Rip off!

Don't waste your time and money on this product. It does not even deserve one star.

I just received my shipment of the Hair Revitalizer, and it is a greasy sludgy mess. It is a leave-in product, however, has the consistency of hand lotion and it looks and feels like you put that in your hair. I had to wash my hair twice and still feel like I didn't get all of the gunk out of my hair. Seriously makes me wonder how legit this product is as no reputable hair product would be like this. I suppose if you were a bald-headed man it would not be as disgusting, but as a person who needs to go out in public, I don't want it to look like I dumped the grease bucket on my head. Impossible to style your hair with this gunk in it.

They did process a refund, but I have to pay return Priority Shipping. I have to wait to see if they actually credit my account. What a rip off. It costs me $12. As a person suffering from hair loss, I am disgusted in how many companies are out there just to rip you off. Add this one to the list.

Returned product

I am returning the product because it turned my white curly hair yellow where the product was applied. I am not happy that I have to pay for shipping the product back to the supplier.

Also, I hope in the future they will show mature women/men in their advertisement of the product.

I am waiting for an email with the instructions of how to ship product back to the supplier.

I ordered three tubes of JuveTress and applied the product just as instructed for three months. They would lead you to believe this product would regenerate hair growth. Nothing could be even remotely the TRUTH. Totally ineffective. Does not, repeat, does not regenerate any new hair growth. However, after it has dried, like overnight, and when bushing the hair out the next morning, there is an "APPEARANCE" of full thick hair. There has been NO new hair growth. Worthless. Do not waste your money or time thinking you are getting a product that will actually restore hair.

Do not buy this

It did absolutely nothing. And when you stop using it, your hair falls out faster. BAD STUFF. Sucks. I wasted money. Don't buy it, it is a scam.

This is a scam and does not work. Do not buy this unless you want to lose money. They stated 90 days guarantee and then stated 180 and wanted more until I replied to say no refund. This is a scam product.

Made my blood pressure go up. Returned (at my expense).

I wanted it to work. Rubbing it into my scalp made my hair feel greasy and dirty. But I gave it a shot. After a few days, I felt my heart start beating rapidly, and when I took my blood pressure, it was up from normal 120 to 130 to over 150. I stopped JuveTress immediately and within a few days, my blood pressure returned to normal.

I called the company and was given a Return Authorization Number and returned it at my expense. Fortunately, the post office sent me a delivery notice because when I called to ask about my refund, I was asked for a tracking number since they had no record of my return. The fellow I spoke to said he would refund immediately and apologized.

I do not think this is a company anyone would want to do business with.

Hoax?

I looked at the website and liked what I saw. When I had completed the sales form, I decided I did not want the product, so I did not submit the form to complete my order, so no order was made.

My credit card did not show a charge for this product. The next day, I received an email from this company telling me that they had received my order (never submitted) and were shipping some product to me. I immediately replied to the email telling them that I did not complete the order and would not pay for the order.

Two days later, I received two boxes in the mail from this company, with six boxes of product in one, and twelve boxes of product in the other, at a total cost of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND 70 cents ($599.70).

Still, my credit card has not shown a charge from this company.

I called customer service, gave them the above information, and they sent me three Return Authorizations (for two packages). I asked them if they were paying for the postage. All the CSR would tell me is to take the Return Authorization with the package(s) to the post office. This led me to believe that the Return Authorization would allow the Post Office to print postage-paid return address labels.

I did that today. The Authorizations did not produce a postage paid return authorization. So, I had to cut and paste the return address on the boxes AND PAY FORTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FIVE CENTS to get the two boxes mailed to them.

What a crock. I am going to send the company a demand letter for one hour of my time at $150.00 an hour and payment to me of the postage amount.

Horrible experience

I placed my $240 order on January 12th and was supposed to receive the product within a week. After not receiving any shipping information or the product, I called to find the status of my order. I was told for some reason it wasn't sent but it would definitely be sent out now after this call. On January 27th, no shipping info or product. I called and was told with NO apology that she had no idea when it would be shipped. I demanded a refund. Was put on hold forever and finally told it would be refunded. I will see if that occurs.

Don't waste your money

This product does nothing. I asked when ordering if it would bring back the hair I had lost and continue to lose due to multiple chemotherapies and radiation treatments. I was told it would.

