First off, I suffer from GERD, IBS, had my gallbladder removed, and had a hiatal hernia surgery repair. I have server stomach cramps with diarrhea, bloating, and gas. Since taking the product, I have better bowels, less cramping, and less acid reflux aching in my stomach. The product fills me up in the morning and I don't feel hungry. I take the Vital Reds in the afternoon as well, and I have more energy. I have lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks from when I started the product. My doctors haven't found a medication that has helped me. I've been on Protonix for eight years and still have the discomfort and running to the bathroom after a meal.
