I am just recovering from a surgery on December 13, 2018 and the shipment of Lectin Shield arrived after I was home for a couple of days. I had been on hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy), which was putting some weight on, but mostly I was noticing a shifting from chest and face to my midsection! We had been following the Plant Paradox diets and were feeling better from that, but the ADT had stymied any further weight loss, and I wasn't feeling quite as good going into surgery. We found the Lectin Shield helped us through the Christmas season and now that I am in recovery and off the ADT treatments, I am feeling like I have to take care from doing too much before the healing is complete in 4 to 6 weeks.