While the Restructuring Hair Wash Cleans my hair, so will a $1.00 bottle of Suave. Their Revitalizing Hair Therapy makes my hair and scalp feel slimy and gross. This product simply does not work. While looking closer at the ads popping up in my emails and online I find that just about every product to grow hair, nails, regenerate skin, lose weight...comes from a certified Dr. California.

Scam - would avoid at all costs

After not having much luck with results I took this product to a dermatologist and a doctor who specializes in hair and they said there "hair growth" ingredients in the product are not high enough up on the list to make a difference.

I was really hopeful but then have read other reviews on here and am now concerned I have just wasted a load of money. I had to pay £80 in customs charges and now have to pay more money to return empty bottles!

I thought maybe the product wasn't working out as it made me stressed using it. It was so sticky and thick and hard to apply to my hair. When in, it would clump the hair together and doing this twice a day made my hair look wet and I wouldn't want to leave the house. Part way through they bought out a new product with improved application, consistency and only had to apply once daily - sounds much better. I asked if I could swap products and they said no - they don't do that.

Not very encouraging and not great service. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere for a solution, lots of promises but not much in terms of delivery.

Product does not work

When the product arrived I was extremely excited and began using it immediately. I was happy at first but after the second bottle, my opinion changed drastically. Not only did it not work but hair began thinning out faster than before. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Did not work at all hair falling out at three-month mark

I had been using minoxidil and it worked well. I stopped using minoxidil to try JuveTress and about three months in my hair started falling out by the handfuls just as I found, after about 90 days of not using Monixidil the affected hair will fall out. The most disappointing fact was when I called JuveTress customer service about the effects and how it relates to stopping minoxidil when starting JuveTress they nothing about minoxidil at all. I was told an expert would call me no one ever reached back.

Hair restoration products

Dear Nadia at customer services at JuveTress, I used your products for almost six months, sent the remaining products back for a refund. I was told I had two paper checks coming to me in the mail for $117 and $124! It's been since December 1st, 2019! I'm tired of excuses! 45 days, now 60 days!

Scammers

You have to be careful with this company. They refused to cancel one of my orders. My daughter placed an order and while checking out she mistakenly clicked on another offer, and when we called to cancel one of the orders they said no, that it was already locked in. I will never order from them again. I just think they are scammers, a company that is desperate for people's money.

Three months with no results with more hair loss than before starting this product.

Hi, I tried this product for 3 months now with no results. Did exactly what the directions called for with drinking water to stimulate growth. I have noticed more hair loss in the shower and when I comb my hair now than before I started this product. I don't know if that's normal but I am confused and worried but still hopeful this product will benefit me instead of losing more hair which has been happening. The ONLY benefit I have had from this product so far is the texture of my hair feels healthier and more manageable than before. I have read stories from other users that it takes longer to work for some. So darn debating to receive a refund or continue using it. I am trying to have an optimistic attitude about this product and give it time to work, but it's hard to be optimistic when the product is causing me itching and more hair loss.

Didn't work for me

Con: Product didn't grow back any of my hair and hair continued to shed during my 180-day use period.

Pro: I was expecting to be hassled when I called customer service at near end of the 6-month guarantee, but they were very straightforward. Sent back everything and refunded money.

Hair isn't growing out - just an inch long, at most

I was wildly enthusiastic at first, I gave it to my husband and son-in-law. It does give my hair more body for a few hours. But, it takes time to rub it in, especially twice a day. I have tired of the two times daily routine and use it only once a day because it takes awhile to cover my head.

NOW, the big complaint, the new hair isn't everywhere, it is just in a few spots AND it never grows long. At the front, on my forehead, the new hair has always been about 1/2" long, that's all. Even at the crown of my head, it's always short hairs. Will it ever grow into actual normal hair?

UPDATE: Aug. 25

It's been a month since I used this product and I am almost done. I thought I'd update my progress. Do note that I am only speaking from my experiences only.

To recap what I had said earlier, I was on my sixth bottle and had stated that it didn't work for me. After using the sixth bottle for a month I am seeing some results. I wouldn't say a "dramatic result", but I am seeing some noticeable differences. A few notes:

(a) Results vary. The product may work for some and not for others. For others, they may need more than a three-month supply to see some results, which was my case.

(b) You're instructed to drink a glass of water after applying it, to keep yourself hydrated. What worked for me, however, is upgrading my glass of water to a glass of water with lemon and Earl Grey tea. A glass of water with lemon and Earl Grey tea (without milk and sugar) are supposed to really help keep you hydrated (even better than water).

