About Ikkuma Limitless
Ikkuma Limitless is a nootropic that claims to boost memory and performance, enhance logical thinking, regain your youth and vitality, lower the risk of dementia, decrease the risk of mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and improve the quality of your life.
According to Ikkuma, they collaborated with scientists and industry professionals to develop Limitless to specifically boost brain function, provide anti-aging benefits, regrow/recover damaged nerve growth factor, and to help to prevent dementia-related diseases. As a result, they claim to be the only government licensed supplement to enhance your body and mind (we’ll talk more about this in a moment).
In order to accomplish this, Ikkuma Limitless is claimed to provide 70% organic ingredients in its formulation that are GMO, gluten, and caffeine-free, including:
- Vitamin D3 600IU
- Vitamin B12 150mcg
- Folic Acid 600mcg
- Organic Acerola Berry (Vitamin C) 6.5mg
- Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium (BioPQQ) 20mg
- Ginkgo Biloba 25:1 90mg
- CoQ10 100mg
- Organic Withania Somnifera Ashwagandha 200mg
- Organic Bacopa Monnieri 300mg
According to Ikkuma, you should take 1 capsule of Limitless twice daily with meals, although this can be safely increased if necessary.
Perhaps you’re a college student looking for a mental edge when studying. Maybe you’re looking to get an edge on the competition for that promotion at work. Or, maybe you’re getting up there in age and are worried about the very real threat of cognitive decline and dementia. Whatever you’re here for, you want to know if Ikkuma Limitless can really deliver on its claims.
So can it? Consider the following:
Ikkuma Limitless Ingredients Breakdown
According to WebMD, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, and folic acid can provide a wide variety of health benefits, but neither they nor acerola, CoQ10, or ashwagandha have sufficient clinical evidence showing that they can improve mental function. Many of these ingredients are also discussed in our article titled The Truth About Memory Supplements.
However, PQQ “supplementation stimulates the production and release of nerve growth factors in cells that support neurons in the brain, a possible mechanism for the improvement of memory function it appears to produce in aging humans and rats.” Ginkgo “can slightly improve memory, speed of thinking, and attention in healthy adults. Some evidence suggests that taking ginkgo in combination with Panax ginseng or codonopsis can improve memory better than the individual ingredients alone.” And finally, regarding Bacopa Monnieri: “Some research shows that taking specific brahmi extracts (KeenMind; BacoMind) improves some measure memory in otherwise healthy older adults.”
What Does “Government Licensed” Mean?
Ikkuma is a Canadian company, and in Canada, supplements are subject to much stricter regulatory oversight than in the US. With this said, after searching the Health Canada website, it doesn’t appear that they provide the ability to browse companies who have received licenses, so this claim couldn’t be confirmed.
Ikkuma Limitless’ Media Appearances
While this could be considered relatively minor, keep in mind that, although images of LIFE, TIME, Psychology Today, and National Geographic covers are shown on the Ikkuma Limitless website, these just reference articles related to brain function, and not to this specific supplement.
We bring this up because if you were just quickly skimming the website, it might be easy to think that Limitless appeared in all these publications.
Consumer Feedback for Ikkuma Limitless
Although Ikkuma’s URL was originally registered back in 2012, it appears that they’ve only been involved in supplements since early 2014. As a result, there were no online consumer reviews available at the time of our research.
However, we did learn that Ikkuma’s book (more about this next) has ten, 5-star reviews on Amazon as of 12/12/14. With this said, 9 of the 10 reviews were from accounts where this was their only published review, which is generally a strong indication that they may be fake.
Ikkuma Limitless Pricing & Refund Policy
Ikkuma Limitless is priced as follows:
- 1 Bottle (60 capsules): $49.99
- 2 Bottles: $89.99
- 3 Bottles (includes hardcover book The Evolution of Vitality): $129.99
Regardless of which option you choose, your order will include free shipping.
Ikkuma Limitless comes with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H, although this only applies to unopened items.
Can Ikkuma Limitless Help Maintain or Improve Your Mental Function?
Chopping to the Point: Compared to many other brain health supplements we’ve reviewed here at HighYa, Ikkuma Limitless appears to contain several ingredients that could possibly provide you with some sort of mental benefits. However, keep in mind that any benefits you achieve will likely be fairly mild, and will not turn you into an instant genius.
Also, considering that PQQ and ginkgo biloba are Limitless’ most promising ingredients, remember that you can purchase both of these for less than $15 online, or even at your local pharmacy. This way, you might be able to achieve the same benefits that Ikkuma Limitless claims to provide, but at a much lower price.

I ordered a three month supply of Ikkuma Limitless that came with a hardcover book about vitality. I didn't feel much for the first two weeks but began to feel very aware and sharp after about a month of usage. I'm prone to colds and remained healthy during the three month period. Awesome supplement that is everything I need in one place.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
