As I said above, I am taking more than Primal Plants. So it is difficult to say to you which one is doing what.

In the morning I am actually taking 1/2 of the dose of Vital Reds, 1/2 of the dose of Primal Plants, and 1/2 of the dose of Heart Defense. The reason of doing it that way is that the whole dose of those three products was too much for me at once.

I can feel the effect instantly as I drink it and feel the product going through to my stomach. It is like feeling every cell of the body becoming alive. I know the body likes those products, there is a communication for sure. Through the day, a sense of well being and very comfortable. I am less hungry also. It seems to give what the body wants.

I am 77 years of age, but I am in good health as I have studied nutrition for over 45 years and applied what I learned. It has paid off.

They sent me an email for me to be on autoship but we bought a lot of products all at once (my husband and I), which will last us for a while. So in the meantime, we will continue to read their instructive emails and continue to enjoy the products.

Honestly, I haven't noticed anything, same pain with arthritis, and no weight loss, although I don't need too much excess weight. Hoping I will see some improvement by the time I finish the first portion, otherwise, don't see any reason to continue with it.

I cannot get certified organic vegetables where I live. I don't want to juice sprayed plants so Gundry MD Primal Plants is a blessing for me. I also love the PrebioThrive that I take first thing every morning.

I use Primal Plants and Vital Reds mixed together. I also add Citrucel mixed in. I find the taste very good and I find that I have a little more energy. Because of my budget, I only take all this on days I work and go to my job so the product will last longer. I am 62 years old and need more energy to make it thru the day. I was a bit skeptic about the Vital Reds powder, but I have to say after a week I felt more energetic and lively and took more notice of what was happening around me. I definitely sleep better. Also, my heart, which has a tendency to jump around and make me feel uncomfortable, has slowed down and is much calmer. I can honestly say that it must be due to Vital Reds and Primal Plants because I have not used anything else besides these powders.

I just began using the product about two weeks or so.

I confess, when I stirred up that greenish liquid, I was a little worried that Primal Plants might be a little hard to get down. Imagine my delight when it was absolutely delicious!

I'm a single elderly female. My health status was declining; frequent stomach upsets, bloating, indigestion, inability to lose weight (esp. my big belly), fatigue, feelings of depression, etc. I received Dr. Gundry's email newsletter via another nutritionist I had been following.

I was intrigued by the Plant Paradox diet but decided to start first with the daily Prebiothrive. I did this for several weeks and was feeling so much better that I bought the book and began following the diet. The biggest challenge was completely cleaning out my food closet and giving or throwing away all the foods I should not eat. It was expensive to replace foods that I had already purchased, and I live on social security. But this commitment is all or nothing.

Now, I am very fortunate that I have always liked the kinds of leafy green vegetables and the avocado in the diet, so it was easy for me to follow. I stayed in Phase One for a few weeks, then moved to Phase Two. I saw immediately that I had to proceed with caution because there were a few recipes that were more difficult to digest. So I have been going back and forth between Phase One and Two.

The big test of the effectiveness of this diet was last weekend when I was invited to two dinner parties. Oh, I felt horrible afterward! All the bad symptoms. I can relate to Dr. Gundry eating beans in Italy! It took three days in Phase One again, before I began to feel better. I am convinced that this diet, this way of living, is the best thing that I have done for my health in many years. And now, I am no longer taking Prilosec, which I have been on for 15 years. I take the three products every morning in my green smoothie. There has been a significant improvement in my GI tract. No more gas and discomfort, regular bowel movements, and better digestion. I have more energy. I have also been following the Gundry diet for almost two months now.

I have not been on this product very long less than two weeks. First, I'm a very busy person with many things on my plate. I have a good energy level as is, but Primal Plant's essential superfoods blend seems to be giving me another level. So at the age of 64, I'm very pleased. Not only the energy level but my skin has noticed a lighter color on my liver spots and the texture, and my natural oils from my skin are coming out and making my skin soft.

So at an early stage of this product, I'm very pleased. Primal Plants has helped me to control my weight by being more active. As of right now, the only meds I take is multi vitamins and a baby Asprin, so as a dietary supplement it works for me. Approximately three months ago, I read a report Dr. Gundry put out about eating properly and actually reversing heart/vascular disease. I first bought the Diet Revolution then Plant Paradox. I was in.

First of all, I purchased Vital Reds, then Primal Plants.

I followed instructions in Diet Revolution faithfully. I began losing weight, feeling better, got more energy, and my digestive track was on track. I had my annual wellness visit with my Primary Care Doctor and he was shocked at my story. Three months following Dr. Gundry's program, I have lost 18 pounds! My beginning weight was 211 pounds, and last Sunday I weighed in at 193! My blood pressure has dropped from 136/87 to 109/78 on average. My blood pressure medication has been cut to 6.50 mg.

I live on a lake in Eastern Washington. Last Sunday my wife and I went for an eight-mile walk along the lake, three hours total time, and feel great. I am 67 years old/young and have my life back.

A month ago I found out I am severely deficient in B12, Iron, and D vitamins. My doctor said that I should see a major energy increase after a week of supplementation with those vitamins. While I did feel an improved mental outlook, increased energy? Not so much.

Three weeks later I began taking Primal Plants, Vital Reds, and PribioThrive. On my third day - wow! Now that's what I call an energy boost. I don't know if I'm supposed to, but I mix the three together in about 12 oz of water with a couple of ice cubes. I like it COLD, and I think the cubes help mix it up better since I don't use one of those shaker cups with the ball in it.

I have been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for about two and a half weeks now and I love the extra energy and the way it's curbing my hunger as I've started the Gundry diet.

I've lost about six pounds, but I've cheated (just a little) a few times.

I noticed the change in my skin fairly quickly; it feels softer and the finer lines seem to have smoothed out. Excited to see how it goes over time.

Truth be told, I was convinced to try it for purposes of vanity, but I'm thrilled with the health benefits. I have been on again/off again with paleo, and I don't eat gluten, so it hasn't been much of a change to try the diet. Easy transition.

I have eczema on my face, and it has been helping, but whenever I get stressed, it flares up a bit still. I have also had digestive issues for years due to Graves Disease, and I know that my system is likely damaged with extensive scar tissue, so I anticipate it will take some time to heal properly. Let me back up. Approximately seven months ago I was overweight and preparing along with my 14-year-old son to go on a very strenuous 12-day backpacking trip to a Boy Scout Ranch (Philmont) in New Mexico. After praying to God for a solution while at my church, Dr. Gundry's site came up on my phone. I had never heard of him before, but it felt like I was being directed to listen and learn. What followed was something that has changed my life.

I educated myself and eating healthy which includes Primal Plants and several other products by Dr. Gundry. The weight dropped pretty quickly, and within about three to four months, I had lost 55 pounds. This is my first jar of Primal Plants. After watching Dr. Gundry's video's on Vital Reds and Primal Plants, I bought his book and totally trust its wisdom. However, their online support system could be better, as any specific questions you email, seem to get glossed over with canned responses. But in all seriousness, this product cleared a chronic skin condition on my hands. My overall energy is also improved.

This product is extremely expensive, and it makes it difficult for the average consumer to have as their "go to" product. But I trust Dr. Gundry's expertise and research, so here I am buying my 2nd jar. I'm praying the good doctor can soon lower its cost.
