I kept seeing the DoFasting app on my Facebook and it really triggered my curiosity with all these good things being said about it. So I became one of their customers. I fell in love with fasting because it is not like any other diet I tried. I don’t even know if you can call it a diet, it’s more like an eating pattern. A few weeks in, when I started feeling comfortable with 16-hour fasts I decided I want to change the game a bit. I felt like I wasn’t ready to go on 20-hour fast just yet, so I thought, why not try combining it with Keto? DoFasting lets you choose allergies and intolerances, so I got my meal plan as if I’m "gluten intolerant", to make meal recommendations I get closer to Keto. I feel like results are coming faster now. I don’t like to focus on numbers on the scales so I don’t know how much I lost exactly, but I feel like my fat mass has decreased quite significantly.
