I canceled my subscription last September and they've been charging me monthly ever since. When I discovered this on my bank statements, I called for a refund - they REFUSE to refund me. That's hundreds of dollars in stolen money. I opened up a complaint with my credit card company but they can only go back 60 days. Beware of giving this company your credit card number - they will not honor your cancellation.

Lately, the clothes aren't really my style. If I didn't have such a great plan price, I'd cancel. I have been with them for 4 years. Hoping they start getting in some great style and pattern combos again.

I LOVE the concept of Gwynnie Bee. I own a marketing company and am the "face" of my company, so being stylish and bold is important to me. I love being able to wear clothes and send them back and keep my wardrobe ever changing. I have to say I'm glad that I'm locked in at the old pricing because as much as I love the service, I don't think I could justify the new pricing in my budget.

Shipping and return times have gotten pretty long too. In years past, I was getting a shipment or two per week. Now I'm lucky if I get one a week or every other week. That has been frustrating. Also, some of the inventory has been a little lacking. I find more weeks than not that I'm not as excited about the options as I was before. I'm glad you're embracing trends, but I'm sick of seeing cold shoulder everything!

I'm also glad you've embraced straight sized options, but it would be nice to see something in the sizing guidelines as to what's straight vs. plus. It's hard when some brands are sized as small, medium and large, to know if that small is a straight size small vs. a plus size small. I know it is determined by brand but it would be great if the distinction could be made more clear.

All in all, I'm happy with Gwynnie Bee and will continue the service. But I do hope for more exciting clothing options and shipping times.

I mostly rent dresses and tops as a way to add variety to my work clothes. I wish it was a little less expensive, but it’s still worth the cost for me. Sometimes I do have an issue getting something that’s a little dressier than I want for work, or wishing I could get something dressier for a more formal occasion on a specific date.

Gwynnie Bee has been a great addition to my life. I get so many compliments on the unique dresses, and how I always have something new and interesting to wear. I tell everyone about Gwynnie Bee and how much I love it! I don't have a need to go shopping to update my wardrobe knowing that something new is on its way to me. While there are some problems, specifically the excessive turn-around time between garments, even though I always alert Gwynnie Bee that I am mailing a garment back using the website. It can take a week or more to get another item. It has been a great, fun way to expand my wardrobe.

I started the subscription at the urge of my husband, and initially, I was very hesitant. I think it was because it would be a waste of time. NOT! I LOVE going online, choosing clothes, getting them, trying them on at home, wearing or sending back, and waiting on the next box. I love the fact that it looks like I have a vast wardrobe because I send items back after wearing once. The ones I've purchased have always been at a major discount.

I understand that it's not for everybody, but I love it. In fact, I was wearing a different dress each Sunday, and as soon as I walked in, my admin assistant asked if it was new, then we would say together, "Gwynnie Bee baby, Gwynnie Bee."

My experience with the company has been great with no problems. Having the Gwynnie Bee subscription has allowed me to not worry about what I will wear each week. I attend church every Sunday, and when most people are trying to decide what to wear or go shopping weekly, I just open my box. When I get home, it is great that I can just fold up and place in the return bag-never having to wash. Also, I do have the opportunity to purchase if I choose to. Thanks for this opportunity!

Continued to charge my account after I called to cancel the subscription. Charged multiple charges totaling $200. Said they were still charging me because they had not received the items fast enough, but they were returned within days of me receiving them.

So far they have not refunded anything and stated only that they are looking into it.

I enjoy Gwynnie Bee so much. I can try multiple designs and styles without having to purchase them. I don’t like trying things on at the store because I feel hurried, but with Gwynnie Bee, I not only can spend time at home but truly experience wearing an outfit all day, which tells you more than a quick on and off. My job requires that I dress professionally and I get compliments daily on my Gwynnie Bee fashions. The assortment of styles is wonderful. Gwynnie Bee has allowed me to explore styles that I never would have tried before. My only suggestion is less sleeveless items as many employers prohibit sleeveless attire.

Clothes have character, and their selections are fun and interesting. My wardrobe has come from Gwynnie Bee and I haven’t shopped at a retailer in years now.

The clothes are boxed and shipped to my home wrapped nicely. Sometimes there are promo gifts. If I try it on and it’s not for me, I ship it immediately in the provided packaging.

I sometimes test out a piece just to see if I get comments. If I do, I’ll probably purchase the item.

I have been a member for over five years.

My GB experience has been really transformative. I will try colors and patterns I never would have tried before. I am no longer afraid to take a chance and wear something outside of what I think is my comfort zone. I still wear classic shapes, but throw in some fun pieces too. Why did you join GB?

