I’ve only been on the product for one month but am feeling more energetic. (I also use Gundry olive oil, so I’m getting a double whammy!)
Capsules and large pills don’t go down easily for me, but the Bio Complete 3 capsules are smaller than most and glide right down. I will continue taking the product for the next two months, and can’t wait to see the positive results!
