In addition, Dr. Gundry advertises Primal Plants at $99 on some sites and $59 on other sites. This massive inconsistency in prices is troubling. In any case, even $59 is way too high. In the meantime, I am trying to convince Dr. Kara to produce a cheap version of Primal Plants so that we can have an affordable alternative. Bottom line - I would recommend Primal Plants if the price was affordable (around $30).

I've been taking this product faithfully for about three weeks and have yet to see the improvements I was hoping for, but I have noticed my energy level throughout the day is holding longer than before. With all the damage we as humans have done to our bodies over the years, it would be ridiculous to think we can fix years of damage from food additives and other habits in a few weeks.

I can say that in my case I'm going to give this product at least six weeks to see a difference in my health issues. AND, thus far I feel hopeful. The only downfall is the taste, (which isn't terribly bad) but then again I've never found a truly "healthy" drink that tastes delicious!

I bought this product for two reasons: 1) I had a severe rash on several parts of my body, accompanied by a severe itch and 2) I wanted to lose 10 - 15 pounds, mainly a couple of inches around my waist. My wife decided to use the product too, for weight loss/control. We have been taking the product for two and a half weeks. My rash is considerably improved, but the itch persists. I have lost 3 pounds, and she is maintaining. I do not like the taste of the product but mix it with club soda to improve the taste (works somewhat).

The powder doesn't dissolve well in cold water, and it doesn't taste very good. I am putting it in hot tap water and drinking it as a tea, which tastes better and improves the solubility. It seems to be helping with some intestinal problems I was having, but I have not noticed any other effects. I think the results would be more noticeable after longer use.

I'm happy because I have not experienced new breakouts since I started using Primal Plants. But for me, it has been difficult to drink. It doesn't taste bad and is actually fruity, fresh and sweet, but it is the sandy texture that I feel and don't like! I wish it was a capsule.

I like the flavor and have no trouble mixing the powder with water. I started feeling better with more energy but was grinding my teeth in daytime, so I suspected caffeine or some kind of stimulant from the herbs. I quit all coffee (only had four cups in the morning) and teeth grinding is almost gone.

My bowel movements have significantly improved.

I did have one very short episode of a fast irregular heartbeat, but I am 76 years old.

Having used Primal Plants for two weeks, I have noticed an improvement in my gut regularity. After two or three days on Primal Plants, the pores on my face decreased in size, and my skin feels very smooth.

I have been taking this supplement drink for about six weeks and have not noticed any dramatic change in my skin or digestion. I have yet to see how it has effected my cholesterol. I generally feel good and healthy, which I have attributed to the placebo effect of spending a lot of money and doing something good for myself. I think I would feel the same if I were taking regular B vitamins and probiotics.

What I like about this product is that it includes a whole bunch of good stuff all in one dose and it is a drink instead of a pill, which I find much easier. I have been using the Vital Reds and Primal Plants products for about one-and-a-half months. I feel like I have seen results in my skin, hair, and nails. I purchased both the Vital Reds and Primal Plants. Not sure how to take both. I have decided to drink Vital Reds in the morning and Primal Plants at night or in the afternoon. I don't think either of them is designed to be a meal replacement, but I am not as hungry when I take them.

I take several supplements such as turmeric, vitamin D, and magnesium, plus multiple vitamins. I think I should be able to give up some of these supplements. I need some direction.

I have used Athletic Greens, Organifi, and a couple of others. Organifi is by far the best tasting and within the reasonable price range for the product type, i.e.,. under $50.00. Primal Plants at up to the near $100 range is priced point out of the acceptable range, unfortunately. Contents, however, is similar to Organifi.

I have not been on this product for long but I do think I feel better. Not too fond of the taste, but I mix it with Vital Reds, prebiotic and Heart Defense so I can tolerate it. I had trouble mixing it by hand so put it in a blender with small amount of crushed ice to help blend it. I would recommend to others and might rate it higher when I have been on it longer.

So far I am very satisfied with this product. I seem to have a more positive outlook on things along with more energy, which is wonderful. The taste is refreshing, I mix it with a little fruit juice and enjoy it with my breakfast.

The only question I have is how this supplement works with other products by Dr. Gundry. I am aware Primal Plants and Heart Defense work together, but I also have PreBiothrive and am not certain if I should be taking that in conjunction with these other products.

As with all things in life, there needs to be a balance just not sure what that is here. Too much of a good thing can also cause problems. More information regarding combined use of Dr. Gundry's products (and other supplements i.e. multi vitamin, etc.) would be much appreciated.

I can't tell the specific benefits from Primal Plants because I am also using Vital Reds and Prebiothrive at the same time, plus enjoying Phase 2 of The Plant Paradox Program!

So far I have dropped over 10 lbs, osteopenia has resolved, sleep better, feel less anxious and depressed, don't take naps as a general rule, cholesterol panel is perfect, visceral fat dropped from 9 to 7, BMI in a normal range, etc.! My Primal Plants arrived just today, so I was anxious to try it. I read the label and thought "Oh my, this doesn't sound too tasty with all those ingredients ." Boy was I ever surprised. Overall, I religiously prepare two glasses each morning for my wife and I with positive results. The mixing procedure of the Vital Reds and Prebiotic is challenging but doable. My wife does have difficulty drinking it all and having the rest of her breakfast though. The taste is very good and does go down easily after thoroughly mixed.

When I first took Primal Plants, I broke out with a red rash on my face and on my forearms and underarms. The rash lasted about 30 minutes. I was about to return the product when a friend told me that was her initial reaction to niacin and quite a natural reaction. So I persevered. For the first two weeks I continued to react, but each time the symptoms lessened so that now there is no reaction.

I love being assured that even if my healthful diet is not met, I am covered by the Primal Plants. Generally, my health is exceptional with a few virus' here and there. I travel quite a bit, but Primal Plants, Vital Reds, and Heart Defense go with me. I have the Lectin Shield but have yet to really assimilate them into my diet.

I am 57 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and I maintain a weight under 125 pounds. I run an average of 20 miles or so a week and do an 11-minute yoga routine five days a week. I believe one of the reasons for my sustained stamina for work and exercise has been the addition of Gundry vitamins to my regular routine. Seven years ago I cut out all cane and processed sugar from my diet. I do love whole grains and have never been able to give "fruit the boot."

I have been drinking it every morning for approximately one month. I think my skin is looking and feeling better. The skin on my face would break out every couple of weeks, and just as it started to improve, it would break out again. That is no longer happening.

I am also on Xarelto for blood issues, and I bruise if someone looks at me sideways, that still happens, but the bruises seem to go away much faster.
