    Gundry MD Prebiothrive

Feedback after 10 days of usage

    Overall Experience:

I ordered this product out of desperation. I had hit the 137 lb mark with a height of 1.54 m, and I craved sweets all the time. It seemed that I could have lived on sugar. I was very frustrated! I'm 71 years old and have high cholesterol (deemed to be genetic as I've always lived on strict diets, mostly vegetarian). Fibromyalgia pain made it impossible to take statins. Last August, a Doppler showed 50% of arteries. I kept exercising, but my energy level was very low. I'm a teacher of adult still working FT, and I would get home and raze the fridge and the cupboards totally exhausted.

I had been given probiotics after a benign something was found in my colon on December 2015 with very bad results. I had to stop them soon. I was put on a high fiber diet, which includes daily intake of beans and lentils plus leafy greens, and dry apricots/prunes before bedtime.

I didn't like the infomercial on my phone; it sounded impossible and too long to be true. But I was desperate, and I ordered it. I still don't know why Canada Post charge me/you with another $20 CDN, but that is another story.

I started taking it on April 29th and today, May 12th, I weighed 132.5 lb. I've only had two small chocolate cookies and one KitKat (dark chocolate) in this whole time! Hallelujah.

Yesterday, I walked 12 Km and had a 40-minute cardio workout plus stretching. I have arthritis everywhere in my body, so yesterday's was a big achievement.

I'm no longer desperate for sugary treats. I grab a piece of fruit, or nothing to end a meal. My goal is to go down to 120 lbs, no matter how long it takes me. But I need more info on this product and long-term effects. Is there a maintenance product or program?

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
