I have a large hard callus on the side of my foot and the FootMedix really seems to be helping. It still has a ways to go though. On my other foot, I had a nail with fungus under it, and it is nearly cleared up. I am very satisfied with the FootMedix so far. I also gave some to my son and daughter-in-law but they only just started using it, so I'm not sure of their progress.
