I have taken this product, BIO X4, for about six weeks. There have been some significant changes that I have noticed. First, and foremost, it does actually curb hunger cravings. I have been able to insert healthy snacks and cut out big meals. This has helped me lose a few pounds and get to a healthier eating schedule. Also, I have noticed an increase in energy. I bought a six-month supply to start, as I felt I needed to give the product a chance to work. I am most happy that after six weeks, not six months I could tell a story.