(c) I only used their revitalizing product; I never used their shampoo or conditioner before. So I can't really say how well the JuveTress shampoo/conditioner works. That said, I don't just use a regular shampoo (e.g., Suave); I use anti-hair loss shampoo. One I am very happy with is Cel MD Stem Cell Shampoo and Conditioner. They are a bit pricey, but they seem to help as well.

I came to the conclusion that a) you need to be patient (hair regrowth do take time), b) it might work even better if you use anti-hair loss shampoo/conditioner in conjunction with JuveTress rather than a regular shampoo (I never used JuveTress shampoo/conditioner before so I can't say anything about them), and c) you need to be persistent.

Once I am done, I might get another bottle of JuveTress Revitalizing product and see. I will keep you updated.

Hair apparent!

I'm 63 and have been losing my hair for some years now. I've been using JuveTress for about three months, twice a day as directed, and I was naturally skeptical at first. I've tried so many potions and pills over the years that promised to stop hair fall or promote regrowth, and none of them lived up to its promises.

However, I now have "fill-in" hair growing on the top of my head - on previously barren areas! If the new hair keeps growing at this rate, which I hope it does, I'll have full coverage in another few months. I look so much better already, and I've stopped dreading to look in the bathroom mirror!

The only real downside of the product is something that others have mentioned - the consistency. It does make your hair look as though you've slapped on a dose of Brylcreem (remember that?). So what I tend to do is to wear it around the house as much as I can, wash off when going out, then reapply when I get back. I reckon my scalp must still be getting sufficient treatment for it to work well enough.

So, all things considered, I have to say I'm simply astonished and delighted at the improvement so far. I'll post an update at a later date!

Expected results

Three months on JuveTress

A lot of companies make various unsubstantiated claims about their products ability to regrow hair. I have tried most of them with "zero" success, and no noticeable change "whatsoever" regarding hair regrowth!

I had an ambivalent attitude towards JuveTress and all its claims as well, but thought I'd give it a try because of the 6-month guarantee! I have put this product on for three months now, and have to say this first off! You cannot expect to put this on your head and it not be noticed as "claimed." You will look like one of the "Katszmyer twins" from the 60's for sure, "truth be told!"

In my personal experience, you will not see any benefit whatsoever in the first two months, but then all of a sudden you will notice a "very" significant change in the number of lost hair in the shower drain. I'm talking about a 90% reduction in lost hair? That is the first hopeful sign that something significant is actually happening in any product that I have ever tried. I can't honestly say that I notice "any" hair growth at this time, but expect to see that during the next months use, and will report back in an honest, and forthright manner always!

My hair feels thicker and healthier. I'm not sure if I am seeing much by way of new hair, but it is still early. I absolutely hate the bottle it comes in, tough to use, and there are some days I skip it just for that reason.

Unexpected results

There are so many products on the market offering similar results, how does someone choose? So much money can be wasted on ineffective products that I have just stayed away from them all. Something in their presentation sold me. I believe I notice hair growth, which is more than I've seen with anything else I've used, but there are parts of my head (the "wings") where there has been no change. At this point, I think we can't grow something where our genes weren't programmed to do in the first place.

That being said, my hair does seems thicker and healthier. For that, I am happy.

I'm considering buying the shampoo to boost the outcome even more.

Great but slowed down

I was quite surprised to see visible results in about 7-10 days. This has continued with hair growing longer for about 2 months. Lately, there seems to have been some regression of the progress and no growth of new hair. I have just started using the shampoo and conditioner so I think I should see more improvement soon. Very satisfied thus far with the use of these products.

I think that some of this may be that I was using Rogaine before and stopped using this when I started using JuveTress.

Thick consistency causes it to get stuck in the hair itself rather than getting to the scalp effectively

All in all, it seems nice, but I haven't yet finished my first bottle.

My only complaint is that it should be a thinner consistency so it reaches the scalp more effectively rather than getting lost in the hair itself.

When I ordered JuveTress I did not expect any results as over the years I have used many different products, none of which have ever done anything to help my hair look better. I am in my seventies and was told by my dermatologist that my hair's problem is hormonal and that nothing can be done about it.

However, from the first day that I began using JuveTress my hair has LOOKED better. I do not know it grows new hair, but it falls out a lot less than before, and my hair actually has body now.
