Would not recommend

I received my contacts every month without any problems. The timeliness of them coming in was never a problem either. I did really like the concept of the auto charge every month, and you get your contacts.

However, I would not recommend them to anyone who has sensitive eyes. I'm on my third month, and still, the contacts are difficult for me to put in my eye because of how dry they are. I find myself throwing away two or three before heading to work because of how dry and uncomfortable they are. When I go out, I always bring eye drops and an extra pair just in case.

This will be my last month with them, and I will go back to Acuvue, which were way more comfortable and never had any of these problems in the slightest bit.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Very disappointed

I received the free trial and couldn't wait to try them. It was a complete blur! I tried to locate a number to contact for cancellation and return of the lenses. Based on this, I expect there will be a difficulty in stopping the automatic shipping.

Denial

I have been trying to order for two days. They canceled me because they said my doctor denied me. My doctor faxed over my Rx. He did not deny it! I have received a bunch of robotic emails saying sorry it was denied. Now I can't start over. They truly need to get it together if they want to compete.

Takes advantage of people signing up for free trial

I signed up for a "trial" that cost $3.00. I received the trial and began using the daily contacts. I didn't like them. I was then billed $33.00 without permission for something, I assume more contacts, which I have not received. I asked for a refund and have had no response. They have a phone number but refuse to answer it. Not a very up and up business.

Awful lenses and terrible customer support

These lenses are CHEAP, and you can feel why! They are incredibly uncomfortable and very irritating to the eyes.

Also, they ship your paid second order well before the first order is done, and then make it nearly impossible to get a refund for the unwanted second order.

Plus, you cannot cancel online. You have to speak with someone by phone, yet the number online is no longer in service, so you have to email them saying you want to cancel. Then they send you a non-published number to call, and then when you finally do speak to someone, they cannot refund you without your mailing back the second box first.

Bottom line, they have cheap, crappy contacts and are running a racket.

Avoid totally!

Hubble failed to contact my doctor

I attempted to order these contacts. I paid the $3.00 and signed up to authorize Hubble to charge me $30.00 a month for throw away contacts.

I have a valid prescription. I was told my doctor denied their call to verify. I called my doctor. Hubble denied me and did not call my doctor as I called them to find out what the problem is. I was told by Hubble it's illegal for them to let you buy Hubble contacts without them fitting you prior to purchase. I can go online and buy any brand I want. Why would they say this?

Were you fitted for Hubble contacts? Keep in mind that all contact lens prescriptions are brand specific and you should have been fitted for Hubble brand lenses or had your prescription changed to Hubble prior to ordering.

Won't stop service

Nice contacts. However, I cannot use them as I cannot read with them and cannot get the Hubble company to stop the service or refund the three boxes they have sent. Apparently, once you start they won't stop. I'll be forced to put a stop payment on my checking account.

I notified the company from day one when I found I cannot use them. Now you cannot call the company.

I am very disappointed.

Don't waste your time!

DO NOT buy from Hubble Contacts. They are terrible!

Today, I opened up one of my contacts, and it had absolutely no solution inside and was completely dried up! There have been multiple times where I felt the contacts would dry out immediately after I place them in my eyes and now I know why. They don't even put solution in them! Hubble tries to sell you that their contacts are cheap but high quality, but you get what you pay for, which is crap!

Not to mention, their customer service is horrible. They always either send my packages late or never at all. Sometimes even to the wrong address. When you contact them, they bounce you on to a million different people that each say something different and nothing gets resolved!

If you're thinking about using them, DON'T DO IT. And if you're already using them, LEAVE because who knows what they are allowing you to put into your eyes!

Contacts are not wearable in my opinion

I have been wearing dailies for over a decade. I got my two-week Hubble trial and tried three sets of these contacts today. These Hubble Contacts are not even wearable. They are so uncomfortable in the eyes and are unwearable.

I also felt they were not made to the same prescription quality. The lenses are too thick and almost dig into the eye. I don't like that Hubble makes customers call to cancel the auto renew. They have a lot of work to do. I don't recommend at all. I gave customer service feedback, and they did not even care and said I had to call to cancel.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beware

I loved the concept and signed on. I received my trial and found the contacts to be uncomfortable and ill-fitting. I checked the prescription and found that it was inaccurate. I contacted customer service about the prescription error and was advised that they didn't carry what I needed, so instead shipped me contacts that were CLOSE TO my prescription.

Double check your prescriptions when dealing with this company. I spoke with my eye doctor who advised me not to wear these lenses, as incorrectly fitting and incorrect prescriptions can damage your vision. Do question why a company would provide something that could damage you.

Bad experience

I ordered Hubble contact lenses, and after receiving them and trying them, I could not see anything. I did return them letting them know the two shipments were not successful, but I never heard from Hubble so pretty much my time and the shipping money were a total waste.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
