Very pleased so far but it's hard to dissolve. I've tried mixing with water, coconut water, and coconut/almond milk. Mostly hundreds of small clumps versus a smooth shake. I add a teaspoon of beet powder before workouts - great energy. But the clumpiness is worse than virtually all powders I have used. I have also added oatmeal for breakfast, which was excellent.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
