I plugged this in and weirdly was surprised that I did get quite a few channels. But I didn’t get local channels until I found the perfect spot. Then, I was able to get the ION channel.

When I assembled the antenna, I did not have an order port, but there was no adapter in the package to plug it in, so I had to order one.

My wife and I became so frustrated with the difficulties of cable TV that we went out and purchased the antenna system. Once at home, we inserted the antenna's signal out wire into the "cable in" on the back of the TV and plugged the power supply into the HDMI/power on the back of the TV, and VOILA, we had free and excellent quality service for the price of the antenna.

First of all, this antenna is not worth the money. The picture tears out. As much as you move the antenna and move the knob on the box, you can’t correct the poor reception. Even with much less expensive antennas, local channels came in clearly. Not with this one! It even distorts the picture and sound when anyone moves around in the room.

I was paying for cable TV a lot of money to watch regular TV. I am a senior living off a fixed income in some months, I had to ask family for help to pay my cable bill. So I watch my town's news for the weather to know if I can go out food shopping. I did not need 100+ channels, just a few other than my town's news or CBS or NBC, and maybe a few channels on Sunday for church. So, for the holidays, a family member gave me this HD TV Antenna. I hooked it up in 5 minutes and called my cable company to cancel most of their high price channels I never watched anyway, So I thank you so much for this invention to bring me back my freedom again.

My husband and I got so sick and tired of the cable companies and Dish. Prices kept going up and we decided to just end it all and purchase an antenna. Wow, are we glad we made the change and we get 50 channels. It also takes some getting used to using the remote from the original TV as opposed to the remote you receive from the cable company or Dish company that you are assigned to use.

I order this product from Amazon. I have been able to watch my favorite channels. The price was excellent. The quality, the channels have clear images and good sound. It is very accessible. It is economic and easy to install. Provides good channel alternatives, including educational, movies, political, and news from everywhere you would like to see. I am happy with it.

Save yourself $50–$60 plus the $29 shipping fee and the return fee and buy a good quality window antenna.

I received the product and hooked it up. I now received only 7 channels! Before connecting with “Free HD TV” I received 21 channels. Their customer service is non-existent, they don’t speak American English and intentionally try to confuse and evade customer contact. It is a pure scam of foreign entrepreneurs sucking American dollars for a bogus Chinese manufactured product of non-indigenous origin.

They cannot support this inferior product, have no technical involvement, and will only steal your money without any support.

They need to go home and get real jobs!

I'm so glad I chose this antenna as a gift for my daughter over any other. The ease of installation and immediate reception with much-improved clarity was amazing! I personally have tried other antennas myself but was very disappointed in the results with poor or very limited reception.

Gosh, what can I say. This antenna is great, easy to hook up, clear picture, gets more channels than basic cable. I have suggested top family and friends that they get one of these antennas and ditch cable. I was fearful that it may not work with my system, but as soon as it was hooked up and channels scanned a new world of viewing opened up to me.
