Ouch
I signed up for the free trial and started to use it. There was no mention ANYWHERE about being charged monthly to receive auto shipments. I found out through googling Juvacell after the fact. Thank goodness it was soon enough. Well I hope it will be. I called to make sure I was canceled and they told me I had to wait to call back farther into my trial or they would make me send it back and pay a restocking fee. So I set my phone alarm to remind me when to call.
The cream itself is horrible. It felt a little bit like petroleum on my face and hurt really bad after the first day of use with red welt like patches on my skin. Will stick with Olay.

JuvaCell is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. Their form claims a free trial for $3.95 shipping and then they charge you $89.77. Immediately upon ordering this trial I received fraudulent charges on my card from multiple states that I had not visited. These people should be put in jail.

Scam
I ordered this product and I read all the comments and decided not to use it. It was a trail size. Today I looked at my bank statement on my phone and they charged my account 200.00 dollars off of my debt card. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do, just that the product was mine and no refund. The lady asked if I opened them and used any and I said no. She asked me why and I said I didn't want to but she encouraged me to try them. So I asked if I could send it back after I open it and she said no. I told her that it's not what I read on their ad, but she told me to read the terms and conditions again.

Buyer Beware
Before I ordered the trial, I looked for fine print that would commit me to an expensive auto-ship contract. Since I didn't find that trap, I signed for the trial.
On each of the first 2 days, at two times daily, I had itching, burning & redness. With one time per day for 2 days, I had the same response, but less severe. I stopped using the creams, thinking my skin needed time to recover prior to another one/day trial
My experience with "customer service representatives" was partially like others listed here, but found that it's too late for me. Before my skin had recovered, I found the full price charge on my credit card statement, dated the 14th day from my trial order, not the 14th day from my receipt of the product. I can't afford the stuff on Social Security. When I called to protest, the man asserted that I had overlooked the auto-ship contract. Supposedly because of my 2 main objections, he talked me into signing up for their 1/2 price every three months deal. He encouraged me to resume use at least daily and trust that my skin would get used to the product & that later I would be pleased with the results.
I did resume the one time per day use, prior to applying my inexpensive moisturizer used for years. I didn't notice any change in my skin. I called again within a week to change credit card information to an account with a lower interest rate. The lady said she could only cancel the account. She instructed me to again sign-up for a trial and to then call back to receive the half price every three months.
I hesitated to follow her instructions. So far, I haven't found any more charges on statements.
I decided to research more first. Today I found a site that claimed to test JuvaCell's integrity and weigh the pros and cons, but it was actually another pitch to try the products. It was also obviously written by someone with poor English language skills. Then I found HighYa, read the information, wrote this review and will not be ordering another trial.
Thank you HighYa to the others who wrote warning reviews!

Don't do business with this company! They are scammers.
I am allergic to this product. When I contacted them for my money back on the 16th day, they responded by stating it's too late. You have to do it within 14 days of ordering. They don't care that my skin was burned from their product & I can not use it. The fact is, 13 days has passed since I ordered the product, (the 14th day doesn't count, you need to call before the 14th day). I had them cancel my order and they are still charging $89.77 for eye cream & $98.71 for face cream that I can not use. But assured me they wouldn't send anymore.
I do not recommend this product or company. They are just in it for the money.

No results
Bought the Juvacell eye cream and used the product daily without any results. The puffiness under the eyes is still there.

Total Scam
I purchased the product on 12/20/2015 for the $3.95 price. I received my monthly Visa statement on 1/15/2016 to find that they charged an additional $89.77 because they said that I had to call in to cancel or would be charged the full price plus processing. When I called their customer service, the lady said that there was nothing that I could do, I had to cancel in that 10 day period. They also set you up on a monthly recurring charge. I immediately called my credit card company and they called their customer service back on a 3-way call. The same rude representative answered to tell me that she credited my account for the full amount and canceled my account. On top of all of this, the product does not work like they claim it does. It is a scam! DO NOT BUY!

Scam and Robbery!
The trial said 14 days. I received the product on 12/31/15 and on 1/11/16 I called to cancel the trial, but was told it was passed the trial period. That was only 11 days from the date I received it. The cost would be $187. Are you kidding me? This is pure robbery! And it did not help my wrinkles at all.

Scam
This company is worse than a chain letter. Thieves at their best. We called to cancel the product and had to fight tooth and nail for a 50% refund. I felt like Charlie at the Wonka Factory. Stay away.

Scam. This company is a first class scam! Don't fall for it.
They advertise the product as a free sample with only a charge for shipping, only to see a charge for $98.00 on my visa within the month. The person from the company was very combative when I called to dispute the charge. Funny thing when I called back to cancel any future shipments, they had already canceled the account.

Scam
Was charged $98.71 one day after the "14 day trial". I was not advised of the trial period when I purchased, no reference in the receipt and no reference to the $98.71 monthly automated charge. Had I not checked my back account I may not have noticed for a while.
I take responsibility for the error, but they made no attempt to advise when I bought the product and to reveal that I was joining a monthly club with additional charges.
I canceled the account but had to pay half their cost to close it out. The true item this company sells is long expensive contracts without full disclosure. Stay away from this product.

Watch Out
After one use, JuvaCell left a red, burning rash on my face, that lasted for several days. When I tried to return the unopened box with the second delivery, I was told I would be paying several "fees" and should have taken care of this within the first 14 days of the first shipment. I was told it was my fault for not reading the "fine print" when I asked for a trial of the product. I was also informed that they would charge me the entire cost for the unopened box unless I had an RMA number from customer service. To be honest, I can not remember "ordering" this trial in the first place.

Don't send me anymore and I didn't agree to have you charge more on my card!
I haven't seen any change in my skin after using this product. I don't want anymore and this company does not have my permission to be charging this to my card. I was under the impression that I was trying this product FREE after paying S&H. Then theey charged my card. I'm sending back the one I just received in the mail. If you put they put me on some type of list, they need to take me off. I can not stress enough, that they better not charge my card.
