Do NOT buy from this seller

Their service is awful! I ordered my parcel the 21st of November and today, 15th of December, I am still without it! Seeing that the product is not arriving on time for having my teeth white for Christmas (and looks like forever???), I asked for a solution and they do not give any, only to let them know if I will want to return the product IF it arrives (and obviously, customer is liable for all returning shipping costs). It is not my responsibility! They specify on their website that the product arrives in 6-8 business days and the period is more than over, so I shouldn’t have to spend money over a product that I do not have!

Please, DO NOT waste your TIME and MONEY with this company!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bad customer service

I have been waiting for three months for my first order, which is the LED light and the mouth tray, along with gels and other items. I also did the automatic monthly renew for the gels. I have only received the gels.

I have been emailing them letting them know that I have not received my first parcel and they have yet to do anything about it. I requested a refund for the items, which they agreed, but I would have to pay for the return of the refills. I think it is wrong that I would have to pay for the return since I was never able to use it since they never sent me the first order.

I am sure if received it I would have enjoyed the product and continued the monthly subscription, but at this point, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Useless product and worst customer service I've experienced!

HiSmile is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had! I paid them for express shipping, and the product arrived three months later! Trying to track its location was a nightmare as their customer service is next to nothing. They put so much effort into selling you, then once you buy, you're essentially on your own.

Once the product arrived, I used it for four weeks, and go no results at all. I contacted them about it, and because I didn't strictly follow there guarantee terms (which work in their favor), I have a zero chance of getting a refund.

I would AVOID this company at all costs, unless you want to throw away money.

Meh

Unfortunately, HiSmile did not work for me. After completely using the kit in six days, I did not see any difference in my teeth's color. Could be that my teeth are stained more permanently than most, as I've tried other whitening methods and saw limited results. HiSmile did offer me a refund, but I have to pay for $22 shipping so, not that happy.

Not impressed

I ordered this after seeing all the ads that made it seem that HiSmile seriously whitened your teeth. When I ordered a while back, they claimed it would whiten my teeth by 8 shades. Today, I went back and their claim has gone down to 2 shades. I’ve ordered twice in hopes that my teeth would reach the maximum white they could. However, after two purchases (12 sessions) my teeth are maybe 1 shade lighter (if I’m really pushing it). Not impressed. I am going to head to the dentist from now on. I blew 120 bucks on the stupid thing.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Unsure

I bought the kit and I've used two gels within seven days by following instructions. I went to buy more, and they're $30 for a box of three. Pretty pricey when you think about it, considering the kit is $80, and if you were to buy the gels every week, that's like $170 a month. After one week I haven't seen any difference, plus I paid express and didn't get it within the promised two days, and they didn't reply until the day I received it saying "it's been delivered." Pretty unhappy.

Didn't work

Rip Off!

I had seen a lot of celebrities using HiSmile, (celebs with lovely, white teeth.) So I thought I'd try it out.

I bought the set (3 syringes, LED light and the mouth guard), along with delivery to Northern Ireland, all came to $99 (about £47). I had to pay an extra $35 (£17) just to get it through customs!

The box that it all comes in is cute. I also like the LED mouth mould, it's a bit big for my mouth though. As for the gels, I find it hard to put on only a quarter of a syringe on each side. I ended up using more, just to get enough on the mould.

After the first week, there was a slight difference on one of my front teeth. Just a dot of white. It looked a bit strange, but barely noticeable. Other than that, it didn't work at all for me.

Soon after, I went on Amazon and bought 10 syringes of teeth whitener for £13 and free shipping. It sounded pretty much exactly like HiSmile, had some great reviews and it was REALLY cheap. The first time I used it, it made a BIG difference. It was awesome. And that gel was a lot thicker, so you could use less and still cover the mould.

In summary, HiSmile was very expensive and didn't work. I wouldn't recommend it.

Whitening kit

Hi. I bought this kit as I was told their products are outstanding. I have done the 6-day gel, and my teeth are no whiter to what they were. They have all these 5-star reviews on the website, and it’s a farce, as everyone has really white teeth anyway. Where are the real reviews with people that have noticeable stains actually going to white? Exactly, there are NONE to be seen. It’s a shame as I was going to actually buy the other products and use them, but I’m going to use the proper dentist kit as they know best.

Disappointed, and I want a refund.

Still no product

So I placed an order with them on the 24th of November with the intention of it to be a Christmas gift. I was given a tracking number 10 days after I placed my order, on which it was stated that the parcel is in the courier on the 8th of December. Their “policy” is that the delivery should be between 5-8 business days.

To this day there is still no product, and now I tried to track my order and there is no order found on the website of the delivering company. So they charged me really quickly, but they were waiting 10 days to send my order. I’m still waiting for them to respond to my emails because there is no contact number that you can call.

Don’t order if you are not ready to wait to receive it around March!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The shipping timeframe is still the same, once your order has been shipped, however in some instances there are customs processing delays that are not included in the shipping timeframe.

Terrible Cheap Chinese Product

I spent almost $100 on their products and when they arrived I realized it was the same $5 crap on eBay, just with branding. Went through an entire kit and did not notice a single difference. Very disappointed in this rubbish product.
