Rip off, lies, very nasty Customer Service

    • Warren,
    • Oct 29, 2015

When you order and ask them if you will be enrolled in continuous shipments, the answer I got was no, you will not be enrolled unless you wish to. Nothing was said about making a phone call. I called the Customer Service, she told me she was a supervisor, she was one of the rudest person I've ever talked to. I am disputing those charges. This was not authorized by me.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Fraud

    • Lafayette, Indiana,
    • Oct 26, 2015

This company is a fraud - wanted samples only but they charged me for the larger sizes and never received the product. My credit card company is working on this and hopefully will get it resolved. Oh and the sample product - does not do a thing for your complexion! Will never deal with this company again and I warn everyone reading this to be very careful with this company.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Same is happening to me. I went to pay bills and boom, almost $200.00 Gone from my account! I am having a hard time getting my money back. I had to call bank to cancel my debit/visa card. This product also gave me horrible chemical burns on my eyes and face. Do not buy this product!

    Don't go for it

    • Venice, CA,
    • Oct 18, 2015

The products did burn my skin because they have an apparently very high dosage of retinol (vitamin A) and many other man-made compounds. It is definitely not a "natural" product. I got hives on my face. I didn't realize I had signed onto an automatic ship arrangement. I would never have signed up for this autoship program. When they started shipping the to me, I didn't return the product within 30 days since I was traveling. Therefore, the credit card company is bound to honor their charge! At least the company has agreed to refund 50% of it. In the future, I will not be falling for any free trials via the Internet. Live and learn.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Yes, it's a big time scam

    • Oct 17, 2015

I ordered the free trial and paid for the S&H, but I found out that you will be charged the full price and enrolled in the auto shipment. I argued with the customer service rep that I didn't agree to that but he said it was in the fine print that I never saw.

I used the eye cream but it made the skin around my eye so raw that I had to discontinue using it and I never opened the facial cream. I insisted to return the product but he said even if I return the product (or not) he can only give me 50% off. After a few minutes of arguing he decided to give me 75% off.

This company is a scam, will never order any tree trial products online anymore and this product belongs in the trash can. Never recommend this product.

      Jayne Collins,

I couldn't get my response to post so here it is. Do Not Buy. It made my eyelids raw and when I told them they offered no condolences other than that they will stop the next charges from coming out. It's A Scam.

    Scam

    • Lake Orion, MI,
    • Oct 14, 2015

I thought I'd try the 14 day trial creams. I did not authorize Juva cell to put me on a monthly plan to receive their product. I can't even use the amount of cream they are wanting to send me every month! I'm sending back the $188.40 worth of their cream and I want my money back. I feel so deceived!

This company has very unethical business practices!

    • Columbus, OH,
    • Oct 13, 2015

Do not sign up for the trial. They will bill you $188.48 because you did not realize that you clicked on something that says you will pay for this if you don't call them in 14 days to say no thanks.

This is totally a rip off and companies that have this business practice should be exposed for their practices!

I was scammed by this company for a so called trial basis and paid the shipping with my credit card which should have been my first clue that it was not legitimate. When I got the ML of product I was thankful that I did not pay more than the shipping because it is so not worth it. Then I was billed 14 days later for $188.48 and I called but they were not willing to give me my money back. I spoke to a Leon who assured me that there was no one else that I could speak to but he offered to give me 50% of my money back. I said no, I would not agree to pay more than the shipping for the ml of product. I said I would call back later and see if someone other than this customer service person can discuss my issue. I called back and Mindy said there was no one other than herself that could help me but she could offer me 35% of my money back. One more red flag went up. What kind of business has these practices? I want my money back.

I hope that I can save another consumer for ever dealing with this company!

    JuvaCell

    • Snohomish WA,
    • Oct 11, 2015

I can't really review the product as I just received my "trial" today. Like others that commented I did not see any reference to auto shipments at end of 14 day trial. I called customer service and requested my trial be cancelled immediately. They offered me the same extended trial and 75% discount others mentioned. I insisted they cancel. They did and I received an email confirmation of the cancellation. Needless to say I'll be watching my card activity for unauthorized charges.

    Juvacell

    • Atlanta,
    • Oct 11, 2015

This company is deceiving. They took 100 dollars off my card and they only were supposed to get 4.95. They were rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. This is B.S. Not only that this product burned my skin and made it itchy, it caused a rash and an irritation. I have a minimum income, and because they have stolen my money, all my bills are passed due and scheduled for disconnection because everything went into over draft. This happened only because Juvacell stole my money off my card! Internet criminals.

    Juvacell is a scam

    • Texas,
    • Oct 10, 2015

I tried this trial not realizing it was an automated ship trial. I saw the reviews after I ordered my sample and quickly called and cancelled. And besides, it gave me a horrible rash that I had to go to the doctor for. Don't try this, it is a scam and I don't think it is for sensitive skin.

    Juvacell rips you off!

    • Ivor, VA,
    • Oct 7, 2015

I made the mistake of opting to receive the free samples from Juvacell. Somewhere along the line, the agent on the phone said that I hit a key that advises them that you accept the conditions of the free sample. I don't remember such a key. Last week I received the same samples that I received for free earlier. One catch now is that they had billed me for the samples and the price was outrageous. One bottle was about $95.00 and the second about $89.00. I immediately called this outfit and the agent advised I had clicked on a button that would allow them to send me a second set of bottles and be billed for them. I was very upset to say the least. After about 10 minutes of haggling with the agent we agreed that he would refund 50% of the prices of the miracle medicine. He would also cancel the account. I checked on the e-mail sent to me by Juvacell and I did get a 50% discount on one bottle but no discount on the second bottle. The account was canceled with this e-mail.

BEWARE of this rip-off outfit which sends you a second set of their product for this outrageous price. Like I said, I do NOT remember clicking on a button that would allow them to do such billing. Secondly, they would not allow me to send the product back to them in the same box that it came in and give me a full refund. They agreed to give me a 50% reduction on the costs of both bottles. This never happened. I received the discount on ONE bottle. The company lies to the public. They did discount one bottle. What a rewarding experience with Juvacell. Don't try them because you will not like them or their product. Third, the product does not work. My skin did not show any good results of their product.

Don't order from them because you will get scammed.

My next course of action is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in California for lying to me about the discount on the second bottle and the way they say that I approved the sale of their product to me.

    They are scammers!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
