I have had "stomach" issues since I was 26 and I am 62 now. Have every test done multiple times, diagnosed with IBS, been on numerous medicines (which did some help but by no means cured the symptoms), kept logs and logs of what I ate and for 25 years I have dealt with this. Last January, an email came over late Friday evening, caught my attention, decided I'll give it try, three days later I could actually feel my insides healing. Haven't had an attack since.
