This product is very easy to use. All you need is 8 ounces of water and one scoop of the Primal Plant powder. More importantly, it has helped me beat a cold coming on. All I did was have a drink in the morning and a drink before bed, and it helped my immune system beat my cold. It also gave me energy that I very much needed working a 12 to 13-hour shift for ten days straight!

It's been about one month, and I do see changes in my skin. Less wrinkles. It also looks tighter and smoother. I am 45, and no one ever guesses my age right. At this point in my life, this drink is crucial because of all the nutrients it supplies to my body. Everybody should be taking it! There would be healthier people in this world! I’m 63 and I’ve had some digestive issues in the last few years fluctuating between constipation and diarrhea.

I started using Primal Plants recently, taking it midday after my workout, instead of an electrolyte drink. The apple flavor makes it palatable. Hello, I was watching Dr. Gundry's video for Primal Plants and saw myself answering "yes" to all the problems his patient was having. So I took chance to order it.

I am 60 years old and thought it was old age making me feel terrible all the time. The first time I used the Primal Plants I could feel it felt like a breath of fresh air, and an energy that I have not felt in over 10 to 15 years. My regular vitamin regimen never made me feel this good so fast. I thought it was only a one-time thing. When I first took Primal Plants, I broke out with a red rash on my face and on my forearms and underarms. The rash lasted about 30 minutes. I was about to return the product when a friend told me that was her initial reaction to niacin and quite a natural reaction. So I persevered. For the first two weeks I continued to react, but each time the symptoms lessened so that now there is no reaction.

I love being assured that even if my healthful diet is not met, I am covered by the Primal Plants. Generally, my health is exceptional with a few virus' here and there. I travel quite a bit, but Primal Plants, Vital Reds, and Heart Defense go with me. I have the Lectin Shield but have yet to really assimilate them into my diet.
