I started taking Restore because I wanted to try something that would help with my psoriatic arthritis. Since I wanted to examine how it would work I know I needed some time and ordered 3 bottles. I've finished one and it works. How do I know that Restore is the one that helped me improve? Simple. I have not modified my routine in terms of food, exercise, or other activities/routine. The only variable is taking Restore. Of particular note is that my psoriatic arthritis worsens in the winter. However, since I have been taking Restore my skin is still fairly clear (just my elbows, shin areas, and head have psoriasis). Usually, I am incorporating a UV treatment to alleviate my psoriasis and to prevent any flare-up. In terms of my arthritis, nothing noticeable like my psoriasis, but no flair up as well. So, if you have the means to try it then do so. I'm looking forward to at least two months' experience to see if other changes can be seen and documented.