I have always had trouble finding clothes that fit well. I’m a practical person, but not afraid to pay for quality. I wanted to become a GB member because I loved the idea of wearing trendy pieces without having to own them. I have always hated wasting money, and clothing, on pieces I might only wear a year or two before it went out of style. I love the sustainability aspect of Gwynnie Bee. Our natural resources are better utilized when a garment is worn more than a handful of times.

How has GB changed the way you shop?

I don’t like shopping in stores anymore - I get frustrated with the lack of style and selection. I still use retail stores for undergarments, swimsuits, and sleepwear - but even those I mostly buy online.

Best benefit of being a GB member?

Confidence. I look professional every day, and I also most never repeat an outfit. No dry cleaning is a close second.

Fun professional - and that doesn’t have to be a contradiction. I lean more professional when I have a big meeting and more fun when I know I am hanging around the office. Professional can still be floral, bright, or trendy.

I love having an updated wardrobe using Gwynnie Bee. It is easy to view new styles by occasion and add to my closet.

Fit can be tricky depending on fabric (knit or woven) and designer, so I use the previous reviews and size guide as reviews will mention if true to size or tight and loose areas such as arms, hips, and bust.

One recommendation to GB is to improve the filters to search styles to add to my closet. For example sleeve length and dress length.

I LOVE always having something new and different to wear! I’ve been a member for 4 years and no other clothing subscription compares as far as options and trends. My only complaint is the turn around time to get your next item. Even if I mark as returned and scan the tracking code on the return, it takes 5-7 days to get my next time. For example, I marked something as returned Wednesday and it is now Saturday and they haven’t even started my next box. This definitely needs improvement and would make a 4 star into a 5 star!

This has been a (mostly) great experience to have a new outfit nearly every day at work. The brand carried are fun and fresh, and it’s been nice to experiment with different styles. The only caveat is there are a LOT more brands that do not have or no longer carry my size, so many times I am unable to closet more than 1-2 things per "New Release" (which usually has 10-15 items). This starts to feel like shopping as it was, the kind of shopping I was hoping to avoid, where I wistfully looked through racks and racks of clothes and was constantly disappointed that brands didn’t care to cater to me or maybe didn’t feel my body size/shape would "look good" or represent them well. Essentially, I’m too fat, even for fat, and there’s a lot of social stigma attached to that.

Ultimately, I gave Gwynnie Bee 4 stars because it’s still such a great service. About a year ago it would have been 5 stars. My opinion is going downhill, and will continue to do so until GB remembers its roots in plus size fashion and caters to all large shapes and sizes.

I have been a member since the beginning of June 2014 on and off and I just love everything about Gwynnie Bee. I love the new styles, I love the ease of returning the clothing after I wear them, I love the dresses that I receive every week, the causal and business styles, I love that the clothing I receive is always clean, and I love to buy the dresses at discount prices when the dresses are out of rotation. When I first started subscribing, I couldn’t have been happier with the clothing, options, and when I needed customer service.

Recently I’ve had delayed orders, clothes that were clearly worn and not washed as they wreaked of perfume, and I’ve requested a call from a supervisor three times and am still waiting; that was 3 months ago.

I have been using QB for over 3 years and love the choices. It is great to be able to try newer fashion and not have buyers remorse. I use it for work and personal clothing and I could not imagine not having QB anymore. The customer support is very responsive and they are nice. On a plane I first saw your ad. I was totally fascinated by the concept. As soon as I was home I looked it up and thought I should give it a try. I started with just 2 outfits then went on to 3, 4 and now 5. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I love that I can easily pick the style and read the review so I can have a realistic expectation of what I will be getting. I like how suggestions are made and nearly almost every fit is perfect. I love the variety of styles. I love the convenience of just putting it back in a bag and not needing to be careful with how to care for it. Do you know how many expensive and beautiful pieces I have purchased at full retail price to ruin it because I overlooked how to care for it? And I love that the pieces I select to keep are discounted and further discounted when I use my reward points. It feels like Christmas every week, excited to open my next new box. You make the whole process so convenient and so easy. I am very satisfied, exceeding my expectation by far. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could select the exact outfit that I would get next so I can better plan for events. I wish it could be on a list choosing what piece to expect next...although I do admit sometimes the surprise is fun too. You have proven I can count on you to be truly reliable, you can count on me for being a lifelong client!

I have been with GB for more years than I can remember! When I was traveling for months at a time, I would transfer my shipments to where I was living as I didn't want to miss out on any of my treats!

Gwynnie Bee has introduced me to my new (EXPENSIVE) guilty pleasure, Johnny Was! I own way too many pieces and have spent way too many dollars on it, but I LOVE IT! I have turned others on to it, too! I am such a fan now I have even gone to their store in LA!

My only issue is that sometimes for various reasons, I would like to put my subscription on hold or "vacation" but that is not an option. That is one thing that would make this more attractive to others I think. (Also, if you cancel and come back, it's at a higher rate, so if I need a hiatus I either have to pay more or not come back.)
