I read a really good article on the DoFasting blog so I decided to get their app. I’m 4 weeks into fasting and this is what I noticed:
1) My brain works better. I now try to open my eating windows at about 1 pm because in the mornings before I eat I just feel so productive. My stomach might growl, but my brain works so well I get the biggest part of my work done.
2) My skin is clearing up. This is either intermittent fasting or the fact that I drink way more water right now or it can be both.
3) I didn’t get this app to lose weight as my number one priority, but I lost 5 lbs so far without feeling like I have to try really hard.
What’s not to love? Recommend.
