.

The capsules are easy to take. Noticed a difference in my bowel movements in two days and my regularity increased dramatically. There seems to be no noticeable negative after-effects in taking the product.

After watching the video about all the great things that Bio Complete 3 can do, I was excited to give it a shot and made a multi-bottle purchase, in hopes of ridding myself of struggling on the throne.

Even though I was excited about solving my constipation problem, I proceeded with caution. Started with one pill on the first day, two pills on days 2 and 3, three pills on day 4, and finally on day five I tossed back all 4 pills. Now I’m on day 10, laying in bed awake because my stomach is making so much noise. I’m hungry and bloated. Everything I eat runs through me like a freight train and exits violently, and very loudly. The diarrhea started about 36–48 hours ago, but I just thought it was something I ate.

Today I had a banana, some pistachios, a salad with some chicken breast for lunch, and an avocado as an afternoon snack. I’ve literary had to poo 7 times today. For dinner, I decided to go super bland and just had a small bowl of oatmeal. Thinking I was in the clear after about 4–5 hours, I climbed into bed. After an hour of sleep, I was woken by a desperate urge. I almost didn't make it to the toilet. It was too loud and violent, it woke my wife.

After cleaning up I decided to start looking to see if anyone else had encountered these same struggles, and it looks like I'm not alone.

I do not recommend trying this product and will begin attempting at a refund in the morning.

Since battling constipation for 50 years and overweight most of those, I decided to try Bio Complete 3 after alerting my doctor to what I was doing. Taking 4 capsules (as directed on the bottle) at the same time each morning, the constipation is worsened to where 2 oz.prune juice, 1 stool softener, 2 tbsp Metamucil, and 4 pieces of fruit a day (apple, orange, banana and fruit cups in its own juice) have caused me to resort to enemas. I am on Weight Watchers and have lost over 100 lbs, but still watch every item I put in my mouth. When I finish the bottle I will return to regular probiotics as I have COPD and need to protect myself. Not planning on reordering unless I see results in six days when the bottle is empty.

With everything going on concerning the virus situation, it is hard to attribute one's feeling or condition to any one item. That being said, I live in a retirement home of 1000 souls. We were individually isolated from the early beginning of the Coronavirus created chaotic situation. All food is delivered to our individual apartments with very little choice. Generally speaking the food has been good under the very trying circumstances. I have been taking the Bio 3 pills for almost a month now, four times a day. I have been extremely gassy since taking the pills but have felt much better generally and my bathroom visits have been quite regular. I am quite pleased with Bio 3 thus far and will continue to monitor their effect for the next two months. I am 93 years old.

I am on a keto diet to reduce my AIC and one of the side effects is constipation. Despite of increasing fiber intake and water I still suffer from it.

A few days after taking the Bio Complete 3, the constipation was getting better. And after 2 weeks, I am able to have a normal bowel movement.

I am very thankful for the product.

I'm finding that it has taken me a bit more than 2 weeks for it to work, but now I'm finding that it is working.

I'm 66 and I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was 57, I was basically disabled. I didn't know until last year that it was lectins that had destroyed my health because I stopped eating Night Shade family vegetables and my problem started to get better.

Then when I came across a YouTube video of Dr. Gundry talking about lectins did I look at it from that perspective.

When I was 19, I was dying because of lectins. I then decided to do things to stop it. A doctor had sent me to a lab to get my blood tested and the doctor said I was the sickest person he had ever seen.

I then did megavitamins, then raw juices using a Norwalk juice press, and then I went to Shelton's Health School in San Antonio, Texas and fasted for 22 days. That saved my life, but did not stop the problems totally.

Since then I have done many things, including taking EDTA along with minerals to take the heavy metals out of my body and brain. I've taken Serrapeptase to clear out my arteries because they were clogged and I was in danger of having a heart attack and that worked with the products from Good Health USA.

Then I have used Rife equipment too. I have used the Spooky 2 Spooky Central with gas tubes to also help.

There are so many health options that are not being used.

For instance, taking nano colloidal silver and then using a simple square wave generator about 1/2 hour later, I put the probes over my kidneys and turned the dial until my kidneys started to vibrate. A few hours later I urinated out brown dissolved crystals.

I also did the same thing for Hep. B because I knew my liver was hurting, but did not know why. A few years later I had a Hepatitis test for Hepatitis A, B, and C and was informed that I HAD had Hepatitis B and had the anti-bodies so I did not need a shot to go to India for it.

So, there are many very inexpensive solutions.

Another example is that I have done liver flushes, similar to what Hulda Clark has in her books "The Cure For All Diseases". You need to use Phosfood from Standard Process. You are supposed to take 30 drops 3 times a day in apple juice and then chase it with more apple juice so that it does not etch the enamel off the teeth.

I knew someone who had a clogged gallbladder and was supposed to have it removed.

I told this person that taking 90 drops a day might do that trick because it transforms the liver (gallbladder) stones from a hard stone into wet bread-like texture.

So on the 2nd day, the golf-ball-sized stones started to pop out in his stool. So, gallbladder removal is a total waste.

Like I say, there are probably many very inexpensive solutions to many health problems, like Rick Simpson Oil (cannabis) of 25% THC and 25% CBD that will attack cancer. But no, the extremely profitable cancer industry won't be hearing any of this.

Also, healing cavitation teeth is easy. Fomented cod liver oil along with, get this, grass-fed (no lectin) milk, cheese, and butter will fill in teeth. Well, there goes the Rockefeller created dentists.

The Rockefellers created the ADA and AMA. There were 103 Naturopathic schools of healing and the Rockefeller's own doctors were Naturopathic. The bought up 100 of them and closed them.

In the late 1800's they sold motor oil mixed with a laxative as a cancer cure and charged 2 months' pay of $25.

They also financed the present education system with Bill Gates's ancestor, Fredrick T Gates in 1903. John D Rockefeller stated, "I want a nation of good workers, not a nation of good thinkers".

They also helped start the Federal Reserve, a private bank to make slaves out of the American worker.

They also created the chemical fertilizer industry, using petroleum to make Nitrogen for the leaves, Potassium for the fruits and Phosphorous for the roots and trunk. Where are the trace minerals, micronutrients, and vitamins? A great way to create future patients for the medical industry.

Time to look outside the box like you have done and don't stop. As I have just shown, there are very inexpensive ways to heal people.

Was having trouble being regular and Bio Complete has gotten me on the right track. There would be some days per week that my life would be governed by bowel symptoms, granted some due to foods I'd eaten, but my irregularity makes some days just miserable. Bio Complete has made my life more enjoyable.
